BUYER BEWARE AND FIND A DIFFERENT MOVER.

THE ASTON, PA FRANCHISE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER.

HATES AND DISRESPECTS WOMEN.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! Although I have hired Two Men and a Truck moving company in the past, my move with them yesterday was a nightmare. One mover (John) did nothing and hid in the truck for four hours T0 PAD THE TIME and got lost for two hours while the other mover was great.
4 hours to load a one-bedroom apartment? When the only furniture was a bedroom set and an easy chair?

John was dishonest, lazy, disrespectful, asked personal inappropriate questions and is the most passive aggressive person I have ever met. He seemed to enjoy dragging his feet and not carrying anything heavy - letting poor Nate do about 95 percent of the work.
Ben in the office was very nice to me and tried to help John find the storage facility. John got lost for 2 hours!.When I tried calling Ben again, a "Mike" at the Aston office was extremely rude and unprofessional to me.

Two Men and a Truck
Alpharetta, ga

Do not use them. They broke a desk and the mover (johnny) said he would handle the damage himself and for us not to put in a claim. Well, we trusted him--a huge mistake. He never fixed the desk and the office in Alpharetta, GA would not make it good after the mover did not do the repairs. They said no claim was turned in. We took the word of the mover (Johnny). Do not use this location for your moving needs, you will be disappointed!!! They do not keep their word.

They arrived right on time and ready to go!! I was on a budget and they were willing to help.
Chuck and Asa made the move look easy and had no trouble with my furniture. On a previous move with the same belonging Peachtree movers damaged my furniture and had a hard time.
These two men made it look so easy and they had a good time joking and talking with us.
Plus they saved me money. I was very happy with the move

The two guys that came to the house were awesome!!! Very nice and helpful. They kept working at a great speed but were careful with our things. If we move again we will use TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, and ask for the two men that helped us that day. One of the guys names was Jermaine and I can't remember the other ones name. We moved with the Stockbridge, GA location on February 11, 2011.

Two Men And A Truck 1

When I recently moved (in Orlando, FL), I thought Two Men and a Truck would be a great option. They seemed to be on top of things when I called them for information and reservations. They were a little pricier than the other area movers I considered, but they made it seem like they cared about their clients and would do the best job so I decided to foot the $1000 bill for a local move with them. I packed my own items and was ready to go when they arrived on moving day. Even so, it seemed to take the two guys took forever to load the truck, and I was informed that they wouldn't move any pictures or mirrors or "breakable items" even though they were listed on the walk through inventory (when I was given a price estimate) and packed in mirror boxes according to their own standards and regulations. When they finally had loaded up the truck, they had refused to move nearly one third of my house--again, even though everything was tallied up on the inventory and my estimate reflected everything. It took them an hour to get from point A to point B even though it took my husband and I ten minutes to get there. When they finally arrived at our new home, they simply piled up the boxes--disregarding which rooms they were supposed to go into and whether or not certain items or boxes were marked fragile. It took us two days to sort out the mess, and when we did we found many items were smashed after having been placed under heavier boxes.

In the end, we had to pay $1200 for 2/3 of our items having been moved, rent a Uhaul for the rest and move the heaviest and most fragile items ourselves. The total cost of our move was almost twice the estimate plus we found we moved more quickly and broke nothing when we moved ourselves. I will never use Two Men and a Truck again (they should call themselves Two Lazy Men instead)... It seems to me, I could have done the whole job better myself for half the price in half the time. Don't waste your money on these crooks.

I used these guys a few years ago & I was really disturbed to see their television commercial running... profits must be good! God knows ripping off people is how they do it.

I moved from one apartment to another about 1 hour away. I was given a solid quote with 3 guys assigned to me. They stated that an extra charge would be incurred ONLY if a certain number of hours had expired for the move.

Naturally, my move took an extra hour or so which they not only charged me an additional $200+, but refused to finish unloading the truck unless I paid the balance of the move. I called the police, but the police can't do much as it is a "civil" issue, not criminal. I guess my being told that they would leave with 75% of my belongings still on the truck isn't considered grand larceny, funny huh?

Oh, did I mention that the additional move time was incurred because they sent only 2 guys instead of 3? These guys are a scam, don't even bother!!! Save yourself the headache and heartache!

Two Men And A Truck is a franchise outfit. Some people in some areas of the country could experience bad results while others elsewhere might be very pleased. In Huntsville, AL, our Two Men And A Truck organization is just fine. They are punctual, efficient, careful, and friendly. Their rates are reasonable, employee "breaks" do not get charged against your time, and they bill in incremental hours (not some big jump to the next hour after 30 minutes, for example). We have used them several times, will use them again, and we do recommend them highly in this area.

Eek! Methinks not. I highly suggest you look at other movers. I did not hire them to move me, but they moved the people we purchased our home from. They damaged the wood floors and were notified by the owners and us of the damage prior to my furniture arriving from another state. There has been nothing but problems and accusations from the manager at Two Men and A Truck that we did the damage and they would not cover the damage. We finally go them all the evidence (I Know Very Sad) they needed to prove to them that they DID do the damage. But to date 2 months later I still send my daily email asking for an update on when, what, how this problem will be fixed.. With little to no response. Oh by the way I asked to speak to the owner who does not live in the Dallas area, but in Michigan and I was told that he does not speak to us commoners.. If he only knew that I work for one of Dallas County's largest employers and we recruit and relocate many people every year. So take it from me who has relocated all over the country in the past 15 years. Do not consider this company as they are the worse I have ever dealt with..

I used "Two men and a truck", Livonia MI, first and my last time. Movers came on time, were nice. While they were nice, they were slow and unorganized. They could stare they the chair for 5 min before lift it. Movers are paid hourly therefore they are moving as slow as possible. I had to pay $2000 only for moving my furniture, without any packing or packing (And we moved to the house only 2 mile away!)
We received pre-estimate for 8 hr, and it turn to be 10 hr.
My recommendation is not to use this company. The people in this company are not honest; they are taking advantage of you and your pocket. It was a complete rip off.

I will keep telling this to everyone.

