Weldon Plumbing Drain Service

I was behind a Wel-Don Plumbing van and the guy driving it was not driving very well. So I went to go around him well then he tried to get in the right lane without using his turn signal. So I had had enough of this person and I called the number on the side of the van. A guy answered and I said I was calling to report one of their drivers for their driving. And he said "Are you in the such and such colored car?" And I proceeded to say yes, and I said you need to slow down and use your turn signals in rush hour traffic and that his driving sucked and he said "well I bet you suck something else". I then proceeded to ask what his name was and he told me he was THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY. Seriously?! The owner actually said that to me!!! YOU ARE A MOVING BILLBOARD FOR YOUR COMPANY!!!! ZERO STARS! These people pulled the same song and dance with my daughter and I told them I would never do business with them or recommend them to another person. My husband forgot that and called them because we had used them in the past. They came out, unclogged the bathtub drain and left the over-flow plate with stopper linkage off. I called the lady the next morning and told her that and she said she would have someone come right out. She immediately called me back and told me that she just talked to her tech and he said it was already off. It was already off. We removed it. She said it was their policy not to replace something the home-owner removed. I told her I had never had that experience with any plumber. I got angry and hung up.
