Took advantage of a first time customer promotion and booked a haircut at this location and got appointed to Leila. Overall, the staff was courteous and professional. Haircut just wasn't good enough. Sent to get hair washed even before meeting or talking. Cut was fast and wasn't very thorough. Seemed like she just wanted to get it over with. Would not come back even with discount.

Horrible experience. Felt like a strip mall haircut place - not a salon. It was dusty and dirty inside. The colorist was more concerned with booking her Friday night plans than doing my hair. The stylist was worse - just could care less about the type of cut she was giving. It was literally the worst cut I've gotten in years. On top of all this, the staff was snooty. What a joke. Couldn't have been worse."

Let me start with the good. Erin Does the most amazing brazillion, she's conversational, quick, and professional. She does my brazillion in about 10 minutes. She books for (15min!) And completly remidied my hanous eyebrows. Kim does great color and is probably the only one there who can actually color hair. She is a great talent fun and upbeat. Now with the bad i had had a another service i booked for a highlight with brook it was bad striped streaked blond on a brassy single process. When i went to check out the receptionist was very helpful. I explained i didnt like my color she apologized asked me if i needed anything and got a manager. Her name was Sarah she was completly unhelpful when i was explaining what was wrong with my color she just sighed and made a groaning noise? Had to situate herself for about five minutes before actually consulting the problem or answering me. She gave no response and staired at the computer. Finnaly she offered me a $25 off coupon? I insisted on a re... Read more

I just have to thank the staff for making me and my wedding party look great. The entire staff did a great job with hair and makeup from me, the mother of the bride and groom and the bridesmaids. They all worked together so great as a team it made my day so much easier knowing that everyone looked and felt beautiful and relaxed. Everyone's came out so beautiful in the pictures. We all were pleased with the services that were provided.

I am pretty athletic and get alot of knots in my upper back. I made an appointment to get a massage and she was able to smooth out alot of the knots. I left in a haze. I felt so relaxed. I slept so sound that evening.

I received a great facial here. When I left my skin looked fresh and had a nice glow. The facility was was relaxing and calming. They recommended some products to follow up with and they feel so good and smell great. Aveda is such a nice product line.

An excellent massage. He knows just how much pressure to use and where to use it. We had a consultation at the beginning of my appointment and then I drifted away. There was no talking during my massage I was able to relax and unwind from my daily routine. Truly an excellent experience.

I heard Asha was a good place to get a massage so I made an appointment. The atmosphere was calming, I felt relaxed and very comfortable. As soon as I walked in the entire staff was very accomodating. They were all so very nice. I will be returning. I am going to try their hair services next.

A buddy of mine told me about Lisa here. I was told my military cuts were not cutting it anymore. She did a really nice job. I have gotten some nice compliments on my hair. Never got compliments on my hair before. Lisa is easy to talk to and really shows concern as to what I wanted. Easy on the eye as well.

I had my hair cut not at Asha and it was terrible. I thought my hair was a lost cause but a friend told me to go to Asha. My hair was short so i didnt think there was much they could do. They were able to shape it so now it looks so amazing. Everyone was so helpful and accomodating. I feel so much better now.

I was told to find Andre for extensions and I am glad that I did. He gave me the best extensions I have ever gotten. The extensions added the length and volume I needed he then gave me a great cut. You cant tell I am wearing extensions. He knows how to blend the two together. He is an expert at this and has a great fun personality.

I never felt I could trust a hairdresser and what they are going to do until now. We had a consultation and when we started talking about my hair I soon felt that i could literally place my hair in his hands. My hair looks great. I was even able to style it days later myself. The cut was genius. Asha salon is definitely a good fit for me. Everyone was very pleasant I was very comfortable.

GO TO LISA! I have long hair and I wanted some long layers. Lisa knew exactly what I wanted and had the same vision I had. She styled it as well and instructed me on how to style it at home. She was very friendly super nice. The entire experience was so relaxing and fun. Lisa was recommended from some friends. We all have very different styles. She is very talented. If you have been searching for a stylist and you just cant find them, your seach has ended. She has a passion for hair.

