08/04/2005 | Bynum might turn out to be a great player, but how well is he going to do as such a young player with the pressure that will be on him with Kobe and Phil Jackson around. It will probably take him years to develop, and when he is finally ready to be a great player, chances are the Lakers will have already given up on him. With Kobe in his prime, I would have chosen a player that was ready to play now, and not 5 years down the road.
