I was a drinker for several years!!!! I decided to come into the center with NO intention of signing up!!!! I was scared to give up my friend, and my relaxation partner!!! I was introduced to the Evaluator "Tyresa" I was, to say the least skeptical of this whole thing, she made me feel instantly cared about and VERY IMPORTANTLY as if I was the ONLY thing that mattered to HER at that moment!! My guard came down and I began to LISTEN, she said things to me I had NEVER realized, and I began to open up to her about things I did NOT realize was really going on!!! I was OUT of CONTROL!!!! She mentioned to me that she'd ONLY offer me a program if SHE thought SHE could REALLY get ME the results I was looking for!!! WOW that was a little concerning... What if????? AS we continued with the Evaluation I began to not only TRUST HER but LOVE the idea OF HYPNOSIS> I DID do the PROGRAM. This is a 9 week program. I have had a LIFE change. I LOVE ME AGAIN!!!! NO withdraws EVER> I never even craved the alcohol! All of the Hypnotists there have been my favorite. Tyresa checks on me often. and I Love her for that! My Life has meaning again. I love me again. You all have choices.... weight, smoking,depression,or alcohol, This REALLY works!!!! Ask for Tyresa she has such a gift and LOVE about her, she will see you into the new you!!!

I had almost given up on losing weight, until I heard about Positve Changes from a friend who lost 20 pounds in 4 months, and kept it off almost a year. She said it was over $1500 for her program, which is alot of money for me since Iam retired. The centr set up customized plans for all there clients, so the cost can be more or less.

I lost 22 pounds and 2 belt loops. I have struggled with this weight for 16 years. For the last 3 years the extra weight has made activity I enjoy a struggle. I have tried other methods. Surprisingly I lost weight yet when I got back to normal eating I regained the weight every time. In the past I had some experience of using tapes and it did help. Then I saw the Dateline program on TV. I was amazed that a pastry chef in the midst of all that food could control his eating and was able to lose a lot of weight with little effort. It took me about 4 months to make the phone call for the free screening. After my first session I noticed a sense of ease at my very busy and stressful job. That very night I felt better than I have in a long time. Right afterward I went to El Paso to be with my mother who had surgery. Even there I lost 8-9 pounds! I took the processes with me. This is the easiest I have ever lost weight before. Half-way through the second week I noticed that I had more energy at night. I used to come home from work exhausted and would go to bed early. Hypnosis has helped me drink water as my drink of choice. I used to drink from 6-10 cups of coffee a day. Now I drink ? cup a day. I would also drink tea all day long. I haven?t had a glass of tea since I began the program and haven?t missed it. Every day my wife comments on how much better I look. My confidence has soared; it?s the first time I have felt confident about reaching my goal weight. My sense of ease and internal peace are the greatest benefits. I know that I have found an effective way to be successful.

I struggled with my weight since high school. My weight really went up after I had my children. I felt very out of control. I would lose the weight and like the results, and then the weight would come back. Why couldn?t I make a change that was going to be permanent? I felt like a failure. I thought that it was never going to make a difference. I feel much more in control. I wake up in the morning and know what I am going to eat and I am not denied anything. I know that I control the food, it doesn?t control me. I have no more anxiety. I take a deep breath and relax and know that I make the choices in my life. I learned of PCH through the newspaper. I carried the ad around for 2 months before I called. I was really frustrated when I decided to sign up for the program. Hypnosis looked really interesting. I noticed changes in my behavior with in the first two weeks. The first change was definitely less stress. I actually want water and I love salads. I don?t have cravings and I don?t want chocolate anymore. My weight loss has not been quick, but it has been easy. It?s happening for me. My allergies are not as bad as they used to be. I don?t ache due to weather changes. I can have a taste of ice cream and I don?t need all of it. I crave vegetables! I hardly eat bread anymore, and I love my protein shakes. They?re so satisfying. Losing weight has given me much more self-confidence. I know what I want and that?s who I am. I came to PCH to lose weight, but the best benefit I have had is the ability to get a handle on life. To see that there is a bright beginning for me and that I can be successful and happy. I am in charge of that, I can choose what affects me. I know these changes will be permanent because I believe in myself. I didn?t have to work to do this. I would always recommend PCH, because it works. Positive self talk helps everyone. Anyone who wants to make a change and will be patient will become in tune with themselves and it will work.

I have been a non-smoker since May 2005. Health improvements I?ve noticed, aside from being a non-smoker, include coughing less, breathing easier, and generally feeling better. I also sleep better. I had issues with my blood-pressure before and now I am completely off of my medication. I was smoking about a pack and a half a day before I came to Positive Changes. This was a habit for twenty-eight years. I saw the ad in the newspaper. Honestly, hypnosis wasn?t as easy as I thought it would be. It was mainly difficult because I can be pretty hard-headed and I didn?t want to give smoking up. It actually took some tough-love for it to really register. But it worked! Tough-love is what worked for me! As far as a visible change in my behavior, I just mentally could not give up smoking after the first session. I had to work myself into that part of it. If I wasn?t in a place where I could light up a cigarette I could feel myself ?freak out?, I would need to get away so I could. I feel very much in control now. Hypnosis has helped me to eliminate my cravings and desire for cigarettes. Quitting smoking has definitely helped with my confidence. I don?t feel like an outsider anymore. The most important benefit I?ve gained from Positive Changes would be that I might live a longer life now. I feel better. I would definitely recommend Positive Changes to anyone who wanted to quit smoking.

In 7 months I lost 31 pounds, 2 clothing sizes and 3 bra sizes. I have struggled with weight for 20 years. I started gaining weight after having children. I felt horrible and could not control my eating. My changes happened right away. My sister and I came for our consultation the day before Thanksgiving. On Thanksgiving we did not eat as much as we usually did. And we didn?t even cook pies, cookies and cakes like we usually did. After the meal the kids wondered where the dessert was. We hadn?t even thought of having dessert! And I haven?t had one Coke since then. I started drinking water. I have stopped thinking about fattening foods like pizza. I have forgotten about vending machines at work, I don?t even know what?s in them. I go with my sister to the weight room and walk on the treadmill and do some weight machines. I used to wear gloves to bed because of the arthritis in my hands; now my hands don?t hurt so much and I don?t wear gloves. I don?t snap and get angry at my kids or at work any more. My feet don?t hurt so much. My blood-pressure is fine. And the doctor said he could tell I had more energy and felt better so keep on doing what I was doing. My kids really notice the difference in my mood and my sister too. I am more calm. My confidence level is better. My boss keeps asking me what I?m doing to lose weight so I have told her about Positive Changes. And I want to help another friend who?s having pain from her back surgery. Losing weight and a better attitude are the benefits of coming to Positive Changes. I admit that I had a poor attitude. Now I am happier. I don?t want to stay in the dark. I get up off the couch and don?t mind people seeing me. I don?t have anything to hide. This is not a diet. I am training myself to eat healthy so I know this weight loss will be permanent.