I was tired of the two styles I had going, down or in a ponytail. I heard about Lisa at Asha so I went to see for myself. She listened to what I wanted to accomplish with my hair. Lisa is so personable and friendly. It was very exciting to watch her and see what she was going to create. She did an incredible job. I think i look younger. My hair looks healthier and fuller. I have had alot of compliments on my new style. The magic is truly in the cut. She recommended a few things to help maintain the style and I am blown away with what she has done. I will be returning. See for yourself.

I was recommended to Lisa from some of my friends and read some of her reviews so gave her a try. I just recently moved here from LA and I have tried a couple of salons and my hair was making me a slightly depressed. She told me that she worked in Beverly Hills so I thought we may have a good connection. She sat down with me and we talked about what was working and was not working with my hair. She did not rush me out of the chair. I felt like she really cared and we went over alot of my likes and dislikes. Together we created my look and I am very happy. I LOVE the finished product. She even told me afterwards if something wasnt working out for me to come back and she would do whatever needed to be done. HOW NICE WAS THAT. Lisa was so very talented and so very nice. I feel great and my hair looks great. I am so much happier. Thank you Lisa.

I LOVE MY HAIR! I had Lisa do my hair she just started at Asha, she used to work in Beverly Hills. I had a couple of ideas in mind but she gave me some suggestions that would be best for me. She is so sweet no attitude and is a good cutter, my hair is very manageable. She called it ready to wear. I have left other salons where my hair looked great after I left but when I tried to style it, it never looked the same. She instructed me how to style my hair but really it is the cut. My hair just fell into place when I styled it myself. Thank you Lisa!

I went to Asha about a month ago for my color. I told the colorist that I wanted a warm brown and I ended up with almost black. After she did my color, she sent me off with a girl who shampood and styled my hair. The colorist never even came back to check and see if I liked the color, and the stylist was new and didnt do a good job either. Really, it was completely overpriced for what you got.

I have gone here for the past 6 months, the estitechians are very good. They obviously have good training. However the services are over priced and executed very fast?you feel obligated to tip but were not there for very long so tip doesn?t seem justified. All in all good work, very pricy.

I WENT THERE FOR MY HAIR COLOR, AND I GOT THE BEST HAIRCOLOR I HAVE EVER HAD. I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE THERE FOR HIGHLIGHTS. SHE LISTENED TO EVERYTHING I WANTED AND GAVE IT TO ME.

I admit it. I went to Asha salon for hair color for some time. But the prices kept increasing, and the service kept decreasing. The stylists were mediocre (warning - if you have curly hair - do NOT let anyone in this salon cut it, no matter what they say. It's taken some time to grow out the damage they did). The colorist was OK, but seemed to be getting bored with her job. The last time I went, I ended up with roots not matching the rest of my hair. In addition, while they charge according to the stylist/colorist's experience, they actually hand you over to interns for 98% of the service.

I enjoy aveda products so much and i found this place on their web site. I was so disappointed with my service, i had an outer peace facial and when i was consulting the esthetican on acne, she knew nothing, she didnt even really know how and what the best preventions were for someone like me. she seemed nervous the whole time and left the room for what seemed like twenty minutes. not worth my 125.$

I went in for a blow out (quoted $30 on the phone). The stylist finger dried my hair and then tried to straighten it. Needless-to-say, that didn't work out so well. THEN they charged me $50 for a blow out!!! I questioned it, given that I was quoted $30 on the phone. They told me that that stylist they quoted had left for the day, so my new stylist was more expensive! I complained and they literally shrugged their shoulders. $50! is way above the norm and my hair wasn't at all straight. The attitude wasn't at all customer service driven.

I have to share that I have been to Asha twice now for hair color after trying a handful of other places with awful experiences-- I walked in, told the colorist what I wanted, and walked out a new woman! She NAILED it!Unfortunately, the first colorist left before I returned, so I had a different colorist the next time-again, (without the card from the previous colorist as a reference) She NAILED it, too! They really listen to you and know how to deliver- I went to meredith for a haircut last time, as well and it was amazing-however, at $80, it was a little too rich for my blood-but definitely a great cut! and a fun person, as well!
