Erm. Both visits were both throughly . . . adequate.
ATMOSPHERE: 3/5. I like the paper lanterns and the rice-paper dividers. They feel like they're just ornaments, rather than blending into the atmosphere. But, they're still nice.
SERVICE: 3/5. Nothing notable.
FOOD QUALITY: 3/5. Well, the Yaki Udon was fairly tasty, and the rolls were adequate. But, again, nothing stood out.
FOOD QUANTITY: 3/5. Serving sizes were fairly small to standard.
PRICE: 2/5. This place isn't terribly expensive or anything (about $34 paid for dinner for two), but the portions weren't that great for the price. DON'T get the "Sushi Deluxe": price-wise, it's a total rip. It costs $15 for a California Roll and six pieces of assorted sushi, but it costs about $4.00 for a California Roll by itself and another $4.00 for a standard roll of sushi. Do the math.
OVERALL: Just a little less than 3/5. With so many other places in the area that are far superior, this place is only for when I'm desperate and the other two sushi places I like are packed. Wholly forgettable.