I?d struggled with my weight for the last fourteen years. It was miserable because I had low self esteem and no self confidence. Regardless of how much weight I lost I always felt like I was fat. I?ve tried to lose weight with every diet known to man. My mother was a diet fanatic and I grew up in the world of dieting. I felt out of control before and it was stressful and depressing. For most of my life, when I came home from school my mom had a snack waiting for me. As I grew up, the behavior continued. When I got home from work, even if it was ten o?clock at night; I always raided the refrigerator. My parents used hypnosis to quit smoking and haven?t had a cigarette in a year. My evaluator me know that I had control over what happened and I wasn?t just going to come in and get zapped. I?ve tried other things to lose weight, so I figured I could try this too. I started to notice changes in my behaviors pretty quickly. I don?t feel like I?ve really had to do anything. The old habits were easy to stop because I never had any cravings. The process has been very relaxing and I have a lot less stress. I know that I have all the support that I need with Positive Changes. I feel like I?m in control because I?m doing the things that I wanted to do to begin with. I wanted to drink more water and eat better. I like the fact that I can go to the gym four and five days a week and enjoy it. Losing weight and getting healthy has giving me more confidence because I look and feel better. I put on some pants that I haven?t been able to wear in three or four years and they fit! My biggest reward from Positive Changes is how much better I feel about myself. I know that these changes and my weight loss will be permanent because I?m not just losing weight; I?m changing patterns and learning new and better ways to live my life. I would feel confident recommending Positive Changes to others because it?s been very beneficial to me and I know that it works.

I was skeptical about hypnosis. I still don?t quite understand what it is. I think that if you ask me to define what it is now, after going through this program, I would say that it is a method to get inside parts of your head that you don?t normally use? to focus on improving yourself. That?s Positive Changes Hypnosis. I?m sure hypnosis can be used for other things, but its just what cracked my shell. What kept me from doing this, it helped eliminate whatever that was. I didn?t have a whole lot of weight to lose. But being a fashion designer, I wasn?t fitting into some of my own favorite designs. Since I have done this program, I have lost probably about 20 inches overall. And 1 dress size. The good thing is that now I know it?s permanent because I?ve learned what to do, and I?m easily doing it. My attitude is better, I have better concentration, I?m happier knowing that I?m taking better care of myself. Physically, I have more energy, and my digestion is regular for the first time in my life. I was overweight (miserable) for about 5 years, then I read the newspaper ad about Positive Changes Hypnosis! It was simply a matter of learning what to do, and doing it?as easy as that! I noticed a change in my behaviors immediately. I am definitely in control now! Hypnosis helped me focus on myself. I don?t seem to focus on myself without prodding. I never put myself as the most important thing. Hypnosis helped me get over the conflict that I had with that. Losing weight has given me more confidence. I learned what good nutrition is. I would recommend Positive Changes Hypnosis to anyone, because I feel my weight loss is permanent.

I was reared by a family who ate for comfort and for celebration so we ate all the time! I had been uncomfortable with my weight for 5-6 years. I felt stuffed, short of breath and hated to buy new clothes as nothing looked like I wanted it to. This plan is the best, offering me the most positive changes in my attitudes and my habits. I have tried different approaches to weight loss and can always lose weight but it always comes back. Twenty years ago I had learned that hypnosis was a legitimate method for change. So when I saw the ad in the Austin American Statesman, I phoned for a free screening. After the first session I experienced immediate changes. I quit snacking between meals, cut down on portions and made better choices. Weight loss has been easy and I don?t ever feel hungry. I have learned the difference between eating enough and eating all that I want. What I used to consider ?full? was really ?overfull?. Now I feel the difference. I have a lot more energy and acid reflux has greatly improved. At the retirement home people in the dining room have noticed that I seldom order dessert. They also comment on my change in size and wish they could lose weight too. My confidence has grown to the point where I feel confident that I can do whatever I want to do. So I have decided to go back to school to get another master?s degree at the Austin Presbyterian Seminary. The greatest benefit of this program has been the general improvement of my health and my boost in confidence. It has made a great difference in my life and I feel a lot better. I expect and intend for these changes to be permanent.

I have some shirts that were real tight, but they fit better now, and all my shorts are very loose. I have struggled with my weight since I was in high school. It?s been up and down. I felt out of control before, like I couldn?t control it. I feel more in control now. I?d seen the ads for Positive Changes several times, and in fact I had called years ago and never came in, I figured it was too expensive. This time, it wasn?t a monetary expense ? I couldn?t afford NOT to come in. I need to just change my thoughts so I can create where I want to be tomorrow. I noticed a change in my behaviors almost immediately. I don?t feel like I?m deprived of anything. I do watch what I eat quite a bit, and I?m eating so many good things. My skin is healthy, my hair is shiny, I think all the other things come into play when you start feeling better on the inside. Everything seems to be working alright. Hypnosis has helped with the cravings, it?s helped with the overeating. But I do portion control a lot better. My parents are constantly pinching me on the sides, and people have noticed at work, too. Losing weight and getting healthier has definitely given me more confidence. Relaxation is my biggest benefit from coming to Positive Changes. I think that the relaxation and the support system is what really makes it work. I believe these changes and the weight loss will be permanent this time because I?m just not going back. I?m just not going to do it. I would definitely feel confident recommending Positive Changes to others because I know a lot of people could benefit from the relaxation techniques, just changing their thought processes? Getting them in the door is a whole other story, but I would recommend it for anybody.

I am excited! I have struggled with weight for 20-30 years. I have been a yo-yo dieter, gaining and losing weight several times. What attracted me to Positive Changes is that I could learn to keep it off permanently. I kept seeing the Positive Changes feature in the newspaper for several months. Finally I made the phone call. I had used hypnosis before and it worked then. So I knew it would work for me now. In the past I was out of control especially in stressful situations. I would put food in my mouth when I wasn?t hungry. That has stopped. I have always eaten lots of vegetables. However, overeating was a problem. Now my portions have decreased. After my first session I noticed changes immediately. Within a couple of days I began waking up thirsty for water. I stopped thinking about food all the time and my stress level decreased. I became calmer. In the first week my clothes already began to loosen. I did not feel like I was dieting and did not even feel deprived. Generally I feel better, have a lot more energy and feel great! I get up feeling good and go to bed feeling good. In traffic I feel more patient. My confidence level has quadrupled! For the first in my life I feel like I can take the weight off and keep it off. The greatest benefit is the stress relief because stress can cause so many problems including weight gain. These changes are going to be permanent. I am sure this will be a lifetime change. When I?m in the grocery store and see people reading labels, I want go up and tell them about Positive Changes. So in the future I will enjoy recommending Positive Changes to those who ask.

I?ve probably been overweight for thirty years. It was uncomfortable and I had very little energy and agility. I used to get home late and regardless of whether I?d had a good or bad day, my way of rewarding myself was to eat. There hasn?t been any significant change with any of the other methods that I?ve tried. My wife read about Positive Changes in the newspaper. I realized that this was a legitimate and proven method when I read through the letters and saw the stories in the lobby. I decided to try it because I?m getting older and I want to live healthy and extend my life for as long as I can. I started to see changes in my behavior after the first day when I noticed that I was eating less and wanted to exercise. I also noticed that I wanted fruit instead of candy. My wife and I used to drink about ten three-liter bottles of Pepsi every week, but after about ten days in the program, I quit drinking it altogether! My weight loss has been really easy. I feel more energetic and people have been telling me at work that I walk differently. When I was heavier, I tended to waddle a little bit, but now I?m walking straight. One of the guys I?ve worked with for about twelve years commented on my weight loss and told me to keep it up. I feel in control now and I no longer binge. I?ve always been a confident person, but the weight loss has helped me with my self-assurance. I feel like I?ve conquered one more thing that I couldn?t ever do before. I know that my weight loss will be permanent because I can?t see myself going back on what I?ve learned. I would feel confident recommending Positive Changes to others because it?s not a gimmicky thing where you take pills or ruin your metabolism. It?s worked for me and that?s why I would definitely recommend it to others.

