I can't stand her or her sidekick. They are so juvenile and I "get" that it's part of her schtick, but c'mon, every once in a while dazzle us with some FACTS. Wa-wa-wa-waaaaaah.

Hosting is not a natural for her, loaded with crap.
daves111 09/16/2008
Hot, but awful as a host.
Russ51 08/14/2008
If I was listening to her show when I was in the 5th grade, I would have always listened and laughed at the dinging bell and the canned applause. I was quite a name caller and was able to make the other kids laugh at the kids we didn't like. Stephanie takes me back to those good old days. Thanks Stephanie. Russ

Liberal, sharp, witty, and self-deprecating. I enjoy her show: a good way to start the sunny mornings when I am in the car in Arizona.
Unfortunately, liberal talk radio, like right-wing talk radio, has its share of self-important windbags that love the sound of their own voices (stand up, Randi Rhodes), and pedantic, bitter Bush-haters that will rant at you for hours at a time (take a bow, Mike Malloy). Stephanie and her team are a refreshing counterbalance to that, and they are actually pretty funny.

Love her!
jcsteelesd 03/06/2008
She has become a right winger
Robert Tilton 03/02/2008
I have trouble listening to ANY radio show for three hours, but I try to catch at least a part of Steph's show each day. Her "Right Wing World" segment is always hilarious and on target!
JimWZinger 02/08/2008
Funny, accurate and generally a good show
vforvendetta 02/03/2008
She should have gotten the Imus gig instead of that neandertal Scarborough. He's awful and looks like he has down-syndrome.
bill93921 01/15/2008
Can she ever freshen up this show. You could sub a show from Jan 2007 and nobody would know. She is tiresom and annoying.
sandman89 10/19/2007
Doesn't let the facts stand in the way of anything she has to say.
akwhiteraven 09/27/2007
i leave my radio on all night so I can wake to hear her
JimmyFartpants 08/18/2007
Super annoying. It feels like this show is produced by a 14 year old in a high school radio station that still thinks constant sound effects & movie quotes every-freakin-second is still funny.
gme 07/26/2007
I don't like to miss a minute of Stephanie's show. She's like the spoon full of sugar that makes the news a little easier to swallow. She, Jim and Chris make the perfect team.
freemantle6 07/06/2007
Helps me get through my day by starting my morning out right. Thanks Stephanie!
deliverer 06/27/2007
Stepahanie is intelligent, entertaining, and I hear she has a great ass. Can anyone confirm that?
Dzeigfinge 06/27/2007
Compared to Anne Coulter Stephanie is tame. And she is funny-AC is not.
sunstorm1001 06/02/2007
I have only heard her show via similcast over MSNBC when she was on for a few days after they fired Imus. She was not bad, tried a bit too hard, had funny moments, but relied too much on those sound effects, every other word she was using those sound effects and it got to be REAL annoying after about 10 minutes of the show! I could find her on the radio and listen to her show if she cut the sound effects down by 98%
jfisher6 05/31/2007
funny, funny, funny
decalod85 05/26/2007
She is damn funny. I listen to a lot of radio during commute, and her show is one of the few that makes me laugh.
neuronbob 05/02/2007
I think it's great that they are giving these highschool students a chance to do a radio/tv show. Will they be going to other schools and allow other kids to put on shows too?
julie1961 05/01/2007
Wonderful, great to add laughter to the radio in the morning!!!
eriicc 05/01/2007
She is absolutely awful! She really tries to be funny and it just doesn't work.......
brnofeathers 04/25/2007
Hands-down the funniest show on radio! Love ya, Stephanie!
Totoro7 04/05/2007
In these days of a war based on lies and the shredding of our constitution by a thuggish American version of the taliban, it is so important to keep a good sense of humor. Stephanie Miller and her on the air sidekicks are great to wake up to in the morning because they have a good mix of relevant news and funny-yet-prejuvenile humor(which I like). She points out the problems of the administration without being too mean spirited and seems to usually have her facts straight...You go girl!!!! William in Mar Vista,ca
joef1 03/30/2007
This pig offers absolutely no real insight into politics or current events. Sophmoric best describes the analysis and so-called humor that her and pathetic sidekicks attempt through each painful show. The "mama" bullshit and her phoney laughter have to go!
rexhandsom 03/28/2007
not worth my time
joelniel 03/16/2007
The first time I heard this show I thought: "These guys are lame!!!". But I would often hear the last part of the show when I would tune in to listen to Al Franken, who came on right after her in my market area. I must admit, I have laughed sooo hard and had some of the biggest belly laughs of my life listening to her show. She is amazingly quick witted and quite goofy. When I first heard that little jingle "You're a lying sack of crap", played after they aired some remarks by Bill O'Reilly (which were ridiculously untrue), I laughed almost non-stop for 30 minutes. Not what I would describe as an "intelligent" or "in-depth reporting" type of show, it does touch on current news and political events with a very humorous perspective. Her co-hosts balance the show by keeping each other in-check with their facts (and fairness), not to mention their own styles of humor. This is a great show to start off the morning. It wakes you up and puts a smile on your face as you brave your way through the day. (did i mention she's HOT!!!)
mndancer 01/23/2007
This show is hilarious! And smart.
justme012 11/04/2006
A Randi Rhodes wannabe, just a bit less poisoness, but learning fast from her bitch master
sneaz 09/18/2006
Stephanie MIller has the funniest and most entertaining of all political radio talk shows. Plus intelligent and insightful opinions and commentary on the right wing bozos that have commandeered our country
twizzler 09/11/2006
Funny lady.

