Use both their managed web servers, and VPS products. Love their customer support, these guys are meticulous and helpful. I chose them for their secure hosting facilities (tier 3 data centre) and the fact that they were a boutique web hosting provider with good customer service.

I don't like their payment system as it looks as if it was designed and created by an accountant!
