Thanks again for your excellent workmanship-as always-in the repair of our Toyota Forerunner. Brent and Crystal were very friendly-yet professional-in the manner in which they handled everything. It is refreshing to be able to entrust the body work on our vehicles to a firm like yours-knowing that the job will be "first class." I continually tell my friends and colleagues about your business.

I have been raving to my insurance agent and friends regarding the great treatment I received and the excellent work of Accurate Autobody. Tony, you were incredibly professional, courteous, helpful, and accommodating. I was blown away. How refreshing to deal with an operation that actually values its customers! Other staff members I encountered were also courteous and accommodating. Obviously this reflects a customer oriented culture at Accurate. One assumes that this begins with your owners and general managers. My car was returned clean, including the engine compartment, and looking new. The clean-up touches were noticed and particularly appreciated. Even my grown son [a high end vehicle detailer during High School] was very complimentary. I thank you for your personal attention. Hopefully I won't need your services in the future [one never knows] but rest assured that I will return if necessary and recommend you to anyone I encounter with a need for the servies you provide.

Again, I wish to thank you for your wonderful customer service. Although we will never understand what the coating was on my car or how it got there, the one thing I do know is that I could not have received better service or cooperation while correcting the problem. Even the Enterprise folks were most helpful and accommodating. You certainly have my husband's and my appreciation. Since I am often in the classroom training 10,000 Metro employees on customer service, leadership, and communications, I can easily relate my experience with Accurate. We talk about the negatives of poor customer service, but few are able to talk about the positives. I can't think of a better way to applaud your company's service and get you some free advertisement! Again, many thanks for your kindness and expert assistance.

I went to this place in hopes of getting a new top put on my convertible. they are a joke. they tried screwing me out of $1000. at first they told me my insurance would cover everything besides a $100 deductible. then they informed me that they were only covering 50% of my claim. they were gonna charge me $300 for a recycled top. about a week later i called them back, and by this point they were already supposed to be puuting that top on, they told me that top wouldn't work and that they ordered a brand new one that would cost me a $1000 and it would take 2 weeks just to come in. i called my insurance company and they told me that they were covering everything besides the deductible. they lied to me several times and never once contacted me with information on my car. needless to say i'm doing business elsewhere.

My insurance company refered me there when I ran into a deer with my 2009 BMW... ugh! The were very friendly and professional and explained everything clearly. They told me not to worry about my car and that they'd do all they could to make it like it was before. They had my car ready when they said it would be and it looks great! I'd refer them to anybody.

This place is no good. My car has been there for a 2 months for a very simple job. They keep telling me I have to wait for a backseat cover. They told us they'd call when it got in. And they didn't. Instead. It was the wrong pattern so they sent it back. And now we have to go through the whole waiting process again. They also told us the tires had already been changed. And they had not been. It's just been a horrible process.

I was referred to Accurate by a friend a few years ago, and have used them ever since for all of our family's vehicle troubles. My husband and daughters have all had to bring their cars in and have always been taken care of. They do impecable bodywork and have great customer service, always being honest and upfront about what should be done. As a family, we highly recommend them.

My family has been using Accurate Autobody for about 2 years now for all our needs. With two teenage sons, well you can imagine why. They have been awesome to us and have always taken the time to go over the repair and deliver it back to us on time. I would recommend them to anyone needing auto repair.

I wrecked my brand new 07 Infiniti G35 and was refered to Accurate Autobody (Franklin) by my insurance company. I was hesitant at first but after speaking with other people about where to take it, I was pleasantly surprised to hear they had GREAT expierences with them also. Tim wrote my estimate and explained the process and told he how long it should take to fix. He called me throughout the repair and returned it in perfect condition (detailed, washed and even touched up some scratches). I would recomend them to anyone needing accident repairs or work done to their car.

Watch out convertible owners! Accurate auto body refused to fix my convertible, saying I had unrealistic expectations for repair. When they obtained the car, I informed them that the dealership said if there was any structural damage, that the top might be difficult to ever make work properly again. I asked them to make sure my top was still usable after repair, and they (Franklin location) refused to repair my vehicle! If you have a convertible, you might want to look for a different shop!

I asked them to fax me a form to sign, and WAITED by the fax three times before it was finally faxed (over the course of 3 days). My car was OVERESTIMATED at $10K value when it was brought on the lot, and insurance still went for it despite my evidence otherwise. They told the insurance company that there was $4000 worth of damage. My car sat for 2 weeks before it was even touched. I made arrangements to pick up my car out of state, then was told it would be another few days...they've found something else wrong with it. The total conveniently came out to $7,400. Just $100 shy of the 75% loss needed to total it in the state of Tennessee. Now I have a car that is worth LESS than when I drove it on the lot. Shady place if you ask me.

I have to admit that the staff is "trained" to be friendly; yet, the quality of work is terrible. Maybe they should take more time and pay attention to detail. When I got my car back there were several things wrong with my car from the repair to the electrical wiring, which should not have been touched. Not to mention that the value of my car is not even worth a $1000 and I owe probably $18000. On the other hand, it's great if your insurance/ finances will not cover a rental because they will get your car repaired very quickly. Never use this repair shop if your insurance is with GEICO I believe they are doing a lot of business under the table to save the insurance company money. I got a run around several times just trying to get the clips on my car to stay in place. So, I'm pretty sure they are not going to fix the frame, it's still off track.

I think the only people reviewing this autobody shop are people that had problems with them. I received great treatment and quick turnaround with this shop. They even covered the cost of my rental car and collected that from the insurance co. The car looked brand new and they had washed and cleaned the inside for me. Very professional and I would not hesitate to take my vehicle back to them A+ service. Thanks Guys!!!

The repair time took 131 days due to the supplier being incapable of getting a replacement fan to Accurate Auto Body. The staff was very kind, although I must admit, I was less than cordial after two months. It was pretty frustrating, but the situation of suppliers not getting the parts to shops quickly was actually pretty common (I called around). The repairs were done efficiently though. This establishment provided an initial estimate that was significantly less than the finished cost due to hidden damages. If you have any questions about the situations you may encounter with this business feel free to contact me nashauto1234@yahoo. This situation was a learning experience in which I would have appreciated advice from others that may have been in similar situations.

They quoted me 11 days to repair my vehicle. I contacted them numerous times to find out the wrong part was delivered. No problem I told them, my insurance will conver my rental car for up to 30 days. They have never once called me. I have called them constantly to repeatedly get excuse after excuse. I am scheduled to have my car this afternoon....... let's see if 37 days is lucky or not!

Staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Location was just off the interstate. Repair quality was better than expected.
