After spending several thousand dollars last summer, and them having to come out multiple times to get the job right, this summer our air is not cooling. After waiting 2 days for a tech, he said nothing was wrong and charged us $85 service call. That Friday night, we called to say it was getting hotter and they told us it would be Monday--- then promised Sol would call on Saturday, which he didn't. If they come back out, it's another $85. Funny, the warranty is up early August on the work they already did. Seems they are waiting us out- meanwhile, my 3 kids are trying to sleep in a very hot house. I would NOT use them again and don't recommend them.
