 | sfalconer (21) 10/08/2005 | Poor Basil who owns Fawlty Towers, played by John Cleese, is always trying trying so hard to make his Hotel more uppercrust but it always blows up in his face. This is John's best and funniest work with out the other Pythons. Hysterical material that never seems to get old and an outstanding cast.

 | Da Minx (1) 10/23/2004 | Considering there were only ever what 12 episodes of this, it was a fine piece of comedy that still even today generates laughs. I appreciated John Cleese far more in this than in Monty Python.
