being gentle is absolutely rediculous..if you are sweeet and gentle then you are gonna be stepped oon you have to be strong and powerful that is what separates you from the rest your ability to stand out and take charge.

Gentleness is a good thing, but at the same time, you have to balance it with strength. Leaders who are capable of being gentle are nice, friendly and fair.

Depends on what country that leader is serving. Sure in countries like Sweden, Netherlands or Belgium, most of the people prefer a gentle leader. But here in the states Americans want a tough, strong, and bold leader.
