Way to pretty I could not take him seriously in the part. The leap is just to huge elf to 007.

Dude, come on. The guy has got the looks, the talent and the class. He wouldn't even have to fake the accent. It would be really cool if Bloom got cast as 007 and Pierce Brosnan got cast as Q. That would be awesome.
