Rude, just flat out rude I called the place there was no answer than finally some lady picks up and said, "hello and what its Sunday and you called 3 time we're trying to get ready for church." I ask, "you do boarding?" I get back, " Yes but not on Sunday blah, blah, blah." at this point I had all ready made up my mind you lost a costumer and hopefully you loose more. Don't run a business if you cant answer one phone call on a Sunday. I have never been talk to so rudely in my life and that's why I'm writing a review. Don't bring your dogs here.

I have used Sham-o-Jet Kennels for the past eight years and have been extremely happy with the care and attention that my dog receives. When we pick up our dog, he is always clean and well groomed. He seems happy and content. Marcia and George are wonderful people and I appreciate that they provide a great service for us.
