    On the few occasions where I've felt the need to send feedback, it was extremely easy. I just sent Lawrence an email, and he replied back pretty quickly. It's that easy.

    Failed reply's is probably because the RIA team is very busy, and I would think if you don't have enough trusted or popular enough, you may have to wait a long time for a reply, that's human nature.

    Lawrence is helpful and friendly; he replied the first time I reported a problem. More recently, there was an error in a topic (the rating and rank not being updated) which I reported over a month ago. Lawrence e-mailed a reply that they were looking into it. Nothing heard or adjusted since. I want to compliment Lawrence: he's not only very nice, he's the only person who seems to take an interest here. I wish these kind of errors would be addressed faster. I realize these are not scientific polls, but how can anything meaningful be concluded from these ratings/opinions - IF they are not at least timely? -- Going back to the original issue: yes, there is ease in submitting feedback, but the response to feedback? Lawrence deserves "5 stars (Great!)", but not the rest of Management Team: sorry that based on my experience, I'll have to make your rating the lowest = "1 star".

    Sending is easy but I've only gotten one response in four years.. and that was almost four years ago.

    Whenever I have had a suggestion or bug on any of my pages, the response has always arrived within the hour. Two at the most. Lawrence has always been extremely wonderful and gratious to me. I'm thrilled this site has such wonderful management. I imagine it has to be a million headaches in one.

    Its very simple to send anything you want to the management team. The problem is that they never answer me back, or take weeks to answer me. Ive sent messages to RIA ADMINISTRATOR, only to be ignored.

    It is very easy to get in touch with the RIA Management Team. I sent them an e-mail voicing my concerns over the pranksters who plague this site by giving all of us a ton of "Not Helpful" votes. They got back to me within 24 hours! Thanks RIA Management Team! The title of this list itself says it all.

    Here is my open-letter feedback to the management team: How about removing the "Not Helpful" buttons? It seems that someone(s) has decided that it's real fun to mark everyone's comments as "Unhelpful". I noticed that has happend to me a lot recently. I can't seem to post anything anymore without someone automatically voting everything I write as "Unhelpful", usually several times for each comment. I'm pretty sure that I know who is doing this to me too, so KNOCK IT OFF!!!!! You are a very immature and childish person. GET A LIFE!!! Update: Sure enough, all my most recent comments have at least four "Not Helpful" votes.Get lost, you stupid jerk!

    It's very easy to send feedback to the management team. I have found everything on this site to be extremely easy to use, especially since I know nothing about computers.

    Very easy to get in touch with RateItAll. I have sent e-mails to them and received an answer in the same day! This website just kicks some a$$! It is a lot of fun to be able to voice your opinion and read what other people think about certain things. I know not all comments posted are serious, but I have to admit the majority of them are pretty damn funny. I wouldn't like this website nearly as much if it was full of serious topics and responses! ;)

    Very easy, Click the suggestion area at the bottom of any page and you are all set to contact RateItAll. You don't even have to enter your email address, it is automatically entered. You are set to send your message. Very user friendly.

    Seems idiot-proof to me. At the bottom of every page there's a link that says "Send Us Feedback," and clicking that link takes you to a page where you can send a message to the RateItAll management team.