I?ve see-sawed with my weight for the last 10 years and it was very frustrating. Positive Changes is really working for me, and it?s been very easy. I?ve always tried to watch what I ate, but my downfall was my love for sweets. My weight was gradually getting higher and higher and I decided that there had to be a stopping place. I saw an ad in the Austin-American Statesman and decided that I would call after the holidays. I thought hypnosis was going to be like what I?d seen on TV where they put you in a deep trance. I didn?t know what to expect. I decided that I wanted to try it and get to feeling better. When I went to my evaluation, I felt very calm and at ease. It really seemed like this was something that I wanted to pursue. I started to notice within the first week that I wasn?t craving anything. I found that I could look at cookies, cakes, and pies without having any interest in them. Plus, I?d always put off exercise before and this time it wasn?t an effort and I felt really motivated to do it. My weight loss has been steady and I?m pleased with my progress. I?m not hungry between meals and I?m eating healthier. It?s really not any major effort for me; it?s been very natural. I?m drinking much more water and I know that it makes me feel better. Losing weight and getting healthy has given me more confidence and my friends have commented that I look a lot better now. I?d always had a problem with high blood-pressure and when I did blood-work recently, everything was normal and that made me feel a lot better. I know that these changes and my weight loss will be permanent because Positive Changes has made me want to eat healthy all the time instead of trying it for one day and immediately going back to my old habits. It makes me want to go forward instead of backwards. I would definitely recommend Positive Changes to others because it?s helped me so much.

I have lost 18 pounds and a couple of inches off my waist. In the past it was frustrating, losing the weight and putting it back on. I didn?t learn anything at other places like I have here. The biggest change was my attitude itself. I became a much more positive person. I always feel well rested and very positive every morning. Listening to my morning process gives me inspiration for the day ahead. In the first couple weeks I was already about 4 or 5 pounds down. This has been working really well. I am eating healthier and learning about portion control and different types of food. My doctor thinks that once I reach my goal I won?t have to take blood-pressure medication at all anymore. I have much more pep now and look forward to my exercise a lot more. I don?t try to find excuses. I have my breakfast, a protein shake, every morning, and I eat more balanced meals. My wife and I eat smarter now than before. I don?t snack between meals and I have become more conscious about protein and portions. My daughter and wife have noticed my weight loss and the more positive approach that I have. I have taken control of the things that I can control and don?t look for excuses. I know that I will get to my goal weight, I don?t doubt that. Another thing that drives me is knowing that I can live another 5 or 25 years depending on how I control my health. The greatest change is that I have become more positive and I know it is possible to lose the weight without going through a whole bunch of nonsense. I have no doubt that the weight will stay off. I would feel very comfortable recommending PCH to others. It is no longer hokey to me. This positive reinforcement is certainly working for me. I would recommend it wholeheartedly to someone else.

Five years ago I started to gain weight and gained three sizes. Finally I felt tired of the way I looked. At the end of this year I am retiring so I decided to lose weight and get into good physical health by then. Throughout the years I have tried every program in the book. None of them really worked. I would lose a few pounds, lose interest and then gain weight right back. I had seen the feature in the newspaper a few times when I phoned for a free screening. I thought about the program for a month. The hypnosis, nutrition and acceleration aspects of the program convinced me to sign on the dotted line. Changes happened within the first week. I lost my cravings for chocolate. I slowed down enough to catch up with who I am. I thought I knew a lot about nutrition. However, this program has deepened my knowledge. Hypnosis has taught me to relax, to breathe, and to take control of my food choices. People who are close to me have noticed my weight loss and some at work too. It is ok for me to take the time I need to lose weight. There is no reason for me not to lose this weight. One of my goals is to eliminate as many prescription medications as possible. I am now working with a doctor and a nutritionist to make this happen. The greatest benefit has been relaxation for this type A person. To sit down for 40 minutes and listen to a hypnotic session has been important. Most women are on the go all the time. I realized it is up to me to make this life-style change, to take the time to plan a healthy life-style. When I retire, I expect to have more time to relax and to continue the good habits I have acquired. I have recommended Positive Changes Hypnosis Center to a few people.

I am 83 years old and have been in chronic pain for 2 years. I would often be in so much pain that I would cry at home. I never went anywhere and I didn?t have the energy to clean the house. I couldn?t cook a meal either. My daughter saw the Positive Changes ad in the newspaper and she phoned and made an appointment for me. Then she called later and told me what she had done. I didn?t get mad at her. But I really didn?t think hypnosis would work. Nothing else had worked. I figured it would fail too. To my surprise it worked! I had pain in my back, my hip and my leg. I did the nine week program on pain management and all my pain is gone. I came regularly to my sessions and I don?t have any pain anymore. I had so much pain that I didn?t care about anything. I preach to everybody I see about my success. Hypnosis does work. I?m a believer now! I went to the doctors and they couldn?t do anything. Two doctors told me surgery would probably leave me paralyzed. I didn?t want that. We went to pain management and acupuncture; we went everywhere and I got no relief. I was ready to live with it when my daughter saw the ad. I was leery about it. I had seen so many doctors that I didn?t have confidence in anyone or anything. I am going to tell my doctor how wonderful hypnosis is. It works! At home I?m now able to cook, clean and do the laundry, everything I want to do at home. I?m so tickled I don?t know what to do sometimes! I can go grocery shopping and I even work in my yard in the flower beds. I couldn?t do that before. I could hardly get outside much less work outside. The staff at PCH has been wonderful to me, all of them. And I treasure my hypnosis sessions. I?ll keep listening to them forever. If anybody says anything negative about hypnosis, I?ll straighten them out because it actually works!

I?ve lost 17 pounds and 1 clothing size since coming to Positive Changes. I?ve struggled with my weight since my first pregnancy. It?s tough, because your mindset is negative all the time. I?ve done just about all those diet fad things to try to lose weight. I usually ended up gaining it back, which is why I?m here. I saw Positive Changes in the newspaper, and I wanted to do it for weight loss. I read the testimonials in the newspaper and that prompted me to sign up. I noticed a change pretty quickly because I was really excited about doing it. I always drank a lot of water, but the processes really helped with cravings ? I wasn?t craving fast foods anymore. Overall I?ve lost about a pound a week since I started. More than anything, I?ve noticed that I have more energy, and I?m sleeping pretty good too. I?ve noticed that I?m not requiring as much sleep as I was before. I?m not a real snacker or a binger, but mainly I?m concentrating on eating the right foods rather than the junk foods. People I work with and especially my husband are noticing that I?m losing weight. I?ve finally started getting compliments on my weight loss. That first 15 pounds seemed like a lot to me, but it?s hard to see when you?ve got a lot to lose. Losing weight has made me feel better about myself. I believe these changes and the weight loss will be permanent. I would definitely feel confident recommending Positive Changes to others. I know that the program works!

