I love this stuff, but some say cheese isn't that good for you. Oh well- everything in moderation.2

With a slice of onion and tomato. Actually, this is better, and more healthy. Take a good slice of multi-grain wheat bread. Put a little butter on it, just a little. Slice up an apple and lay the pieces on it. Toss on some cashews and maybe a few raisins. Cover it with a slice of swiss cheese. Broil. Eat. Yummy! Best cheese to grill is gruyere. 3
