Ridiculous. First of all, centrifugal force would drive the paint to the bottom of the can preventing any of the paint from coming out. If you made a hole in the bottom of the can to allow the paint to escape it would be driven out into an almost perfectly straight line thereby creating one long thin line of paint (the size of your hole) on all your walls. Get a paintbrush.
