I think the singer Rockwell got more time w/"I always feel like somebody's watching me, (and I got no privacy).'

One star for taking primetime T.V. and replacing it's good shows with a realty series.

I wouldn't have wanted to marry him either. It's pretty pitiful if you're a millionaire but you have to go on TV to get a wife.

I don't know if I OUGHT to post my opinion HERE, considering that most posts HERE are nasty.
I'm going to rate Rick as a club comedian, as that is his job.
Rick is not the same as his fellow comics, in that comics of today tend to prefer to write their OWN jokes, instead of relying upon stock jokes, and their own jokes, of 20 years ago, as Rick does. There was a MAJOR uproar over the conflict Buddy Hackett had with Joe Rogan, on the show "Last Comic Standing." Joe had dissed a comic, for using a stock joke, while Buddy thought it was perefctly OK-that it's NOT the joke, but the way you tell it! Exactly so. Old-time comedians, like Hackett, and Jack Benny, and George Burns said the same thing: a COMIC says funny things--a COMEDIAN says them funny.
Rick Rockwell doesn't fit in with his peer group, because he IS a comedian. When I went to see him, I realized that he reminded me of comedians of the 1940's-60s era. He COULD'VE been a latter-day Bob Hope-- who IS one of his her... Read more

I knew that his game show marriage wouldn't last. He ended up with some dumb bitch that didn't even know that they would be legally married.

I can't stop laughing at this picture of him RIA is using. I'm rating his intelligence (or lack of). I watched the show (yes I know. I don't have a life) and I couldn't believe who and what he picked. Duh. First of all he made an ass of himself by going on TV and showing everyone how stupid he is for thinking he can actually have a marriage with one of 50 women he doesn't know. Hello! These women are whores! They were bought. Second he picked an onery bitch who thought she wasn't obligated to anything and left him a virgin and was butt-ugly to boot. Rick, you were basically just paying for sex. It was over before morning. At least you could have picked someone with whom you could have done something with. That 19-year-old was hotter and she looked more ready and willing than that mental case you picked. Man, you've sunk below the typical male jerk!

What a loser. He and Darva deserved each other. The show was the biggest joke and mistake in the history of TV. This guy is such a dork, you don't know whether to feel sorry for him because he made such an a-- of himself or to just laugh!

If you had to create your own TV special just to get married, that just proves that your to weird or ugly or something to get married in the traditional way: meet a girl, if you like her, wait a while, mostly 2 years of dating, if it works out, you should marry her. Maybe this whole thing was to be the most famous married couple for a while.

I think the whole situation was just pathetic.Dumb old Rick needed to jump start his "career" so he did something drastic.Darva?Just happened to want a free vacation? This from a woman who said, often, she made a huge salary before she became "famous"?What I want to know is this:Remember on the show, all of Rick's friends rated his bride to be?Where did they go? Think they are still in hiding? The two of them deserved each other.

Didn't deserve the attacks he took in the media. Sure, he's a loser. But at least he stands by his word, unlike stupid Danver Conger.

Sure, he's a huge geek, and a total loser to have to go on a game show in order to get laid. I think his plan backfired though...I doubt seriously that Darva gave him any, so he is probably still a virgin. But I must admit, I feel sorry for the guy. He may be a dork, but he took a beating in public and he had to endure marriage to the B*tch of all B*tches, Miss Darva. Better luck next time, Rick. Here's hoping you lose your virginity sometime before the next millenium.

What do you do when you lack talent, taste, have run out of ideas for staying in show biz yet are good at lying and whinning - that's right, become a contestant on the worst possible theme for a reality show of all time! Both he and his lovely bride have my vote for biggest boobs of the last 10 years.