We hired them to move us from 1 apartment to another for July31,2010 our arrival time was set-up between 1-3 pm. They called in the morning and said they were running ahead of schedule and wanted to know since they were already a 3 man move if I minded if they brought the 3rd along to speed up the move and arrival time. My fault for not asking how much more they would charge but I said yes. They then called at 2pm and said they were running late and would arrive 2 hours late and their boss wanted to know I we could reschedule for Monday August 2nd. Really how can just move out of an apartment 2 days into the next month. I told them NO we needed to move that day. They didn't arrive until 5 pm. Once the got there they did load everything up pretty quickly but since I was transporting my cats I didn't go and check that they grabbed everything. Again my mistake, they left a floor lamp and 3 fans sitting in the middle of the living room. When we arrived at the new apartment they unloading quickly I just wanted them gone so I didn't read my bill closely and paid what they said I owed. On Monday after looking over the bill and thinking about it I realized I was over charged by at least an hour. When I spoke to the office she called me back within the hour and said yes they owed me $198 but they only issue refunds on the 16th of the month. I called again today and now was told the refund should be mailed the end of this week or the beginning of next week. Amazing since my check was written in the evening of a Saturday and was cashed 1st thing Monday morning. I have gotten my tax refund checks back quicker. I would never recommend these people to anyone. Very unproffessional

THIEVES!!!!

I’d give them no stars but that’s not an option. We have filed a police report and it has yet to be investigated, so I cannot legally say that the movers stole from me but here are the facts ...

I used Two Men and a Truck of Blue Springs/Kansas City, MO to move my stuff into a nearby storage unit. Right after the move was finished, and just as I was leaving the storage unit my roommate called me and told me she was missing a bag of prescription narcotics that she had left over from a previous surgery. This bag was located in the laundry room attached to my roommate’s bedroom ... a room they were told not to enter. As of 1 am the night before, the bag of narcotics was present, and then were missing right after the move the following morning. The only people present in that time frame were myself and the movers. After a search of the apartment, the bag was found in a completely different location of the apartment - underneath the sink in the bathroom, but it no longer contained the percocet, vicodin, or xanax. During the move, one of the movers used that particular bathroom. When I called the company to report what had happened, they treated me like a child. Despite all the facts I had given them, they still are insisting on doing absolutely nothing. They told me that “they cannot believe that these guys would do such a thing because they have been working on and off for them for the last 10 years.” and that they were sure “the drugs would turn up eventually”, as if we had just misplaced them. They have absolutely no intention of doing their own investigation to rectify this situation When I asked them if they checked the movers person, they said “yeah, pills make noise when you walk.” Apparently, the management at Two Men and a Truck would rather keep a thief on staff than listen to logic. This company has a “grandma rule” ... Treat every move like it was your grandma. I guess this slime ball would probably steel from his grandmother. Stay far away from this company, as I believe they still have a thief working for them and he might be the mover assigned to you.

THANK GOD FOR TWO MEN AND A TRUCK!!! My family has moved a lot in the past 15 years. We usually did the move ourself but this time having two young kids and a full time working husband I needed help. I used the Scottsdale branch in AZ! A young lady named Tiffany helped with scheduling, she was very professional. The truck came when I needed them to come and ready to work. They gentley packed the rest of the boxes that I couldnt get to. They wrapped my furniture and couches so they would be safe from dirt and scratches. One of the guys named Seth actually let my son help carry some of the lighter stuff. I loved it! My son was so excited to help and felt like he was one of them! They were so nice and caring. It was so relaxing and reassuring knowing they were doing the job and well at that, and I could tend to the kids instead of running around trying to get things packed and into a truck and doing all the moving myself. After we got to the new house they unloaded everything fast and carefully. Nothing was broken or scratched! Which when doing it ourself there was always something broken or furniture that we had to toss after the move due to damage. NOT THIS TIME! I was so happy for choosing them. It was worth every penny!!! Thank you Two Men and a Truck!!!!!

I was sooo happy yet sad to find other people had problems with Two Men and a Truck moving company. Oh, God! I cannot believe the mistreatment I received from the movers arriving late (one and one half hours), mistreatment of my belongings (trying to JAM my recliner thru the patio door and would not stop when being repeatedly told to stop.), not allowing me to view the back of the truck when they were done. I swear to God that at least one of the movers was high. The corporate office also said they had no control over the Milwaukee, Wisconsin franchise. I just sat there and said, "What?!!" My move was May 1st. I got the run-around from the 'manager' of the Milwaukee office whom I discovered today is not the manager. He lied to me and to the corporate office. He twisted everything around. He said I was offered to view the back of the truck among other lies. This is egregious! I'm ready for the class-action lawsuit for Two Men and a Truck!

Hands down Two Men and a Truck in Orlando was one of the worst moving experiences that I have ever had. Not only were they close to two hours late from their "window" but also I was not notified of extra charges when I first discussed using them over the phone. I made it a point to ask and was assured at that time, there would be no additional charges. When I tried to contact one of the owners Tony, he was very short with me unfriendly and rude. He told me I received things through email in advance but when I confirmed this was not true and pointed out that they took my email down wrong, he still would not admit the mistake. I contacted customer no service at their corporate office to find out that they have no control over their franchisees? You have to be kidding me? What franchisee honestly has more say over the business than the actual corporation. You think this would be happening at McDonald's, 7-11 or another franchised company. From top to bottom this is a very shady company and the next time you are looking for a mover, do not even think about giving Two Men and a Truck your business, especially in Orlando.

Was referred to service by relative who had a good experience. As for us the company arrived on time. However once they arrived they seemed to stall to take time. They did not use space on the truck adequately and kept asking to make second trip. I didn't expect to get everything on in one trip, but more than what they took. Once at the house they put the large stuff where we wanted it, but as for the boxes. They dumped them into one room even though they were all marked for different rooms. At the start and when they finished the job they mention several times they were paid mostly by tips. It was to the point where they made us feel guilty till we gave them a separate check for a tip. When I contacted the company just to make them aware of what took place they didn't seem to care and made it seem like it was my fault. I would not use them again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Bottom line if you do use them stand over the top of them and direct them the entire time.

Awful, just awful. I'll never deal with them again. I was waiting at the appointed time, but they never showed up. When I called customer service a very rude lady told me the truck had already been there, but nobody was there. Maybe they had arrived early, and didn't wait I don't know. I couldn't be there early. When I asked about at least rescheduling she instead proceeded to inform me they were going to go ahead and charge me the full rate for the full move they didn't do! I told here if they did they would be hearing from my lawyer. Then she hung up on me. They never did charge me. After that I learned my lesson and went with Allied who got the job done. Stay away from this company. Go with the professionals instead.

to everyone out there who used or uses two men and a truck !!! Yes when the men tell you the damages will come out of their paycheck . it does, some franchises charge the movers a percentage of the total to try and make them be more aware or careful even though the damages are accidental. Franchises owned by Jess Langly, Tucker ga, Suwanee Ga and Decator Ga charge the movers full damages and do not file insuance claims even though they sell Insurance or Cargo Valuation as they call it to the customer!!

