Just DAMN! This is one fine Oatmeal Stout. Deep black, rich and creamy texture, and a perfectly balanced bittersweet flavor. Just the right amount of hop to give it a great nose and finish. A definite 5, and getting a 5 out of me doesn't come easy...

Yum! Samuel Smith Oatmeal Stout is a lovely stout made with oatmeal. You can definitely taste the difference of the oat-y taste if you compare it to a traditional stout like Guinness. Samuel Smith is an organic brewery so you also have the benefit of drinking a healthier brew and one that is more eco-conscious! Some breweries mess up the oatmeal stout but Sam Smith does it right!

Incredible Oatmeal Stout! Yes, might be a little on the pricey side...but once you tried it, you can understand why.

The oatmeal stout, I love it! All your daily nutrition in one beer! Kidding aside, if you like stout beer than you should be drinking this one.

One of the best oatmeal stouts. Just enough of the oats to add a little smoothness to a brew that otherwise might be a bit too strong in taste. Like a meal in a bottle...it will fill you up!

All SS varieties are yummy, but this is my personal favorite.  Nice, thick, and rich.  A perfect beer.  Not a chugging beer!

My British crew consider SS a 'cheap' beer- which is striking to me because this brand is a solid 4. . .either their beers are good or ours are just awful. . .for an American, any Sam Smith bottle is worth trying. . .but this one has great color and flavor. . .

Bottle. Pours very dark brown with brown head that stays throughout. My goodness. This is so delicious and drinkable for a dark beer. It is a tad pricey. $3.70 for a 22oz, but my goodness it is wonderful. I wish I had one right now.

Though this is a good beer, If you like this you need to try Highlands Oatmeal Porter. Much better flavor and a full body. It is brewed in Ashville NC

The greatest beer on earth. Between a Guiness and a bass. Smooth yet full bodied. Drink a pint and enjoy this fine beer.

Rich and smooth. A little pricey for party fare perhaps, but worth every penny for a quality dinking moment.

A fine dark beer.....Has a really bold taste to it, and you can taste a hint of Oatmeal in it. This is a tasty, expensive quality beer...

One of the world's great stouts. As good if not better than Guinness.

I think this is my favorite tasting beer. I wouldn't drink them all night but a very full rich but not too heavy flavor. Unbeatable! Expensive though, about $13 for a six pack.
