This was an unforgettable event where two gentlemen go up in the the ring and beat the crap out of eachother. Im sure everyone was standing, screaming and shouting on the 10th round. I know I was.

I was in Vegas and received last minute tickets to this fight. They happened to be in the first few rows. This was a war from the openeing bell. The entire arena was on their feet for the whole fight. I think the whole place was in shock leaving. One thing was clear, we had all just witnessed one of the greatest boxing matches of all time.

Diego Corrales was killed this past Monday, May 7, in a motorcycle accident in Las Vegas, Nevada, two years to the day after his amazing comeback win and KO of Jose Luis Castillo, in what many regard as one of Boxing's greatest battle. Corrales, the challenger and Castillo, the champion, had waged an all out war and both men suffered damage in this fight. In the tenth round after having been knocked down twice and on the verge of being KO'ed, Corrales stopped Castillo to win the WBC Lightweight title. This is what a real Ultimate Fighting Champion looks like.. He was a true ring warrior. He leaves behind a pregnant wife and five children. Rest in peace Champ!

This is nothing less than great. Throughout the fight there was non-stop action and in my mind is the greatest fight of all time. This fight was really amazing!

Easily the most action filled and most dramatic fight I have seen. Luckily caught it on Showtime while the wife was getting ready to go out. Needless to say, we were very late to the party cause I was not going anywhere from this one.

WOW! that's about all i can say...unfrigginbelievable...not only the greatest comeback in boxing history but an incredible fight from start to finish...the ending alone would make this a 5 star fight but the brutality and action of the entire fight put this up there in a tie with Ward Gatti I for greatest fight of all time.

Coralles v. Castillo was a brutal testament to the strength of men. For ten rounds these fighters stood toe to toe and punished eachother until what was the most dramatic round of boxing that I have ever witnessed. Not even Hollywood could produce something as exciting and ferocious as this fight; the greatest of all time.

When have we seen this much quality and action from elite boxers? Has there ever been a more corageous, thrilling, redemptive, and improbable outcome than what the tenth round yelded? Greatest fight ever...and I am old school!!!

All I can say is WOW!! That is perhaps the best fight I've ever witnessed. What a dramatic round 10! I cannot wait for the rematch in the fall. Absolutely one of the greatest fights, ever!! A front runner for Fight of the Year or Decade for that matter. Congrats to the courageous warriors, Corrales and Castillo, involved. What a war!!

Not only was this one of the handful of all-time great fights, but it also had one of the all-time great rounds-the 10th,and the winner,Diego Corrales looked like he'd been run over by 10 trucks.Like the Julio Cesar Chavez-Meldrick Taylor fight, there has been some discussion that the fight was stopped in Corrales's favor in the tenth after he'd been dropped twice in the round by Castillo;but with two more rounds to go,one or both of them woul've been carried out. After the fight, one of the trainers, said,You'd have to be a sadist to want a rematch.