Putting complaints here even though your claim is turned down by them and keeping it active will get you money back!! No one likes bad publicity !!

The above franchises are cuting costs and safety for their employees and their customers belongings so be careful !!!

Worst company I have ever been involved with in 40 years. I have included the original email to Two Men and a Truck, the response from their "customer service" person, and my admittedly heated response back which was never answered. The $90 refund they promised in the email never materialized.

To Whom It May Concern:

My husband and I recently sold our home, and scheduled a move on Friday Sept 18 2009. We received several advertisements from various movers, but selected Two Men and a Truck since we see their vans all over town and have a strong reputation for professional service.

Unfortunately, we did not have a professional moving experience with the team that handled our move.

The movers arrived on time but shortly after their arrival one of the movers asked to use a bathroom. I don't have an issue with this except that the man was in the bathroom for at least 25 minutes and was quite sick in the bathroom. I don't know how else to put this, but there were terrible odors that we could smell from the end of the hallway all the way out to the garage. Neither my husband, my mother or I could even be in surrounding room while he was in the bathroom, and it took well over an hour for the smells to leave the area. Inside the bathroom it seemed the man had both vomitted (there were long hairs that were not mine all over the toilet seat and a smell of bile) and had a terrible diarrhea attack that left really foul residue along the inside of the toilet lid and around the toilet area. My mother took the first pass at spraying cleaners on the toilet, then later I was able to finish scrubbing down latrine.

I understand that the terrible rain we had on Friday was unavoidable, and that people do get sick. However, when I'm being charged at an hourly rate and almost half an hour was spent with only 1 mover actually working, I feel there should be an adjustment to my final bill. Additionally, it seemed the team was moving quite slowly, perhaps b/c one man was sick. I also saw that same mover taking a smoke break and again stopping work to talk on his phone.

The movers also first loaded boxes and then later loaded the furniture which I did not understand as I've always had movers begin with the furniture items. Their plan resulted in a full truck with additional heavy items still left to move; due to the movers pace my husband and I moved the items ourselves. Again, I understand rain will cause a delay but me, my husband and my 64-year old mother were also in that same rain working at a much faster pace. The movers pace was so slow that when they arrived at the home, my husband directed them to unload all boxes in into the garage. They did this but with no regard to items marked "fragile" or "glassware" and so those items were stacked on the bottom with boxes marked "books-heavy" on top.

All in all this was the worst moving experience I've ever had, and for the reasons listed above I am requesting a credit of 200.00 applied towards my bill.

Sincerely,

Ms. Resendez,

This is a written response to your letter regarding your dissatisfaction with your move. Prior to now we have left a message with Scott, the person who paid for your move. After receiving your written response to the message we left on Scott’s telephone, we are now re- responding by emailing you! We don’t understand why, if you were so dissatisfied with the service, that:

- you didn’t notify us the day of the move,

- you went over us directly to the home office with your complaint,

- you tipped the movers,

- you waited over a week to complain,

- you or Scott still haven’t called us directly to discuss the matter?!?! (We are reasonable folks and would be more than willing to work out a solution).

After saying you are too busy to make or accept phone calls, we find it amusing that you can find the time to write page-long emails/ letters! From the beginning, your expectations about the move and its costs were not in sync with our estimate for such a move. We do apologize for our mover’s behavior in the bathroom. We really do stress to our men better bathroom etiquette. We are willing to refund ½ hour of move time plus refund the mover’s tip for a total of $90.00 and this will be credited to the card used to pay for the move. If you have any problems or questions regarding this course of action, please contact us!

Below you will find a copy of an email from your local branch in response to our emailed complaints to the home office. This type of response is exactly why we chose to contact the home office but you chose to let the local rep handle it. According to the email I am the one with a problem because you sent over to movers who were so hung over they could barely function. We won't even discuss again what they did to our bathroom. Apparently " From the beginning, your expectations about the move and its costs were not in sync with our estimate for such a move." Odd since a small moving company we found on Craig's List moved all of the furniture from Dallas to the Richardson location two years ago in half the time with the same number of movers. Since your company obviously will not take this matter seriously I am going to take my case to the media. A copy of this email will be sent to the following:

Thanks you for the detailed explanation. This is the email from local office on closing the investigation on 18th. That is the reason I had to go and fix the floor. If I was asked to wait for the repair and inspection, I would have waited but local office prematurely and unprofessionally closed the case on 18th morning at 11:29 AM. So, I went ahead and fixed the floor.

Dear Mr. ,

After receiving your last email I had concerns that this damage might have been at you apartment at Amli, apt #113, like you had said. So what I did is I met with Martin Burrow, Community Manager for Amli at Mcginnis Ferry, just a few minutes ago. That apartment complex is just a mile away from us. Mr. Martin and I looked at your old apartment floors and there is no rips, tears, or scratches to them in the laundry room, kitchen, or bathrooms. I made sure to ask, before we even went into them, if they had replaced any flooring in that apartment and he said no there was no need to do so. I had Mr. Martin get down and look at the floors himself just to double check. So based on this new information, the previous damage report was for the floors at your new home. We here at Two Men and a Truck feel that this matter is closed based on the documentation provided and investigation that I have done.

Sincerely,
Stephen

Dear Mr. ,

I apologize you are unhappy with the outcome. Our locations have procedures they follow to investigate damage claims. According to the e-mails received from you, Stephen was in the midst of investigating your concern yet no final decision had been made.

The e-mail stream documenting your communication with Stephen took place on February 18, 2010. The invoice you sent Stephen for the second repair shows it was repaired on the 18th, before their investigation was complete. The location has the right to determine the repair vendor if they find they are liable for the damage. You proceeded prior to receiving approval for a repair and used your own vendor. Due to an inability to complete their investigation and the repair being made without their approval, the location is not taking any further action. While I understand your desire to resolve this matter quickly, a tear in the flooring would not render the washer and dryer unusable. I support their decision to deny the claim.

