Excellent sequel to the original that may be even better than it's predecessor. Great action and scary. Just a fun movie overall that you can watch over and over again and still enjoy.

As much as I like the series of films, I'd rather avoid a future with them.

A movie I can watch several times and still find little things I had not noticed the first 4-5 times around!

the best of the series, aliens is a hellride of a movie. truly scary. also good performances and directing. they should have buried the series here however because the next two attempts at sequels are a major dissapointment.

My favorite of the series, with some pretty decent acting in the supporting roles and a solid story. Just another bug hunt.....

It loses something on the small screen. . .when I saw this back in 87 (?) it was one of the most memorable theater experiences I've ever had. It's a tense, bruising, exciting movie with one of the best final-fight scenes in film history. That queen-Alien thing was really scary. A sci-fi classic.