I came to Positive Changes because I wanted to gain more self-confidence and have better sleep patterns. I now feel great about myself and find myself smiling all the time. All my friends and family have noticed how happy I am. I have more energy and fall asleep easily. I?ve tried solving my dilemma with self-help books. In situations where I needed to be calm, I would forget about everything I?d learned. I felt out of control, as if something it wasn?t me anymore. I started to notice changes in my behavior almost immediately after my first session; the whole day I felt really peaceful and happy. Hypnosis helped me to let things roll off my back and recognize that life doesn?t have to be hard as I thought it was. I feel that I can stay in control in any situation that comes up and handle things in a mature and confident way. I can communicate properly so that matters can be resolved easily. The improvement in my sleep has been phenomenal. It used to take me about three hours to fall asleep, which was followed by violent nightmares. I?ve had difficulty with it all my life. It was disturbing and made me feel really bad about myself. I dreaded going to sleep and felt worse when I woke up. After using hypnosis I was asleep within fifteen minutes. It?s been natural for me and I even find myself sleeping in late. I have more motivation in my life and I?m going back to school next month. I think my biggest benefit from Positive Changes is the fact that I have a different view and realize that I?m able to change. I have been a non-smoker since 2005. I quit after the first session. I sleep better. I am more alert. I am not as moody or cranky. I am beginning to be able to taste food again and I am actually able to smell things again. My skin seems healthier. My teeth are getting whiter. I started working out again. It is a great thing. Plain and simple, smoking was just a nasty habit. I started smoking in 1975. I saw an ad in the Austin American Statesman. Someone had mentioned hypnosis as a method to quit smoking and I knew it had good results. I was getting desperate and I knew I had to do something. I had a good feeling about Positive Changes. I tried to quit cold turkey and I couldn?t last a day. The urge was so horrible. Now the thought goes out as quickly as it comes in. I like being a non-smoker, I feel in control now. People look at smokers like they are lepers. There is really nothing attractive about it. It?s great not having to worry about it now. The most important benefit that I have received from Positive Changes is the ability to recognize stress and to be able to deal with it in a new way. I would recommend Positive Changes to those who only truly want to quit smoking. They have to really want to. Quite honestly, when they told me the price, I didn?t think it would be that costly. Then I said to myself that I have to stop making excuses. So what if it is going to impact my wallet. In 7 months of not smoking; I will have paid for the cost of the program. I was able to say, just do it. I am convinced that I will be a non-smoker for life. I am glad to be a non-smoker!

For two years I was anorexic. I had done everything I knew how to do to get over it. I weighed 73 pounds when I came to Positive Changes. Being anorexic was really hard. I didn?t want to go out because I looked really gross. I was stuck in a rut. I went to therapy, talked to Doctors, read books and went to Eating Disorders Anonymous meetings. I would have food right in front of me and would not eat. After awhile it was too much of a hassle to eat; so I would avoid eating meals. One day my Dad and I had a huge fight about my eating habits. I was really upset so I bought a newspaper and saw the ad for Positive Changes Hypnosis Center. It had gotten to the point that if I was not hospitalized, I would be dead soon. So I decided to phone and set up an appointment for the next day. The day after my first session I started drinking tons of water. In the past I had existed on diet sodas. Now I don?t even like diet sodas. I used to order only vegetables and a roll. I ordered the same thing but it wasn?t what I really wanted. So the next night I ordered grilled chicken; that was a lot better than just broccoli and corn. For a while I would just eat a lot of junk food; but I started eating more healthy foods, like a normal person. I even enjoyed eating with others. I have begun enjoying exercising. Now I want to be healthy and fit. My family, friends and teachers are all happy about this change. Everyone has been supportive and really great. My confidence has grown a lot. Now I can go to a store and don?t have to buy clothes in the little girls section. I look and feel better about myself. I have gained 15 pounds in nine weeks so now I weigh 88 pounds. Getting over this eating disorder is the best thing that could have happened to me. I have known grown women, even older women who are still coping with it. I don?t ever want to live with this again. It is gone. My Dad is really happy now that he knows I take care of myself by eating regularly.

After 46 years of smoking I have been tobacco free since 2003. I quit after the first hypnosis session. When I left the Center, I did not light up a cigarette. I always smoked in the car and this time I drank plenty of water and did not smoke all the way home. When I got home I said, ?I think we should get rid of all these ash trays.? I don?t remember being a non-smoker because I?d been doing it for so long. I smoked a pack a day and only once in my life did I ever try to quit, and it didn?t work. I never tried to quit again until recently. I heard about Positive Changes through my sister who came for the weight loss program. I listened to one of her processes because I had been gaining weight. After listening to the processI stopped eating sugar completely. This gave me the idea that I could stop smoking just as easily. I phoned for the free screening, wrote the check and signed up for my program. I took the suggestions easily and my husband and I totally changed the way we were eating. I feel very proud of myself and I?m more relaxed and very happy. I can breathe now and enjoy walking every morning. We just bought an elliptical walker and I am really excited about exercising at home. I have more energy and can now walk further. My good friend used to hear me wheezing on the phone and now I don?t do that. Everyone told me that I coughed a lot and I was totally unaware of it. That has stopped. Generally I?m a confident person but stopping smoking wasn?t something that I thought I could do; so this has boosted my self-confidence. I know these changes will be permanent. Once I went a week without cigarettes, I knew that I could do it for good. Now I feel like a non-smoker. I recommend Positive Changes to everyone I meet because I know it works.

I used hypnosis to stop biting my nails. I?ve had a problem with nail biting pretty well all my life. I was consistently biting my nails before and tried to stop by exercising self- control. Up to now, I had always failed after a few weeks. Hypnosis has helped to completely eliminate the urge to bite my nails. My family is very proud of the new situation and we all feel good about it. After the first couple of weeks, it got progressively easier and my wife and daughter commented favorably on my progress. I think that these results will be permanent. I feel that I have a higher self-esteem. As an overall process, I?m pleased with my results. It?s easier to be in meetings or social settings because I?m not uncomfortable about how my hands look. I?m not always trying to cover up my hands all the time. I was very self-conscious about that, so I?m happy that it no longer needs to be the case.

My success has been multi-level, but the most dramatic success for me has been turning off the negative talk in my mind. When I came to Positive Changes, I wanted to look in the mirror and stop thinking negative things about myself. After one or two sessions it was gone; turning that voice off has led to a deeper realization of myself in my life. I?ve tried other methods. I?d get better for a little while and then it would come back in periods of stress or when I didn?t feel good. I?m quite an achiever, and I?ve accomplished a lot in my life, but there was always this persistent nagging ?You?re not quite good enough, you?re not quite there? voice going on. I started to notice changes in my behavior almost immediately. I find that I recover from setbacks much more quickly and deal with stress better. I don?t punish myself about things. I?m able to say, ?I had a bad day and tomorrow it will be better? or even ?later this afternoon it will be better?. I?m also able to quit falling off that cliff of thinking that nothing is going to work. That?s been very helpful. I think that the people who know me best probably recognize that I?m calmer and better able to deal with those setbacks. Every once in a while, that little voice will speak out and I notice it, identify it for what it is, and just let it go. I believe that these results will be permanent. I would absolutely recommend Positive Changes to others because it helps people tap into resources that they don?t know they have. I?ve told lots of people about it. I?m really pleased with my experience here. The most important benefit that I?ve received from Positive Changes is opening the key to my subconscious and being able to tap powers and resources that I knew were there, but I didn?t know how to get there. This has been really helpful and I just really feel confident about the future.

