I used Basset Heating/AC to install my new ac system after considering other companies partly because of the other reviews I read about them. All I can say is that I am very happy that I did. Their price was fair and the service I received was superior. Their installers showed up right on time as promised and did a masterfull job putting my new system in. When they finished I was given a walkthrough on the entire system and shown everything I needed to know on how to operate and maintain the system. This was put in just over two years ago and I've had no problems at all. I had them out recently to do an annual service on both my furnace and AC and again their service was great. They were able to fix our heating problem that we've been living with ever since we bought our home. We had very poor air circulation upstairs because of no cold air returns. Two other heating companies we had look at the problem told us there was no way to get return ducting into the upstairs of our home. When Darren at Basset Heating came out he quickly saw a way to solve this issue. We were really encouraged by his enthusiam and knowledge of his job. He was able to put in 3 returns in our upstairs bedrooms and wow what a huge difference! We are so thankful for their awesome services and now plan to add AC this summer. Raymond & Jessica Martinez

They fixed my furnace and did not try and sell me a new one. They were very honest and upfront with me. I had another company tell me my furnace was too old and needed to be replaced. Basset fixed my "old" furnace for much less than I was expecting and it's been working just great. Not only that but they gave me a 1 year warranty on the repair. I was very impressed with their honesty and really friendly service.

The sale person from Bassett came in and asked who I was getting other bids from and then proceeded to bad mouth other companies. Funny how the company that I went with is AWESOME and they are A+ rated at the BBB. Nice way to lose a sale.

They just did an outstanding job putting in a new ac for us and really took there time to go over everything before leaving. They even called us back a couple of weeks later to make sure everything was working well and ask if we had any questions and to make sure we received our warranty paperwork. Overall there whole staff was just really friendly and helpful.