The corporate office serves as a liaison between customers and franchises. Each franchise office operates independently under a license granted by TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®/INTERNATIONAL, Inc. Because of this, we are unable to mandate a specific resolution.

While we apologize you are not satisfied with the outcome, the local office has made their final decision and communicated that information to you. I am unable to assist with this situation any further.

Full_invoice.pdf is where all carpets and laundry room vinyl was replaced before the move. We moved day after that on Sunday Feb 14, 2010. Repair_invoice.pdf is where the laundry floor is replaced.

Mr. ,

I have received the invoice you submitted for the flooring repair. According to the invoice, your floor was repaired on 2/18/10.

Mr. , because we were not given the opportunity to inspect the damage prior to it being repaired, and because you signed the Previous Damage Report which included the laundry room floor, your claim has been denied.

I apologize you feel our movers were responsible for the damage; however, our investigation suggests otherwise.

We wish you well in your new home.

Sincerely,
Stephen Bennett

Thanks you Stephen for your email.

Laundry floor has been re-replaced to new one over the weekdays as we could not use our washer and dryer due to that floor condition. I have now two invoices for the Landry room floor, one where it was replaced with the carpets in the entire home and later after the move, it was just the laundry floor vinyl that was replaced. I can provide you the details of both the invoices any time you want.

Let me know if you want to see those two invoices, my wife can hand deliver your office or I can email or fax you.

Thanks for getting back to me on that.

Thanks and Regards,

Stephen,

As I mentioned the entire report except that item was prepared when truck was being loaded. I reviewed it every time it was updated while loading. After we moved to new place, first thing they loaded was Dryer, the floor was clean and untorn at that time. After they dumped the dryer, I noticed that the floor was torn down.. I reported that to the movers. Instead of reporting that item to the end of the list, they tricked me and added that item at the line number 5. They were hoping I won't read that paper again as I read them every time they updated while loading. That is what exactly happened. After the move , they asked me to sign the paper, which I signed after noticing no additional line added to that. I asked your head mover about this damage and he never mentioned that he added that to line 5. In fact, he mentioned that someone from office will call you about this and you report to them. It was big lie by your head mover

I still consider this item is not resolved. I want to be reimbursed for the damaged vinyl. I can provide you the details of the company installed it on last Friday and the invoice I have.

Thanks,

Dear Mr.

Sincerely,
Stephen

Stephen,

The report is not correct. We got it replaced that on last Friday just before the move on Sunday. I have the invoice from the floor installer, which I can fax you or email you. I did not read what the report says before signing. There were several papers handed over to me and I was so tired after the move, I did not read all of details in it.

One more thing, I noticed after talking to my wife regarding the report is that the report was prepared for the damaged item at our old apartment, before even we moved. Item 5 was then tweaked to add laundry room floor, which was immediately reported to the movers.

So, I guess the matter is not resolved. Let me know if you want me to fax the invoice to you, which I can do tomorrow or late today as I don't have it today with me at work.

Let me know what is the next step in resolution.

Thanks and Regards,

Dear Mr. and Mrs. ,

I received a report from Penny in regards to the concern about your move and I am terribly sorry for any issues that we might have caused. We try to exceed our customer’s expectations in value and high standard of satisfaction.
I have reviewed your concerns concerning the floor in the laundry at the new location. I have also reviewed the paperwork from your job and see that the floor of the laundry room is on the previous damage report stating that the floor was already torn prior to moving anything. If you look in the copies that the men gave you, you will find this report I am speaking of. On this report you will see this is listed as the fifth item. At the bottom of this report you will see your signature as well as the head movers signature. Based on this information provided we here at Two Men and a Truck consider this matter resolved.
If you have any further questions feel free to let me know.

Thanks,
Stephen

Hi,

The move was smooth most of the part except few things. The dryer could not be hooked up due to the exhaust hose was NOT moved with other stuff. The moves disconnected it but never moved. The vinyl sheet in the washer - dryer room in the new home was torn down while putting dryer. It was replaced on Friday, just couple of days before the move, while replacing all the carpets and wood in the home. I referred that and showed it to the movers and they said someone from the office will call about that.

Please make sure whatever insurance needs to take care of it can take care of it.

Thank you.

Regards,

Two Men and a Truck? More like Two Thieves and a Truck!

My boyfriend and I used this service in Phoenix, when we moved in together. His move was not far, so we still had some items in his old house that we were going to move ourselves. One of those items was a Plasma TV, as this company did not move them at the time. (it was about 2 years ago). When setting up the beds at the new house, they had forgotten the screws to the bed, and went back to the original house to get the screws they left behind. They apparently left the sliding patio door unlocked and returned that night to steal my boyfriends plasma TV!

TWO THIEVES AND A TRUCK! DON'T DO IT!

Damaged a television in a move. Only after persistent calls did the responsiblile person speak with me. My calls were never answered and then they denied responsibility. This was the Augusta, GA franchise. Everyone's demeanor and responsiveness was quite different in booking versus followup when there was a problem. The few hundred dollars saved in the move I should have spent using a premium mover.

Two Men And A Truck 1

WOW!!! I really wish I had found this site prior to hiring Two Men and a Truck out of Dallas GA. I dealt with Angie who at first seem to really be professional and helpful. It was a one-way move from Rome GA to Forest Park GA. We decided to rent out our second home and needed to move our furniture (from the basement) into a storage facility. The move seemed easy enough, considering me and my brother-in-law moved everything from the house into the basement. I explained the dynamics of the move and emailed Angie a list of all of the furniture and other items in the basement. In the email, I mentioned several times if she had any questions to give me a call. She and I spoke 3 to 4 times the day before the move. The morning of the move I was up at 5am and made the 2-hour drive from Atlanta to Rome to meet the movers. They arrived on time and seemed ready to get started. It was a flat rate move, that Angie guesstimated would take about 6hrs. It took them that long to load the truck. Three hours into the move, Angie called to get an update. The movers claimed that the furniture was heavy, and that there was more than what was on the list. So I took the list and walked around to point out everything. In the end, we learned there were actually more items on the list than in the basement, which mean I OVERstated what I had. Originally, Angie told them they had to leave what was not on the list. So I asked to speak with her but she refused. Another hour passed and they were still trying to figure out how to get everything into the truck. One of the movers kept saying they wouldn't be able to fit everything but there was a lot of wasted space at the rear of the truck where they had not packed it right. The mover went as far as to tell me I would not be able to fit my things in my storage unit. It was the worst experience ever. What really upset me was that not once or twice but THREE TIMES Angie refused to talk to me so I could explain to her what was going on. Each time, she took the word of her employees and continued to rush them. After five hours of nonsense, me, my mother and my friend started loading things into my SUV bcz it was clear they were not going to get the job done. When all was said and done, they left behind about $1500 of my belongings which were clearly on the list.

