For the dental implant work, I am satisfied with what David did. However, I would like to share my experience with you. David Sun's office did not do a good job in filing the dental claims. So I was asked to pay him all and I did. I spent time and made the insurance company to pay, but David Sun was reluctant to reimburse the payment from insurance to me. Currently he is still holding a few hundred dollars and refuses to reimburse me. He did the implant job for me. But he allowed the Yijian Yang to claim the payments. This woman refused to reimburse all the money she got from the Metlife. Please note that I had paid them all. I can't believe it, but these are true. I am filing two complaint to the Dental Board in CA now: one for David Sun and the other for Yijian Yang. If the dental board can't resolve the issues, I am going to the small claim court. WARNING to all potential victims! DO NOT BELIEVE the hype he tells you. For what he claims on his website, this dentist has failed miserably in delivering service. I have family members who have paid him and yet have horrible experience getting treatment. Not only does he not get it right the first time, he denies it. And then only when patient insists mistake is causing other health problems does he reluctantly tried to do damage control. I will be more than happy to share my story with you but the asian population is most vulnerable to his marketing ploys with language barriers. So if you're thinking of getting service from him, be aware. Stay away from him if you want your dental health and pocket book! Someone who's family member got screwed by him in thousands of dollars.
