Mediocre service. what's troubling as i read so many negative reviewed is that they are very tech savvy, so when customers on Rateitall.com started to post negative comment after negative comment, the disconnected their links to these reviews. Most customers don't get to see these reviews anymore. Now they only show their own selected reviews on their own site.

Suggestion: Post negative feedback on BBB (Better Business Bureau)

Fox translate can eat a D*ck. They Suck.
How the hell can they act like a legit business, and give you a truly shit translation, and shit customer service. You get what you pay for i guess, that's what you get for 29 dollars a page.

Names misspelled, the serial number wrong. It's so bad that I have to trash the translation and have it retranslated by another firm. Avoid this company.

translation sounds very unnatural and bad. I don't think this is a real company, I think it's some girl sitting in her basement running a business. and to save money she probably uses an automatic software to translate things, which means your translations will not make much sense.

Are you kidding me right now? Is this the kind of translation that you are going to hand people? This doesn't even make sense. I think either the person who did it was a) mentally incapacitated b) a Spanish 1 student. You are dealing with people's legal documents, how can you be so irresponsible.

I agree with all the bad reviews. Very very bad. I feel cheated. Will be contacting my credit card company for a chargeback.

I am going to share my experience here so other people don't end up wasting their money like I did. This "company" has no idea what they are doing, I don't think this is a real translation company, their translations suck. I had something very simple (a birth certificate) translated here and they couldn't even spell my name right. I think my 5-year old could do a better job.

I work as a freelance translator, but when I needed certified translation of immigration documents, I turned to Fox Translate. The service is quick, easy and affordable. The quality of the translations was great, too. I'd definitely recommend Fox to anyone looking for certified translation!

I needed a power of attorney to be executed in Ecuador for my architect translated quickly so I could notarize it and get it apostiiled. I called up foxtranslate, and the very courteous lady said she would look for it when it came in and ask her team to have it done quickly and returned. I ordered the translation from english to spanish, and in less than an hour got my translated power of attorney back with a translation certification. This is what customer satisfaction is all about. I recommend foxtranslate for translaltion services in any case. By the way, foxtranslate was the second service I called. The first one said they have a minimum $250 order.

THEY ARE LIERS. They DEFINITELY don't sent back your document in 24 hours, they only charge you in less than that. they false advertise. If you don't want to be pissed by Foxtranslate, find yourself another translator, not a high school girl who works and takes phone calls from grandma's basement.

I can't say enough about FoxTranslate's customer service! This being my first time using an online translation service, I wasn't specific enough when I ordered and so received a copy of my translation that didn't quite meet my expectations.

After expressing my disappointment on their customer survey the support team e-mailed me back immediately wondering what they could do to increase my satisfaction. By the next day I not only received my document translated exactly how I wanted it, but the Fox support team went the extra mile and translated a rather complicated graphic that was embedded in the document without an additional charge.

As long as you tell them what your excpectations are upfront I have no doubt that FoxTranslate will deliver a quality document in no time flat.

My experience with FoxTranslate was exceptional. I was little bit reluctant to use them because there fees seems to me unrealistically low. Being from a French speaking country, I am constantly in need of a certified translators; the base fees of most of them is $ 100.00 USD and I am charged an additional fee depending on the word count. I had a document that I really needed done same day. Their policy clearly states that the amount of pages I had would require a 48 hr turnaround. I called and asked for the favor. Nice girl made no promises, but said she'd try.

Don't be put off by the cutesy website, FoxTranslate is a thoroughly professional outfit, which produces a high quality product. I worried a bit when the guy's voice over the phone sounded as if he were 18. He knew the service and genuinely tried to get me the answers I was looking for. They guarantee the translation within 24 hours. I got mine in 8. I could have translated the text myself without any problem, but needed a guaranteed translation. The translation was absolutely correct! Nice job!