Once we arrived at the storage, I had to call two of my brothers and my brother-in-law to get the job done in a timely fashion. I did most of the work. All they really did was unload the heavy the furniture and load it into the storage. I had to direct them to get everything stacked up right. It took those two men plus six additional people to get the job done. Not to mention, I paid an extra $250 to people who stopped what they were doing on Saturday evening to come and help me. What really pissed me off was that we were able to fit everything into a 10x10 storage with room to spare but they were not able to fit all of my things in their 30ft truck.

I emailed Angie, the owner and the corporate office on Monday morning about the situation. Angie called trying to cover her sorry ass in the situation. As a business owner, I am used to hearing excuses but when I pay $925 for a service, I expect to get what I paid for. Originally, she quoted me an hourly rate of $115, which seemed reasonable to me. I did not ask for a flat rate. She offered it. Which I thought was great since she is supposed to be a professional Two Men claims to have trained movers and to provide professional service. I do not feel I received any of that.

Someone earlier mentioned a Class Action lawsuit. I am going to speak with my attorney about the matter to see what, if any, actions can be taken. A $925 move ended up costing me almost $3K, when you factor in having to pay the three guys who came to help and having to leave behind $1500 worth of possessions because they didn't know what the hell they were doing. I will NEVER use this company again. . .and will do everything I can to make sure others do not make the same mistake. The worst part was that the owner, Mike Navin, has yet to return my calls or emails. I am a business owner and I would NEVER treat my customers this way.

Two Men And A Truck 1

They are beyond terrible! I made a move with them back in August 2008 and actually, that was a good move so we decided to go with them again this summer when we moved a second time. The two guys that came to the door were worried because their sheet had said that it was a four family house which was stupid since I told the girl on the phone it was just a 2 bedroom apartment in a 4 family building and I had told the girl that a lot of the furniture we had during that 2008 move had been sold so we had less to move this time. Things were moving along fine until the guys started moving stuff out of the basement and told my mother that they wouldn't be able to take everything. We panicked and I asked, how much can you take and I'm thinking of what I can fit into my car ? I drive a Toyota Corolla. When the guys walked away, my mother and I started wondering aloud, if they thought that we lived in a 4 bedroom house, how were they planning on getting all of the furniture onto their truck if they thought it was more? My mother went outside and saw that they had plenty of room on their truck and she started yelling at them. None of the furniture had been wrapped and they were just being plain sloppy. I was sick since I was the one paying for the move, I didn't know what to do. But because my mom yelled at them, which she was so justified for, it seemed like we really paid for it when they arrived at our new place. Because the guys seemed to be sincerely apologetic and looked scared, we did stupidly take pity on them and chalked it up to them being kids. Our apartment took about 2 hours to empty out, and the ride was only 2 to 3 miles farther north. Even though the place was an upper, we expected it might take some time. It took them about 4 hours to move everything!!!! and to make matters worse, they couldn't get our box springs or couch up the stairs, we had them store them in the garage for the time being. Our landlord told us that they could have gotten our box springs up through the balcony we have, so we called Two Dumbies and a Truck that Monday and asked them what to do. They offered to send 3 men to do it, BUT! it would cost me another $130. It took them about 20 minutes to do it. After all was said and done, we started noticing how damaged some of the furniture was. When the guys moved us, we had them store a lot of it in the dining room because they couldn't get anything straight so we started telling them "dining room," even though all of our furniture was marked and we went through which room was which. it took us about a week to go through some of this stuff and I made another call to a manager there who took his sweet time calling me back. When I read him the riot act about how ridiculous and incompetent this move turned out to be, he started yelling at me and telling me that he didn't have to take my call. He was doing me a favor to which I respond with a few curse words before I hung up. I tried throwing the charge into dispute but when all was said and done, I didn't play my cards right. I got bad movers that I should have kept a closer eye on and should have checked my furniture out better. We've had several people tell us that there was no excuse that they couldn't get that furniture up the stairs. When I moved from a 2 story 3 bedroom house that was eight miles away and only cost me $565, I got to question why a 2 bedroom apartment with less furniture and 2 to 3 milies away would cost me $730. THERE SHOULD BE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST TWO MEN AND A TRUCK! THEY'RE EXTORTIONISTS!!!!

We had them move our large items only. It took them less than an hour from door to door. Half way through the move, they wanted us to sign a contract saying it took them 3 hours to move us. We were told originally that there was no minimum time for moving. When I called the supervisor, he said he would hold our items hostage until we paid. Stay FAR away from this company.

Unbelievable- worst day of my life courtesy of this company, without comparison. Shortly after arriving, the movers requested "shots" of the whiskey they saw my fiancee packing, and talked openly about using marijuana. They took a fifteen minute break that turned into, literally, 4 hours. They lied to us for several hours and were always "on their way" to the new apartment. The movers left our home unlocked with some furniture outside and the rest stacked in an absolute mess in the living room. They never did come to the new apartment and we are scrambling to find new movers, with no time. Never, never, never call this company.

Two Men And A Truck 2

In 2005 I used Two Men and a Truck in Madison, Wisconsin to move. I had a great expierence during that move and in October 2009 I decided to use Two Men and a Truck from Burnsville, MN for a inter-city move. The expierence was completely the opposite. (It should be noted that my wife and I have made several moves over the past couple of years so we knew approximately how long it took to load / unload our belongings.)

Two Men and a Truck arrived on site within the pre-determined time period and the crew was cordial and polite. The problem arrived when they took the round about way to move our belongings to the lower level. They were also moving extremely slow (they either did not have sweat glands or they weren't working). It seemed as if they had been out late the night before and then had to face the music Saturday morning. Since they bill by the hour, my wife and I began to panic and started moving things ourselves to our own vechicles (at least what we could lift).

When we called the company to complain and ask for a 1 hour refund they said tough luck. It is a you said / we said situation and it appears the "we said" is always right. My advice if you decide to go with this crappy company is to intervene if things aren't working they way you expect them to. Stop the movers and call the company and request new movers. We did not do that and we regret it since the company (at least in Burnsville, MN) takes no accountability for their staff.

