Vetiver

I like this. It does have a heavy, earthy scent with overtones of lemon. It is thought to bring money or prosperity by some. As a fragrance it would need to be blended or 'toned' with lighter oils.

Vetiver is a grass that is used extensively in Southeast Asia for erosion control. It is also valued for it's essential oil. The smell of Vetiver is admittedly not for everyone, but it mixes well with other aromas like Petitgrain or Pine. It has a very earthy smell, sort of like smokey, damp, dirt. Although it may not sound inviting, it has a unique appeal.
