Probably one of my favorite pasta shapes. Holds a sauce well, and versatile. Recently, I've had some with the typical tomato sauce with some seafood, and with a white sauce at another meal. Yum.

Evidently Carmela Soprano makes a mean ziti! It is a long macaroni and the common form of modern Ziti is over two inches.

One of my favorite pasta types, can be used in a variety of ways; pasta salad, ziti (which is like the same sort of thing as lasagne only you use ziti) also in place of spaghetti in spaghetti and meatballs; if you want something not quite so messy as regular spaghetti pasta, ziti is a good option. When I first came to Texas, I told my dad I couldn't find ziti in the store, and he said not to ask for it or else they'll think we're Mafia lol. Since then, I have found a place that sells ziti!