Two Men And A Truck 1

I did my homework when it came time to select a moving company to move me across the country. I would never have used this company for any reason based on NUMEROUS complaints all over the internet. A company doesn't get a reputation like this for no reason.

Well, after eliminating three companies with horrible reviews, I chose what I thought was another reputable company with many glowing reviews. But guess who they subcontracted the job out to? You guessed it, Two Men and a Truck.

My contract stated everything would be blanket wrapped and it wasn't. Even though I didn't move everything on my inventory, it somehow got inflated to almost 1500 lbs. more than the original estimate. A one bedroom apartment? NO WAY.

The icing on the cake is when they delivered my furniture and I kid you not almost EVERY SINGLE PIECE was damaged. Why? Because of how it was tossed and thrown onto the truck. And I am not exaggerating it was literally thrown onto the truck and I have video and photos to prove it.

I could rehash the entire move but trust me it is the same crap you are reading in every other review. They do not wrap or protect your furniture, they do not care, and they are liars. Does management not train these people to wrap furniture? Do they not read their own reviews online? Or do they just not care. The real problem is that they get you to pay for everything in cash and there is no way to dispute it once it is paid for. They overbill your weight, but if they have to pay you for damages based on that weight of course they estimate the weight at next to nothing. There is no way to recover from this move. The piddly "damages" I am being awarded will not even cover the cost of re-upholstering a chair they ripped and that is one of over a dozen pieces of furniture that was either ripped, stained or damaged. It is obnoxious how this company operates and trust me when I tell you if you use this mover after reading these complaints you have no one but yourself to blame.

The moving industry is ripping people off and violating them left and right and they have the law on their side. If you get burned by a mover there is essentially no recourse. It's a shame we can't file a class action lawsuit or put these people out of business once and for all.

I used Two Men And A Truck on 02-04-09. I am writing this review because I was SO impressed with my move from Tampa, FL to New Port Richey, FL. First of all I was provided an estimate for my move to take 8 hours. The move was finished in 6 hours!! They saved me over $200.

Also, the two movers were absolutely INCREDIBLE!! They did everything that I asked them to and did not complain once. They were clean-cut, courteous, and very professional.

My company my be transferring me to Atlanta next year. I will definitely call Two Men And A Truck again!! Hopefully the same to men will still be there.......

I would like to take a moment to respond to swintms's complaint. I am the "Nick" in the complaint. Before I respond, I would like to say that no offense is taken by reporting your complaints. It is a perfectly acceptable accountability for companies doing business. I say that so it is understood that this is not an angry response, just a different view on the situation. 500lb 7ftx7ft Wall unit. This note is copied out of our software and pasted into this response. This is a point of disagreement with our customer. We worked with husband and wife on this move. Wife booked the move and we state that we were told what our CSR typed into the file. Husband is who I spoke to about the situation feels strongly that we were told 1000 lbs up front. Our CSRs do not make up information; they understand how critical accurate information is. We have an 800lb limit on what we would move and they know that we would not move an item that heavy. Additionally our movers were told that it took 10 men to load the piece, but our office staff was not told about the 10 men. Yes we were warned it was heavy, but not informed that 10 men loaded it. When a move is booked the same day that the move is done, we do not always have the ability to look at the piece before we move it. It would have been nice to be able to this day, but we just didnt have Charles available to go look at the piece. When our men arrived and realized it couldnt be put on a dolly because it was too tall and needed to be picked up and tilted, they called Charles our QC manager to assess the situation. Charles reported to me that we needed more men to move the piece and that is when I spoke to the husband. I did in fact give 2 options. 1 was for us to send additional men which do cost more, $37/hr for each additional man.  I dispute that I said they would pay while we wait for the other crew. We would have been on down time until the other crew arrives.  My position was that with an item this big we can not offer a cut rate due to the liability for injury. Understanding that it was a lot of money, also offered a complete refund of his deposit. No demand for a refund was needed. That was my offer, not a request by our customer. I do not know how else to handle the situation. We offered to move it at full price or a complete refund. We did not ask our customer to pay for service it did not receive. Our company paid a significant price for the situation. We paid a manger, 3 men, truck miles and fuel and were compensated nothing for it. I say that not to say we are owed something, but to show we were willing to take the loss in this situation even believing that we didnt have all the information we should have.

Two Men And A Truck 1

My horror story is about the Huntsville, Alabama franchise of 2 Men and a truck. My wife called them to unload a rental truck for us. There was one HUGE piece of furniture in the truck that we just couldnt handle ourselves. We told them when we called that it was 91"x93" and 2 ft thick and weight about one thousand pounds. They told us that they could handle it..."no problem". They said that would send "Charles" over to check it before they sent the crew. "Tasha" said he would be there around 10:30. We waited until 11:15 to call and check and was told that they had no idea who we spoke with but nobody was coming out to check but the move was scheduled for between 12:30 and 2:30. Again, we told them to send a large crew because one of the pieces was HUGE and HEAVY. "Tasha" informed my wife that she has already told them and they would be ready. So we waited...and waited until around 2:00. The truck arrives and three young guys popped out. There was not a really strong one in the group. They took one look in the truck and said that they could not handle the job. They call "Nick" to ask for help. They told him about the problem and then handed the phone to me. "Nick" informed me that I had two options. The first was to wait for a second crew to show up and I would pay for the first to sit there with me at $130 per/ hour until the second crew showed up and then the rate would double! I told him that we had informed them of the size and weight of the item at 7:30 that morning and I was told that there was no record of that and that he was "not wanting to debate it with me". My other option was just to call it a day and take a refund on the first crew. I decided on a slight modification of the second option. I demanded a refund and would report them to the BBB. I was paying daily rental of the truck so in addition to the time wasted hew as also wasting my money. I called another company that had returned my call earlier but I had told that I already had a contract with 2 Men and a Truck. He was there with a real moving crew in 45-minutes and did a very good job of taking care of the mess that "Nick" left me with. I would not recommend 2 Men and a Truck to move my garbage to the street.

