NY International Shipping

I am writing this review in regards to my recent move from NYC to London. From the first phone call with Adam to the delivery at my final destination, the professionalism by the office team and the moving crew both in the US and in London was excellent. After I supplied Adam with a list of items he gave me a reasonable estimate for shipment. He followed up with emails and phone calls, making sure I was receiving all the latest information from him and guiding me through booking and filling out the required forms. Valerie from the Logistics Dept. followed up with me regarding booking, deposit, final payments, documentation, scheduling pickup and transit time of my shipments in addition to answering my questions and assuring me that everything will be taken care of. Valerie’s and Adam’s attentiveness was present with every email and phone call. They made sure all the information from booking to invoices to scheduling pickup and delivery and everything in between was accurate and up to date. The moving crew took care of all my items, making certain that everything was where it was supposed to be and safe & secure. Once arrived in London, my items were delivered safely to my home and delivered to the appropriate area of the house. Throughout the entire process of my move, the staff calmed my nerves and assured me they were doing everything as professionally as possible. Their professionalism, knowledge, friendliness, and dedication are just some of the qualities I have experienced first hand from this great company. I’m sure there is much more behind the scenes that occurs to make each and every customer is treated like the best. I moved from NYC to Southern France. Working with NYINTSHIP was pleasant. Everyone was helpful with the preliminaries and the actual shipping went well. A very efficient operation. I would highly recommend this company and would work with them again if necessary.

Used these guys about 3 months ago for shipping my goods to Spain. They did a pretty good job. Dealt with a guy name Eli, who was very pleasant on the phone and explain the process to me in great details.
The crew came on the time frame I was given and the shipment came to spain on time and in one piece.

We used NY Shipping to move from Massachusetts to India. they did a great job and My husband and I were very happy. we had a lot of art work which we were concerned about, however, my sales rep. offered me custom crates which was a wonderful idea. The crates were made in their warehouse and were brought to our house on move date. all our paintings got to india safe and in perfect condition. i would highly recommend using them. we had Wayne Townsend as our relocation consultant, he was great. Very helpful bunch here. Wayne and Pat we re both very helpful on my move from NJ to Rotterdam. My furniture and boxes were picked up on time, delivered on time, with no damage. I'd recomend these guys from the experience I had.

He was very relaxed and patient with me when I called you a dozen times with soooo many questions you were able to have answers for me right away so thank you for that. I had to move unexpectedly from New York to "Hong Kong, and used the services of NY International Shipping. The company owner personally made himself available for me throughout the stressful moving process. The price was fair and the crew was beyond fabulous. I received all my possessions intact, and on time as promised. NYIS exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend using this shipping/moving service.

My family and I just settled back in London after spending several years in New York. After doing a lot of research we hired NY International Shipping to handle our relocation. I am happy to say we have made the right decision - everything went smoothly and according to plan. The team was great, professional and very pleasant to work with. Our container arrived just on time, nothing got broken and there were no additional expenses. My husband and I relocated from CT to UK with NY Shipping. We were happy with the service, the crew packed our stuff well, our piano got in one piece which for me was a success and the consultant really helped us throughout the move. We moved with NY International Shipping to Spain from new Jersey and had a great experience. the packers did an good job with packing all our house hold. after the move the coordinator took care of all paper work. we are unpacking still but so far so good. thanks Valerie for all your help David Taylor

We actually had a great experience with NY International Shipping. we had to move from London from Ct and we found NY Shipping online. the price was competitive and the movers packed very well. Our shipment had arrived about 2 weeks ago within the time frame they promised and nothing was lost or broken... so based on my personal experience i would highly recommend them. I have to admit that the previous review fits my experience with these clowns to a t. Once the check is cashed...no responses to email and voice mail, screwed up billing statements, shipping out of the US a month late. The one thing I can add is that the receiving company in the UK (Eurousa) now claims they have no paperwork regarding shipment of my things. This is my hell in progress. DO NOT USE THESE IDIOTS!!!

I moved from NY to London and used NY Int. shippers for my movers. They were very friendly and helpful until they received my check. After that time emails and calls went unanswered, the shipment took twice as long as was quoted, boxes were lost and at least 1/2 of the shipment was scratched and damaged. Insurance had a very high deductible that was not mentioned in ANY of the paper work prior to the move. Very very disappointed in their service. Also was billed 2X for the deposit and had to wait 2 days before they would send me a proper bill.