I loved the Stephanie Miller so much when I first started listening to Air America Radio. I have to say, however, (and this isn't easy since I'm originally from her hometown of Lockport, NY) that I'm starting to tune out...especially because of the infantile humor and repetitive sound effects. I really want to like this show but I unfortunately get too annoyed listening to it. I did love, however, guest host Elaine Boosler. She is intelligently funny, so interesting and such a refreshing voice. She reminds me of another one of my favorites on AAR, Rachel Maddow.

Finally had a chance to listen to her. She's hilarious! I hope one of our local stations picks her up. Heard her in a debate a couple of weeks ago sexually harassing the Mayor of San Francisco.
SmileySarbear 04/14/2006
o.k, so I used to really like and respect Stephanie. I did enjoy her show until she started mocking Jesus, christians and those who choose to follow Christ. Its one thing to disagree, but its a whole other thing to mock one's religion and one's God. Thats just not fair fighting and I don't want to listen to her anymore.

I have been a registered democrat since 1973. Since listening to Air America, and trying my best to like it ( been listening for about six months now) , I have realized why democrats lose elections. If I thought the hosts of Air Americas radio truly represented democrats, I would start voting republican. I may have to do that anyway.

I have a long commute every morning. Thank Goddess for Stephanie, Jim, and Chris. I laugh all the way to work, and for an hour and a half every day, I forget how horrific things are under the Bush Administration. Instead, it all seems truly absurd.
sparky1837 03/07/2006
RIDICULOUS SHOW...NOT FUNNY!!
Larkchgo 03/05/2006
Stephanie has retained the common-sense that she apparently got from her (truly) conservative father -- a Republican congressman and Barry Goldwater's Presidential running-mate -- but she is a fully-evolved social progressive who uses her amazing sense of humor to poke fun at the absurdity of current right-wing politicians and media morons on Fox and other "mainstream" Bush apologists. She's smart and funny, and with her on-air producer (who is a little more conservative and cautious on political issues) and her amazing voice/comedy guy (who is more liberal and even more up-to-date on current events) they have a fun, fast-moving show. Occasional interviews with Democratic politicians and media figures take a break from the comedy and add even more information than already sneaks through the usual fun tone of the show. This is the only show I think is worth paying to get via podcasting. Air America should only be so lucky to have any show (besides Randi Rhodes) as good Stephanie's.
darinda 02/27/2006
Stephanie is great! She saves me every morning from that nonsense on right wing radio. Finally, someone with a sense of humor! The right sounds a little too strident, don't you think? We need more like Steph.

I tried to call in.. and 3 different times was told to call back in a half hour I don't like tightly controlled shows.. ones in which the public has no right to access our own air waves
pmuir 02/01/2006
I usually look for airhead America if I am in a city that carries it, which is rare. Even if I was a lib (thank GOD I am not) I wouldn't find this material that interesting. The first time I tuned in I actually thought it was a comedy show, but I guess it is supposed to actually be something insightful and informative, based around the liberal mindset as it pertains to politics. Ironically, these people are just as insignifacant as their political beliefs. "progressive"?!? LOL, that is truly funny. One thing I must say though.....she is pretty hot! Perry [email protected]
goldstone 01/27/2006
Stephanie Miller is so smart that right-wing trolls are down-rating her here! Tune in: She's great, funny, insightful. We love her!
jdl0218 11/29/2005
Stephanie Miller and her crew are funny and on-point with their commentary. I listen to her every morning via streaming audio and can often be seen with a big grin on my face. Her father was a prosecuter at the Nuremburg trials and is the youngest daughter of Barry Goldwater in 1964, William E. Miller. While the rest of her family remains conservative, she is happy to be a "left-wing moonbat." Check her out.
rick nettles 11/08/2005
While all the other liberal and conservative hosts are just hitting the speed of sound, Miller consistently operates at "Mock"-3. Doesn't get too involved with the issues (that'd be "voice guy" Jim Ward's forte) instead teases Miller teases the conservative talking heads by playing recording of their inanities and insanities. Kind of a "Talk Soup", except aimed at the right wing and good.
jimmibobjo 09/22/2005
Terrible. I am most definitely a liberal and I love progressive talk radio. Stephanie Miller is sophomoric and annoying. I am not interested in tuning into a progressive station to hear someone mocking foreign accents, I think there's more than enough of that around the dial already. I like smart talk radio, and this isn't it.
dtownla 09/21/2005
Uses humor to critique the Bush Administration and all of the lying hacks who spout their talking points. Very talented. One of the best.
teestorman 09/13/2005
Stephanie Miller is the best; finally a voice for the TRUE Americans, the REAL patriots, the only people in this country who have ALL Americans best interests at heart; not just the bible-thumping christian scum who exclude everyone who doesn't look, think, or vote like they do. Long live Steph, Air America, and the Progressive movement! They are our only hope!
irate_it_all 09/08/2005
A liberal Ann Coulter wannabe, except she's not as funny, not as lethal (in the comedic sense) and doesn't have any original material. I've listened off and on for over a year during my morning drive and every day it's the same thing; make fun of what Ann Coulter said, what Bill O'Reilly said, what Rush Limbaugh said, and on and on. It's not like there a big game going on where each side disses the other for laughs. The conservative talkers never mention Stephanie Miller.