What a mistake using this company. After reading your reviews, I have only myself to blame. Should have done more reasearch. My issues mirror many of the comments stated. Slow, inefficient and inconsiderate of other peoples belongings. I paid an upfront fee of $110, then $110/hour on top of that. They moved my 900sf apartment, drove 1 mile to my storage unit to unload a 10x10 unit, then drove 1.5 miles to my house. All of this in 11.5 hours. The kicker, all my stuff was boxed up and wrapped. They put padding around 5 pieces of furniture - and after 6 hours of their inefficiency I helped load/unload the truck. This move would have take close to 15 hours had I not helped. I could not believe it.

Some of what their professional movers brough to the table:
1.) When we got to my storage unit, they wasted 1 hour "unloading" the truck to reposition items to fit my storage stuff (despite the fact that I commented the unit was a full 10x10.
2.) They received at least 40 phone calls throughout the day - despite it being a Sunday (no extra charge) and the offices were closed. I had to ask them on several occassions to "stop w/the phone calls."
3.) When we got to my new neighborhood - I was upstairs in my home when I heard one of the drivers yelling down the street at two young ladies "you're hot, come on over here." I had to go down stairs tell the idiot to "shut his mouth" and that "I was reporting his behavior to the office."
4.) On several occassions they would leave my apartment w/my stuff and not come back for 10 minutes. At first the told me how "important it is to pack the truck correctly." When I went to check on them on several occassions I found them a.) on their phones, eating snacks, and sitting on my couch in the driveway ("taking a short break.")
5.) When I called the office to complain about the "inefficient work" and the "cat calling" out in the street they said they would inquire w/the drivers what happened. I got a call back 2 days later and was told a.) they felt they worked efficiently and b.) there was no "cat calling" in the street. I was stunned.
6.) I didn't think I would have a problem getting a "small refund" for the inefficient work, but 2 weeks later I have nothing.

In the end, $110/hour is too much to charge for 2 men (way too much for 2 idiots).

What I've written is not an exaggeration. What a waste! I ended up paying $1,300 for this service. Do yourself a favor. Find someone else to move you...if no other alternative, do it yourself.

If you value your property, don't! They played "Pick Up Sticks" with my items when they packed. Many items were broken or torn beyond use. Even though I was promised they would stay until finished, they quit after two hours and told me I could do the rest. The actual movers lost items. They stacked boxes higher than my head so I had to stand on a stepstool to open them and unpack. Despite all efforts to talk with someone, my calls were never returned. Someone from the national office contacted me and then told me the local supervisor would be calling me. He never did. I contacted the national office about this but had no response. Better to pay a few teenagers to work under your own supervision and then drive your own rented truck.

Two Men And A Truck 1

I hired TMAAT to help load furniture from my apartment to a moving truck that I rented. The customer service lady who set the day up was very friendly and easy to work with. I hired the men for two hours, as I lived on the third floor of my building and couldn't move the furniture on my own. Here is what went wrong:

1. The men called four hours before they were supposed to arrive to tell me they were on their way. They arrived forty minutes later and then spent fifteen minutes parking their moving truck they were not supposed to bring.

2. They moved furniture for forty minutes, and then gave me a twenty minute warning that it was almost time for them to leave. I was upset and confronted them about this. They said my moving time began when they first called me. So, I had to pay for time the men spent traveling in a large truck they didn't need and parking. This upset me because the company insists they told me this beforehand, yet if they had, I never would have agreed to such ridiculous terms.
3. It was very uncomfortable after I confronted the movers, and they knew I was upset. They had no problem leaving my furniture in the public hallway as they asked for my fiancee's credit card number to call in the charge. About this time I noticed my purse was missing. I had had it in the same spot in the middle of my apartment all day, as I was putting my most important belongings in it ... to ensure I didn't lose them in the move. Additionally, I had gone to the ATM earlier that day to get sixty dollars for a tip. The funny thing about this is that about a half an hour before I noticed my purse was missing, I heard the movers carrying furniture in the hall saying, "No, you have sixty bucks!" I should have put two-and-two together, but I was busy scrubbing my kitchen.
4. While I was frantically looking for my purse, the movers didn't bother to help, they just called in the billing information. They didn't care until my fiancee confronted them as they tried to leave and told them we called 911. Immediately they began acting as if they wanted to help us find the purse. This is the same picture they painted for the police.
5. I do believe the movers took my purse, as they were the ONLY people in my apartment.
6. Because of this occurrence, I am out a $400 purse, wallet, all personal identification, sales vehicle and personal keys, pictures I didn't want to lose, a $200 wallet and many other valuables I had stuffed in my purse that day. Not to mention, the days I missed from work visiting various government bureaus to get new identification, moving all banking accounts, cancelling credit cards and setting up identity fraud alerts.

I am now being represented by an attorney, as the company refuses to take any responsibility. The attorney called me today to let me know that he investigated the two men who "moved" my belongings and found that both of them have extensive criminal records. Currently, one of them is in jail for felonious assault and the other left the company just after my move. Hmmmmmmm?

Today, I learned Two Men and a Truck are willing to settle by offering me a mere $26.00. How would you feel if you were me?

Two Men And A Truck 1

Thursday was my first and last time moving with Two Mean and A Truck. I wish I had found this site before I moved. Like everyone else, I was quoted 7.5 hours to move our entire home and this move should have taken 4 hours. So my husband and I decided to move most of the small items ourself to reduce the number of required hours. They came with 3 people! and still took 5.5 hours although we moved all of the clothes, televisions, boxes, small electronics and small tables. Worst of all in most rooms they scratched or damaged 60% of the furniture not to mention my new walls and foyer paint! I just hope when I call on Monday, I get a speedy response to REPLACE not REPAIR my less than year old furniture or we are going to have a problem.