I came to Positive Changes to increase my memory and improve my study habits. I?ve struggled with homework and studying my whole life; I wanted it to be fun and it wasn?t. My grades and my enjoyment of school were negatively affected by my mindset. I could grasp material, but it was a chore that I had to make myself do. I?ve bought books about improving study skills. They offered suggestions, but reading the books just became another task that I had to do in addition to the studying that I was already putting off. I tried to apply the techniques, but they never worked for me. I saw the Positive Changes office and was intrigued. I was curious and realized that I had nothing to lose. I noticed the changes in my behavior immediately. I felt more relaxed about school and had less anxiety. It was easier to study, so I came to class feeling more prepared. This has been a simple and effortless process for me. It?s easy now; I just sit down without having to work at it. I?ve also noticed a real reduction in my stress levels. If I?m having a rough day, I can always listen to my hypnosis sessions to help me relax. My sleep is more peaceful and I find it a lot easier to fall asleep than I used to. In the past, I daydreamed in class. My teachers now tell me that I seem to have more focus and am paying better attention during lectures. My biggest benefit from Positive Changes has been the increase in my self-awareness. I?m more conscious of tasks that I need to take care of and it just comes so easily. It?s no longer an obstacle and it?s a lot more fun. I?m definitely more organized both physically and conceptually. I can always find things in my desk when I need them and my thoughts are more systematic. I really like the ease of how this works. My main purpose for using hypnosis was to learn to relax because I have a lot of stress in my life. I?ve learned a lot of things and reinforced some things that I had forgotten. That has been a real big help. I chose Positive Changes because we have a friend that came here and lost a tremendous amount of weight. He was so enthusiastic about it that we just had to try it. So far, the major success that I?ve had with this is that I have learned to relax and if I feel like I?m getting stressed, I go straight for my hypnosis tapes, put a tape on, and just relax to no end. I started to notice the changes in my behavior after about a week. The first time I noticed a difference in my behavior was when I was driving in the car with my husband and when he started to get upset about the traffic, I said, ?Now honey, just relax, it?s not worth getting upset over, it?ll be OK.? I?ve also given my daughter advice because she has problems with stress, I just tell her ?You?ve got to let it go and relax and don?t worry about it?. I?ve told lots of people about hypnosis. Before using hypnosis, I had physical problems connected to my mental stress. I was taking different medications and had all kinds of tests to see if there was something physically wrong with me. I tried five different pills at different times. Nothing helped me. I just feel like my life is so much easier now. I mean, it?s so nice, it?s so much calmer and I just want to go out and tell everybody ? Hey, if you?ve got stress, you need to come in here?. I?ve already recommended Positive Changes to others. I?ve been really happy with this.

I have more patience and I?m more relaxed now. I like to just sit down and relax at home. I enjoy doing things that I used to really dislike. The more activity I have, the less stress I experience. I can get busy without having stress and that?s been a really big change for me. I tell people all about it because it?s fun. I tried before to make changes on my own. Friends and family tried to give me advice, but I was too impatient and wouldn?t listen to them. Positive Changes has really helped me reach my goals. I?m able to concentrate and focus my attention on one task. I?ve tried to make changes by talking to my husband and my Mom. I could not do it and wouldn?t listen. I tried to create hobbies to relax. I felt discomfort in my lower back because of all the stress I was putting myself through. I was always rushing around and on the go, but now I don?t know what I was running around for. I don?t have the headaches, the neck pain, or the lower back pain anymore. Now I can go to the gym regularly and even on the days I miss, I don?t experience pain. If I feel stressed or cranky, I can listen to one of my hypnosis sessions to relax me. I feel more in control now. I pamper myself more and give myself credit for the things I accomplish. I feel more confident. I can talk to people and look them in the eyes. I feel very positive about my life. I?m so happy. My biggest benefit has been the improvement in my health. I don?t have stomach problems anymore. I eat differently and take time to plan and cook my meals. I make better choices and eat more slowly. I don?t rush anymore. I believe that these changes will be permanent because I?m feeling the calm and positive feelings. It?s a part of me now. I am in control. I feel confident recommending Positive Changes to others because of the many improvements in my life.

I?ve been able to find greater relaxation through the techniques I?ve learned at Positive Changes. I find it easier to fall asleep when I wake up during the night, which I had problems with in the past. I?ve also noticed that I?m more conscientious about my diet. My family has been pleased and noticed that I?m relaxed. I haven?t told a lot of people that I?ve been using hypnosis because some people don?t understand and think its hocus-pocus, but I know better. I?ve tried relieving stress in the past with sleeping, smoking, eating, and drinking, anything that was available. Sleeping worked, but it took a lot of time. Eating, drinking, and smoking worked, but weren?t very beneficial to my health. I know that now my stress relief will be permanent because I practice it every day at work, which is where my greatest stress comes from with deadlines and things like that. I tell my receptionist to hold my calls, and I shut my door, listen to my processes, and just sit back and relax. I drink a lot more water than I used to. I?m also a lot more conscious of what I eat and how much I eat. I push myself away from the table and I don?t have to overeat like I used to. I?ve even gotten back on the treadmill at home, which I?d gotten away from. I would say that the most important benefit that I?ve received from Positive Changes is my ability to sleep better. I don?t have the stress levels that I used to have, so I get more sleep in less time. I fall asleep easier and stay asleep through the night. I would recommend Positive Changes to others because it?s worked for me and lots of other people. I believe in it and know that it works.

I didn?t realize when I put the weight on with my pregnancies that I wasn?t going to take it off. I didn?t believe in exercise and thought that it wouldn?t do anything for me. When I went to the grocery store, there was always ice cream in the cart and I drank so much Pepsi that I couldn?t sleep well at night. I didn?t eat because I was hungry, I ate because it was there. I knew that I needed to stop, but I had no control. I learned about Positive Changes through the Austin-American Statesman. I decided that enough was enough and this had to work for me. I knew that nothing else had helped me to lose the weight, so I thought I should give it a try. I knew that if I could control my diet, I could get off the insulin as well. I started to notice changes in my behaviors right away. It amazed me because I had one session and I was off the Pepsi for good. When I stopped the Pepsi, I also stopped the snacking. My weight loss has been easy. It?s easier for me to know when I?ve eaten enough food to satisfy me. I know when I?m full and I just quit. I?m eating smaller portions and more fruit and vegetables. I don?t feel hungry and never feel the need to eat a lot. I walk past the dairy case and the bakery and I have no desire to buy the ice cream or the doughnuts and sweets. I just don?t miss them. My health has improved. I was on 5 mg of prednisone per day and now I?m now down 1 mg slowly getting off of it completely. My blood-pressure is better and I have more energy. I find it?s easier to breathe and I feel more motivated. I can be sitting in a chair and think to myself, ?I guess I?ll go for a walk or work with my plants? and I do it without any hesitation. I know that these changes and my weight loss will be permanent. I will not to go back to the behaviors that made me heavy in the first place and I feel confident recommending Positive Changes to others.

