I used LA City Tours on my recent vacation to California and it was wonderful. Being that it was my first time visiting LA from New York, I wanted to see it all. Our driver was very friendly and kept us entertained the whole time. We got to see everything we wanted of LA and Hollywood and had an absolute blast. I highly recommend LA City Tours if you're looking to go on a guided tour in LA!!

I recently visited California for business and had some time to do some sight-seeing so I found LA City Tours and had the time of my life. All the attractions were exactly the photos I wanted and the homes of the stars was beautiful. We even unexpectedly got to meet Cameron Diaz on Rodeo Drive! The Hollywood sign was probably the coolest part of the whole tour and it didnt cost much at all! Highly recommended for anyone unfamiliar with LA and wants to see Hollywood!

WOW!! I was very surprised at how good their tour was. The last thing I wanted to do was go see where other people live especially people who have more money than me. But my sister talked me into it and we had so much fun. The weather was great, the tour guide was hilarious and it was just a lot of fun. I highly reccommend this company and tour. Oh yeah and the prices were reasonable.

Last week we visited Hollywood and had the best tour of the movie star homes. The staff was so helpful and pleasant. Especially our tour guide, so well informed, not sure how they are able to remember so much information. It was so much fun to be in a convertible bus seeing all the homes of the stars and locations where some of my favorite movies were filmed. If you plan on going to Hollywood do not miss out on this great tour.

This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Between my guest and myself we made 7 calls to see if we could arrange an alternate pick up location. No one could help us, so we decided not to go. My guest called on the morning of the tour and let them know she would not be able to make it due to transportation difficulties. The women scolded her for calling so late as "she could have sold the tickets to someone else". They were paid for and we were going to lose our money, so why was she so concerned? She told her she didn't have time to talk to her as the office was opening and hung up on her. I called today to discuss my concerns about her rude behavior. The call was taken by Monique who said "What do you want?" I asked to speak to a manager, she told me there wasn't one and I could just send an email and she would respond. She then said if I told her what the problem was she might tell me she was sorry!! She also hung up on me....unbelievable!! You'd think in this econ... Read more

I live in Los Angeles for 4 years. My friend came to visit me so I took him on a tour. Not only my friend liked it a lot but it was really enjoyable for me. It was a 5 1/2 hour tour and we saw every important part of LA. I thought that it was impossible (with LA traffic) but they did it. There were no rush, driver/guide was really professional (thank you Jim), he didn't even give us a single chance to get bored. A lot of information was new to me. Some places mentioned on the tour I had passed by at least 100 times before without knowing what they were. Normally I am very demanding so I thought that this tour would be a good experience for my friend and boring for me.. My bad... It was excellent. I would highly recommend to any LA visitor and LA resident to go on this tour. Thank you guys for a pleasant experience.

Simply put, the WORST customer service I've ever received. I got screamed at and threatened to have my booking canceled by the manager. She also told me that she doesn't want to do business with me, because I'm too confusing and "driving her nuts" and then hung up the phone. Never during the conversation, did I raise my voice or was rude to her.