Worst move we ever had. They forgot to book us for Memorial Day weekend, despite getting the credit card number 6 weeks before. Showed up on time, but things went down hill from there. Broken floor tiles in the new house, broken stepper, destroyed flowers, sat around much of the time and went hours over the estimate. To top it off, they left the garage door open at the old house and racoons spread trash all over. We will never use them again and are telling everyone we know. DON'T EVER USE THE ORLANDO AREA TWO MEN AND A TRUCK

Two Men And A Truck 1

I used Two Men & Truck on 3/17/07 to move my small 550 sqft aprtmnt. I have a heavy piece of furniture, so I was told I needed three guys. They quoted $135.00 an hour for the move. This seemed high, but they were highly recommended so I decided to use them. I had two drop offs, so I knew the move would take longer than usual. We estimated the move would take 4 hours: 3 to move my apartment (with 3 movers!), & 1 to move a few items to the 2nd drop off. It took 4 1/2 hours to do the first part and 2 hours to do the second part. I was paying for 3 movers, but I got 2 guys who did the work and 1 guy who "supervised" & spent a lot of time doing paperwork & even took a 30 minute stinky bathroom break. I rushed to get them done at the end of the move & didn't really inspect my stuff (I was still on the clock, afterall). My fiance noticed damage to our wood floors & on the armoire when he got home. This was the final straw. We had already paid almost $1000.00 to move a 550 square foot apartment...with 3 movers!!! (I almost forgot, they also charged us a $50.00 travel fee to "make the move worth their time," as if almost $1000.00 wasn't already worth their time.) I called the manager first thing Monday to tell him about the problems that we encountered, & he said that he would look into things. But the best that he has come up with is only $100 off our total move because it's my word against his movers. He says that he doesn't believe me because when he came by during the move everything seemed fine, but what was I supposed to say when I am at their mercy with my stuff already on their truck? I think it's obvious just by looking at the numbers. It was a small one bedroom apartment! Oh, and I almost forgot, I had already moved all my clothes, my entire kitchen, & one of my dressers myself prior to the move. I also moved all of my own electronics and odds and ends the day of the move. So, does $1000.00 still seem right? If you ask me, it doesn't add up.

Two Men And A Truck 1

Prospective franchisees who wish to obtain a two men franchise or told this in a prospectus. " You join an organization that has: "Commitment to the customer."
"Core values, mission, personal assistance." "Commitment to excellence."

I beg to differ. We didn't use the company to move us, only we had one of their trucks "move" our car in an accident. While on her way to a doctor's visit in Manhattan my wife honked furiously and watched in horror as a New Jersey based Two Men truck backed up into her, smashing the passenger side door. Too shaken to call the police she had her doctor come out later to get the necessary information from the driver who admitted blame. Now the company insists our claim was fraudulent and invites us to take the long, arduous path to suit in small claims court, rather than let their insurance company make amends.
A call to the parent company got the ear of a sympathetic individual, but the
person said, "We have no control over this."

Two Men And A Truck 1

A move I made using my friends and family was a hundred times better than my recent move with this company! Two Men and A Truck employees gouged, chipped, and/or scratched every piece of my bedroom furniture. They also gouged my sofa table, poked a hole in my mattress, lost my armoir hardware, and broke a leg off of one of my wooden plant stands. I was told "their" furniture repair company would be in touch within a few days. Two weeks later I was still trying to get a response as to when everything would be fixed. Then I find out that the repair company doesn't work weekends! I work all week and why should I take a vacation/sick day to let them fix something that THEY damaged?! Anyway, I am still (30 days later) trying to get my things repaired at a convenient time for me and if it goes on much longer, I may file a suit against them. I wouldn't use them again if they paid ME!!

Two Men And A Truck 1

Two Men and a Truck Omaha, Nebraska is terrible... we hired two men to load our moving truck for us, and they damaged our wood floors, threw our stuff around, and didn't pack anything properly unless we were breathing down their necks. As a result our kitchen table was badly damaged (they threw it on top of everything without properly wrapping it) and our mattress was punctured by the metal piece in a wardrobe box... all they had to do was turn the box 90 degrees and it wouldn't have happened. The claims manager in Omaha has basically told me that since it wasn't their truck, they weren't liable, but it's not like all of our stuff was damaged -- just those two items that were obviously improperly packed. Isn't that great? Since it wasn't their truck, we don't get professional moving services! They just show up, toss everything on our truck, take their money, and walk away -- no liability for their gross negligence. I could have hired two guys off the street and had the same service.

In contrast, the franchise here in Atlanta was great... the crew that was supposed to move our stuff decided they didn't want to do it, so they ended up pulling two guys who were on their way home to help us finish unloading the truck... those guys were great, very fast and professional. Too bad it took their office 3 hours to find someone to move our stuff off the truck.

Overall I'd say not to bother. If their liability ends the moment they're done loading your stuff, it's not worth it. Find someone else to do your loading that will actually take some pride in your work and not damage your house.

Two Men And A Truck 1

Two Men and A Truck are Stephen King's idea of a moving company. A complete nightmare. They were 6 1/2 hrs late and actually got an attitude with me when I called to question the delay. No notice call was made that they were finally on their way. The 2 men took fully twice as long as any other move I have made with less than half the same furniture I have moved in the last 10 years. That's why they want you to pay by the hour. Oh, yes, the movers told me I could help them if I wanted! LOL They broke a metal table. How do you break a metal table?? Then gave me a sob story about it coming out of their minimum wages and please don't do a damage claim. TM&T; did come back and refund one hour charge ($100) but their charges still are fully a third more than any other move. It ended up taking me 12 hrs to move 10 pieces of furniture and 60 boxes one and a half miles down the road. The office staff was fine, the movers were polite. They just can't get the job done.

Two Men And A Truck 1

If you want help or piece of mind don't use 2 Men and a Truck. I hope this helps someone else not think two men and a truck insured status will help you these people charge and advertise like and insured mover but don't act like it. If they break something they just deny it. They will send you 2 condescending, slow and unresponsive men....and trust me I am the overly patient sort (so if you are not then these people may drive you to insanity). Then they created a dent in our expensive bedroom dresser and when I show them one of the movers says to get and estimate and they will pay to fix it. They also badly scrape up our stair by taking a dolly up and down repeatedly....they then deny the damage was their fault on this one. But the dolly tracks are obvious. On this one they say they will send out an insurance adjuster to look at the damage. I paid them under the false pretenses they created that they: 1) would pay for the damage on my dresser and 2) two they would send out an insurance adjuster to inspect the damage on the stair. Then their management calls me and says that none of the damage was caused by them (remember they said they would pay to fix the 1st one and therefore clearly took responsibility at least for that one). Then they said they would not be sending an adjuster out. So I hired an insured mover, but to deny the benefit of an insured move is to deny the service altogether. And their assurances they would pay for the damage caused me to pay them for the service. Wish I hadnt. Update: Today a lady called again from the company this time again to deny they had caused any damage. She said that impossible that they had caused the damage to my dresser because they didnt have anything sharp in their truck. Does is take something sharp to hurt a dresser in a move? Or course not. Although she said she would send someone out from the company to look at my dresser .obviously just to tell me in person they hadnt caused any damage. What a terrible attitude. This review is about 2 men and a truck in Dallas!