I?ve lost 15 pounds, 1 size, and 3 inches! I have struggled with my weight ever since my children were born. It?s been a discouraging battle. I?d lose weight, break the pattern and gain it back. I tried every diet, but with little success. I really felt out of control when it came to food and exercise. Now that I am facing menopause, it?s been an even harder struggle. My husband saw your advertisement in the paper and mentioned it to me. We both did the program and lost weight. My husband has lost 40 pounds. We have both significantly changed our behaviors. When we go to the grocery store we stay on the perimeters of the store ? we?ve never talked about it, we just do it. I noticed a change in my behavior the day after my first hypnosis session. I ate half of what I ate before. I went to lunch with some people from work and they asked me if I was feeling okay. My weight loss was very easy because I never felt deprived. I felt in control and felt like I was doing what was beneficial to me. I have experienced great health benefits as well. I have asthma and I have more lung capacity. I can kneel better, bend better, and walk faster. I?ve gotten rid of the need for chocolate and salty foods. My chiropractor noticed that I was more self-confident and had a more positive attitude. He said it was ?overwhelming? how different I was. My co-workers tell me that there is less of me every time they see me. The biggest benefit has been my attitude. I read about Positive Changes in the Austin-American Statesman and I decided to call because it looked like it might be easy. I was interested in something that didn?t have to do with a liquid diet or something unusual. I wanted to do something that was natural. I started to notice changes in my behaviors immediately. I had a very positive attitude about everything. My weight loss was very easy. It?s just unbelievable for me, I changed my diet and I lost weight. I just felt like I was going to be able to do this. I?d been overweight for the last fifteen years. I?ve tried to lose weight by cutting out a certain food or not eating as much. I never lost weight because I never did it long enough to see any results. If I liked something, I would eat it even when I wasn?t hungry and I would continue eating it when I was full. Now I think twice about when I eat, what I eat, and how much I eat. I?m definitely much more in control. I don?t feel fat anymore. My clothes are even too big for me now! The most important thing I?ve gotten out of Positive Changes is the way I feel about myself. I have a lot more confidence. I know that I look better and I feel better. The feeling better is so important because that is really why I came here to begin with. Initially, I didn?t tell a lot of people that I was using hypnosis because I wanted them to be able to see a change in me first. Now I talk about it very openly. People always ask me how it?s going and think that my results are incredible. I?ve been very successful and I know that my weight loss will be permanent. I have lost 21 pounds and 1 clothing size. I have been overweight for over 20 years. I would loose 50 pounds and gain 80. It?s been quite a battle. I would go on fad diets and take diet pills. They just don?t work. I was still doing those bad eating habits and not getting the exercise that I needed so it came right back on. I saw a friend at church that I hadn?t seen over the summer and she looked incredible. I noticed a very happy calm about her. I asked what she was doing and she shared it with me. My behaviors changed immediately after my first session. I used to love ice cream but I didn?t want it. I wanted fresh vegetables and lean proteins. My weight loss has been very easy. Fresh vegetables taste so good to me. I have always had symptoms of IBS and I am not having those symptoms at all. I also am not having PMS symptoms; I feel much better. My family and people at church tell me that my face looks thinner and that I look happy. A lot of people want to know what I am doing. I am proud to tell them. The self confidence boost and my health are the greatest benefits of coming. It?s a fun process, I look forward to my sessions and I look forward to every class. Positive Changes has been a blessing in my life and I want to share it with others. I listen to my processes 3 times a day; it makes a difference. What a blessing this has been for my family. I?ve had a weight problem since I reached my forties, and it kept going on until I was wearing Women?s 1X. I was going into a 2X and I said, ?It?s about time I stop this?. I feel much better now; I?m not depressed anymore. I read the ad in the American Statesman and I said to myself ?You really should see about this.? I figured it would be really costly and I didn?t think I could afford it, but I could! The results are well worth it. There has been no effort whatsoever; I?ve just been so surprised. I don?t crave sweets. I don?t crave my cheesecake, which was a big thing with me. I don?t even crave my meats that much. I really like salads. I?m drinking lots of water. This is great! I noticed the changes in my behavior after the first session. I remember walking out of here so relaxed. I didn?t think I was being really hypnotized. And then I said, ?I really feel good!? I know that my body needs the nutrition. My mind was always on food. It?s always planning my next meal. I don?t have to do that anymore. I know what?s good for me and I know what I should have, that?s all, it?s great! I sleep better and I no longer have stomach discomfort. I have much more energy. There?s so much that I feel so much better about. I felt out of control sometimes when I binged, but I don?t do that anymore either. I feel in control now. I?m the boss. I decide when I want to eat and what I want to eat. The most important benefit that I?ve received from Positive Changes is knowing that this is going to be for the rest of my life. That I can feel good like this for the rest of my life. My grocery bills are way down. It?s a good feeling. I would absolutely without any hesitation whatsoever recommend Positive Changes to anyone who wants to lose weight. I have lost 17 pounds and 2 clothing sizes. For most of my life I have done yo-yo dieting. I have tried diets and lost weight but I made no life-style changes and never exercised; so I put the weight back on. I used to feel uncomfortable. I found it hard to climb stairs or sit in an airplane or any tight seat. When I saw the ad in the Austin American Statesman I was at a low point in my life. I had lost my job and was not feeling good about myself. I needed to do something that would make me feel better. Before the free screening I was skeptical about hypnosis; however, the first session showed me how relaxing it was. After 2 sessions I felt more relaxed so I began eating more slowly and enjoying my food. I learned to choose healthy foods and cut down portions. Weight loss came easy for me as I worked on particular issues during hypnosis sessions while the nutrition classes gave me good information on foods and supplements. I am now exercising and make it a priority and a regular part of my morning. Food has always been a part of my life. Now I am in control; no longer do I let my cravings make my choices; my portions are smaller. My husband has noticed that my legs are smaller, that I have more energy and that I am eating smaller portions. I feel more self-confidence in the sense of doing more and presenting myself better to others. For me the greatest benefit has been the nutrition classes. Even though I studied nutrition in college, these classes present a different point of view and teach us to make healthy choices.

I have lost 20 pounds and 2 clothing sizes. I have been overweight since I turned 30. It has steadily been climbing. It?s been frustrating for me and really bad for my self esteem and confidence. That?s when I decided to invest in hypnosis to give me the boost that I needed and encourage my motivation. I know I can do it but I had proven to myself I hadn?t changed anything except the loss of the weight. I hadn?t changed my mind and my choices. I tore out 3 different ads in a year?s time before I decided to call Positive Changes. I definitely have respect for the power that the mind has in working with the body so I had no qualms about hypnosis. Making the decision and committing to it encouraged me. I finally had some help. The first week I noticed the increase of water consumption. My weight loss was gradual. I don?t feel deprived of food and the cravings for various foods have decreased. The ability to say no has been easier than I expected. In the past I would have been attracted to the sweets, cookies, and bread. I don?t even let them bring that bread or chip basket to the table anymore. I am definitely sleeping better. My stress has been reduced. I feel better about myself, my marriage and my work. As an introvert, I find it easier to be more outgoing. My self esteem has improved and I now look at opportunities that come my way. I feel confident that these changes will be permanent because I?ve learned new habits and changed my thinking about food and drink. Compulsion is gone. So I definitely would feel confident recommending Positive Changes to others and have some people in mind.

