I wish I would have read reviews about Danelle's before going there. They DO nickel and dime you, they DO have a high pressure sales atmosphere (like BUY BUY BUYing a car, yuck), and if you've got a budget, they make you feel like you are beneath them. Be ready to have them smooth talk you, but READ THE FINE PRINT! That contract that Danelle makes you sign holds her liable for basically nothing, and everyone she "recommends" overcharges and is made to be held not liable by contracts, either. When I complained to Danelle about her sneaky tactics, she told me I wasn't remembering correctly and that I should be happy she sold me that dress. Like I'm scum on her shoe and she graced me with a dress! Unbelievable! And yes, all she'll do is refer you back to the extensive contract that you signed that says she's not liable for anything, and there you are, fuming but powerless. PLEASE! THINK before you go into this lion's den!

I very much enjoyed my experience at Danelles Bridal! My consultant was very helpful and friendly and made my experience fun, I went other places to try on dresses, but I came back to Danelles!

I had been dress shopping for several weeks before coming to Danelle's and wasn't planning on finding my dream dress. However, the entire staff seemed dedicated to helping me feel throughly satisfied even if it meant taking extra time. I felt comfortable, valued, and appreciated. Not only did my consultant listen to my preferences, she used her expertise to help me find JUST what I was looking for. I appreciated her persistance to make sure I was a very happy bride, and NEVER felt like a sale to her.

Danelle's bridal brags on their website that they are different from other bridal stores because they sell only designer gowns. I find this very hard to believe as my wedding gown and ALL my bridemaid's gowns have a tag in them that say MADE IN CHINA!! Really?! So the designers are out of CHINA?! The bridesmaid's dresses were all "custom order" yet every one of my girls has had to have MAJOR alterations done to their dresses. When I called the store to address how poorly fitted my girls were for their dresses all that Danelle's did was fall back on their extensive contract. They need that contract because they intentionally poorly fit people so they will have to pay ridiculous amounts of money on alterations at Danelle's. I was not impressed by the way they try to nickle and dime you at every turn...a rush charge here...a rush charge there...oh you need to order now or you won't get them...yet 2 weeks later the dress appears and they want their money. I am not impressed with their gowns that are "custom" made in CHINA!! The material is cheap and all my bridesmaid's need new zippers put in their dresses because the zippers are SO cheap they are ruining the appearance of the dress. They make a killing off brides and bridal parties and feel no shame in taking your money and running. I'm sure it's really affordable to get dresses from CHINA!! I would have been just as well off to head to a Asian bridal store in the mall...at least their prices reflect their product. I would never recommend a bride go there and I will take time to review their shop on every site I can. I also plan to write a letter to the KNOT and tell them what a horrible experience I had with Danelle's and how I cannot believe they awarded them ANYTHING!

This place is relaxed from the moment a person walks in. The best part is the personal service. Meg helped me on three different occassions. She was always ready to help me into the gowns and really made it easy for me to see the dresses. She was very nolagable and knew exactly what I was looking for and listened and answered all my questions. This is the place to go to find your dream dress! Thank you all!

Danelles was a last minute stop. I'd been to two other shops, and to tell you the truth, I was so dis-enchanted with bridal shops. One, wanted my life history and the other didnt seem to take me seriously ( even after the owner had personally invited me at one of the bridal shows.) But its no wonder the award for 2008 and 2009 Best pick is on your table. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. Seriously I dont know what i would of done with out you guys here for me! I'm so happy and I cant wait for my fiancee to see me in my gown!