I have lost 34 pounds. I am wearing clothes that I couldn?t wear before. It wasn?t until after I had children that my weight ballooned. I used food to relieve stress. With every diet I would lose a little weight, but then I would gain it back. I had been reading about Positive Changes in the newspaper for about 4 or 5 years. I always wanted to do it but just didn?t. This January I decided I was going to do it no matter what. I had no qualms about hypnosis. I noticed a change in my behaviors immediately. I don?t have food on my mind all the time. I love coming to the sessions. I really enjoy it, it makes me positive and feel good. The weight loss is an added bonus. I think my appearance is better, I feel better, and I rest better. I am getting a lot of projects accomplished at home. I have more energy. I don?t snack or over eat. All of my friends have noticed my changes. My husband is happy. I feel like I am in control instead of food being in control of me. I have more confidence because I know I am accomplishing something that I want. I feel better about myself because I look better. I go shopping and try on something because I know that I look a lot nicer. It works. Two of my friends have already joined by my example. I have lost 22 pounds. My shirts went from size XXL to L and my pants have gone from 38 to 36. I began to get uncomfortable with my weight about 2 years ago. All my adult life I have been overweight. I have flat feet and wear orthotics. The heavier I weighed the more it hurt to walk farther distances. I needed help seeing myself as a naturally thin person, even though as a teenager, I was very thin. When I went to college and joined a fraternity, I gained a lot of weight really quickly. My self-image was really skewed and out of proportion. This program helped me feel positive about my past. Two other improvements were important. I released anxiety and worry about eating when in social situations. Also, I used to limit the amount of exercise I could do in a day. Now I do however much I want and feel really good. Other methods worked only for a short while. I was not able to sustain the weight loss on other programs. One day I saw an ad in the Austin-American Statesman. I knew the mind was important to make a change. Somehow I had the feeling that this would work for me. So I phoned and made an appointment. I was skeptical, so I took my walk around Town Lake. Then I went to the car, phoned and set up my first appointment. After the first session I realized that this would work for me. It fit my style with its global, realistic approach. After the session I had not even the slightest desire to eat between meals. I have a greater level of confidence. This program has affected my whole life: thinking, feelings, decisions, work, relationships, exercise etc. I know the changes will be permanent. I will definitely recommend it!

I have lost 20 pounds and 2 clothing sizes. I have been overweight since I turned 30. It has steadily been climbing. It?s been frustrating for me and really bad for my self esteem and confidence. That?s when I decided to invest in hypnosis to give me the boost that I needed and encourage my motivation. I know I can do it but I had proven to myself I hadn?t changed anything except the loss of the weight. I hadn?t changed my mind and my choices. I tore out 3 different ads in a year?s time before I decided to call Positive Changes. I definitely have respect for the power that the mind has in working with the body so I had no qualms about hypnosis. Making the decision and committing to it encouraged me. I finally had some help. I have lost 20 pounds. My fat is turning to muscle. I am thrilled! I have lost 2 clothing sizes. I have struggled with weight for a long time. I feel so much better now. When I read about Positive Changes in the newspaper, I thought that this is what I need: to have my mind reprogrammed to where I can think about healthful living and get my mind off food. I feel wonderful after the sessions and have more energy. I haven?t had a coke, soda or wanted sugar since I started. I have started to eat raw foods. I love these new foods! I have more energy than I have ever had. Now I have difficulty eating fried foods. If I don?t exercise every day and work up a good sweat, I feel deprived! I sleep better, have a much better attitude about life and handle crises more easily. I find that I like myself better and so can be myself more. I am finding my inner self and am very happy with it. In the past I was out of control with food. I was overwhelmed with all that I felt that I had to do. Now I feel very much in control. I have more respect for myself. Before I had hypnosis, I was an emotional eater. Now I eat 3 meals and rarely eat in between meals. Smelling food used to make me want to eat. Now I can have desserts in the house and I am not even tempted to eat them. My husband, my family and friends have noticed the changes. Friends ask, ?What are you doing? You seem more alive and have more energy.? Even my husband?s doctor commented that I was different: more vibrant. So I told her about Positive Changes. She was impressed and encouraged and was going to pass on the information to a neighbor. The processes have helped me realize that I am unique and important. I can lead a good life. The mental attitude change through hypnosis has been the greatest benefit of Positive Changes. This change has helped me want to be healthy, want to lose weight and want to be myself. I have lost at least 25 pounds and 1 ? clothing sizes. I have tried every known product and program to lose weight that has ever been invented. I realized that I had given up ever losing weight because it was too painful. I also believe that poverty had a lot to do with how I perceived food. I didn?t have access to healthy foods so I gained weight. I learned about hypnosis over the internet and was considering it for over a year. I had no qualms about hypnosis because I had experience and knew that it worked. I noticed a change in my behavior overnight right after the first session. The very next night I stopped eating late at night and never gave it another thought. Weight loss has been easy. It returned me to a state of health with the excellent nutrition program, where I am now eating healthy foods. I love salads and could eat them four times a day. I have much more endurance and strength. I used to eat all day long grazing. After hypnosis I started setting the table and putting the food into bowls and lighting candles. Even if the kids weren?t going to eat, they had to sit down. We started talking. We would help each other by saying ?You?re eating a little too fast there, slow down or this meal will be over before we get a chance to enjoy it?. I recommend PCH to anyone I meet with a weight problem. I am seeing myself as a warrior to enable and empower my life and to live up to my potential due to my weight loss. I grow healthier every day and I realize how unhealthy I really was. My dream is to be healthy and live another 30 years at least. I want to be able to go out and still dig water gardens. I can embrace these changes and make them my own. I do not have to starve to be healthy. I can be well nourished and enjoy my life.

I have lost 25 pounds and 2 ? sizes. I have struggled with weight all my life. I never thought that I would lose weight. All my life I would yo-yo diet. I have spent a lot of money on programs. Then one day I saw the Positive Changes feature in the newspaper. I said to myself ?This is my last chance.? And this is the first time I have stuck with a routine for this long. At my first session the hypnotist made me feel comfortable and relaxed. In the first week my husband noticed how calm I was. I stopped fighting and arguing with him. I began to think more clearly and ask myself if my food choices were healthy. Even with sweets I was able to do this. Then the sweet craving disappeared. My weight loss has been easy. My joints are not sore. I can walk faster and I exercise regularly. I do aerobics and weight training. And my blood-pressure is down. I used to overeat till I was stuffed. With hypnosis I am not hungry. And I don?t even think about food. I also drink a lot of water. When I visited my family in Okinawa, they were surprised to see how thin I was. They never thought I would lose weight. During my visit I walked everywhere and even climbed the sacred mountain faster than the other people. I am learning to work with my feeling and thoughts. The greatest benefit of coming to Positive Changes has been becoming healthy along with the weight loss. I have more self-confidence. I saw that this place had so many positive reviews so that's why I went there. I'm amazed at those people who wrote reviews. This place is a total scam. I called them to find out how much there program was. A young girl answered the phone and wouldn't give me any information. I told her that I needed to get a ballpark figure before I came in to find out if it's something that I want to invest in. She told me that I had to come in for a "free" consultation. I went in and met this person who was a total salesperson. It took about 25 minutes of my time for her to finally tell me that the program was about $3300!!!!! That's only for about 14 sessions with a hypnotist. The other times I guess they expected me to go in and listen to hypnosis CDs. So basically, these rip offs wanted me to pay them $3300 for 14 sessions and they want me to pay them to listen to CDs. That's totally crazy! Plus, they do hard core sales. I really felt like they were doing a job on my head because they kept trying to make me feel guilty for not wanting to pay them so much money. I did not sign up for there program and I did some research. Come to find out this place is a Franchise and they have these places all over the United States. So basically, nothing is original there. So, if you want to be subjected to hard sales, if you want to pay over $3300 to listen to hypnosis CDs...then go here. I have decided to go to a hypnotist in Austin who wasn't isn't to hard sales and who was open and upfront on the phone about her program.

I lost 26 pounds went from an XL to a L. More importantly, I went from being out of control and ashamed that I couldn?t do my weight loss program alone to knowing the control could come from within again. Positive Changes appealed to me because I wanted my weight loss to be permanent. I was an overweight kid, always eating everything on my plate. I was finally trim as a teenager, but got up to 150 lbs on my 5?2? frame after having my kids. I tried a variety of things to lose weight. Because this program works with the subconscious, some wonderful things happened right away. After the first session, I started chewing every bite of food slowly without even thinking about it. It took me 20 minutes to eat a meal - I was in shock and delighted at the same time because it gave me hope that other things could happen easily, and they have. I?m not eating beef or pork, and I?m looking at how much fat really is in food. I?m eating soy products and enjoying how much by body loves them. And I?m actually rediscovering how much I frolic when swimming and how an elliptical Orbitrek is easy on my knees and refreshes me in 20 minutes. What really matters to me is getting my self-respect and physical strength back. I?m not tearing myself down anymore. My lifestyle changes and weight loss will be permanent as long as I use the tapes. I?ve learned that it?s okay to take several months to get the weight off! I have already recommended this program to other people ? I think they would be crazy not to come! There is so much that is offered and it works. All of the classes allow you to gain information, plus you get a subconscious treatment every time you come in! I started smoking because a doctor suggested that it would calm me down! That?s when it all started. That doctor wiped it in and now Positive Changes has wiped it back out. I smoked 55 years. After lung surgery I started back. I read about Positive Changes many times in the paper and just never thought seriously about it because I enjoyed smoking. I told my doctor I am going to use Hypnosis and she said GO For IT! I have been a non-smoker since July 5th 2005. It took me one session to quit. I came in, did the session and I said to myself ?I wonder if this really works?? and I took a cigarette out of the pack and I lit it up and 2 puffs in I thought ?Why did I think I liked this for so long?? and that was the end of it. I have never smoked since. And I feel confident that I?m a non-smoker for the rest of my life. That?s what I can?t get over. All I needed was this change in my mind fifty years ago and I could have been a non smoker. But who knew? It doesn?t bother me at all to be around people who smoke. I have no desire for it. Another important benefit I?ve had from coming here is that it has given me a whole different perspective on life. This has helped me get out of a rut. Now when I go out of the house I say Hi! to strangers. I don?t have to wait for someone to say something to me, I?ll talk to you! Have I recommended Positive Changes? Oh Yeah! Anybody who is willing to listen I?ll tell them about Positive Changes. It really works! It REALLY WORKS! I am just so happy that it?s over and I?m smoke free.

I?ve lost 30 pounds with the help of Positive Changes. I struggled with my weight for the last 6-7 years. I felt uncomfortable and my clothes weren?t fitting me right. I wasn?t eating the right food. I would lose a few pounds, but then gain it back. I learned about Positive Changes in the Austin-American Statesman. I wasn?t sure if it would work. My husband said that I should try it. I felt like I needed help. I noticed changes in my behaviors almost immediately. My weight loss has been fairly easy. I didn?t feel like I was doing any work. My food choices have really changed. I felt out of control before and it was like a roller coaster ride. I have control now. My family has noticed my changes. My mom said she was afraid that I was going to disappear. Losing weight and getting healthy have given me more confidence. I know that I look healthier so I feel better about myself. I have been a non-smoker since February 2004. I became a non-smoker after my first session of hypnosis. I don?t cough when I get up in the morning, I have more breathing room, and I am able to do more without becoming short winded. I was smoking between 1-1/2 and 2 packs a day and have been smoking since I was 17 years old, over 30 years. I have quit 3 different times, but never for a significant amount of time. I saw the ads for Positive Changes in the newspaper and read them for months until the day I decided I was going to call. I was amazed, at my first session the hypnotist asked me if I was ready to throw away my cigarettes and I decided that I was. Smoking controlled me because if I didn?t have a cigarette within a specified amount of time my mouth started feeling funny. I am more confident since I stopped smoking. The most important immediate benefit I have achieved from Positive Changes so far is that I am now a non-smoker. I recommend Positive Changes highly, and do when people ask me about it at work. I am not ever going to smoke again. I know it?s bad for me, my body, and the people around me. It?s just not something I want to do anymore. I want to have a healthier life style now.

I have been a non-smoker since December 9, 2003. I had smoked before I came in, but the next morning, as of that morning I have been a non-smoker. I noticed that I don?t cough in the evenings. I sneeze from allergies, and I used to think that the cough was part of the allergies, but it?s not. I was smoking about a pack and a half a day. I?d quit and started back like an idiot. I was 19 when I started smoking the first time, and about 42 the second time. I learned about Positive Changes when I was reading the paper. I?d tried the patches, the gum, the pill. None of it helped. I stopped smoking a lot easier than I thought I would. I listened to my tapes and I just didn?t want it and made myself decide that I didn?t want it. I felt out of control before. I feel in control now. Hypnosis has eliminated the urges, cravings and desire for cigarettes and has given me more confidence. The most important benefit I have received from Positive Changes is that I stopped smoking and made my husband happy! I would recommend Positive Changes to others. Actually, I?ve told about four or five people, and they all would love to do it. I?m confident that I?m a non-smoker permanently this time. I did quit for 14 years, and I was stupid enough to go back. Once bitten? I won?t do it twice!

I have lost 17 pounds with the help of hypnosis. After turning 50, the weight has seemed to come on very easily. My clothes didn?t fit and I felt uncomfortable. I tried to lose weight by cutting back on calories and fat, but I just steadily continued to gain weight. I read about Positive Changes in the Austin-American Statesman and I decided to try it because I was sure that they could help me. I started to notice changes in my behavior almost immediately. I was drinking more water and cutting back on my portions. My weight loss hasn?t been difficult because I eat smaller quantities naturally. I?ve even noticed that I no longer snack. I feel better about myself and I?ve really enjoyed getting into some of my old clothes. I can?t see myself developing those bad habits again. I would feel confident recommending Positive Changes to others because I?ve seen how well it has worked for so many people.

I have lost 15 pounds and 1 clothing size in 18 weeks. I have struggled with my weight for 5 years. It?s been horrible because each year I put on a little more weight. I was doing all of the wrong things. I saw an ad for Positive Changes on TV and called right away. I was skeptical of hypnosis. I noticed a change in my behavior after my first session. My weight loss was easy, because it was a lifestyle change and not a diet. I don?t feel deprived of anything. The foods that I am eating and flaxseed oil are reducing the cravings. I am not eating in between meals anymore. My knees don?t hurt as bad, my skin looks better, and I feel better. Positive Changes has helped me to see that I need protein. I had cut out a lot of protein in my diet and had increased carbohydrates and that?s why I was gaining more and more. Poor eating habits were hurting me. The nutritional education and support has been the greatest benefit of Positive Changes. I see the differences already and I know that I am making better food choices. I have already told someone about hypnosis and would feel confident recommending it to others. My change has become a way of life.

I have lost 100 pounds and went from a size 24 to a size 12. I used to have problems with my back, knees, and ankles. Now, with my weight loss, I don?t have any of those problems anymore. I have been overweight since I was 12. My mother is a successful client here and told me about Positive Changes. I started to notice changes in my behavior within the first month, especially when I started exercising. I have tried Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, and dieting on my own. The most that I was ever able to lose was 30 pounds and then I just started gaining it back. I felt out of control. Losing weight has definitely given me more confidence. I feel in control now. I have more energy and my self-image is a lot better. I know that my weight loss will be permanent and I already recommend Positive Changes to anyone that I meet who wants to lose weight.
