After 3 kids, (2 of them 18 months apart) my body was just not the same. Before I decided to have the surgery I spent a year and a half at the gym trying to loose the excess skin and fat around my midsection. Dieting and exercise wasn't enough. I shopped around and met with several plastic surgeons, paid numerous consultation fees (not at Austin Plastic Surgery Center) and no one could compare to the friendliness and honesty I received from Dr. Maggi and his staff. They make you feel comfortable and treat you with respect and you leave feeling confident about your decisions. The surgery went perfectly and I am so happy with the results. The incision sites are thin and flat, no thickening around the scar, which is already fading. It's been 8 months now and I just went back for Botox, which is also amazing. Thank you Austin Plastic Surgery Center, you not only gave me my body back but my confidence as well!

This was my first experience with plastic surgery. I never thought I would ever do anything like this but after two children, gaining/losing weight, and complaining one too many times about the size of my breast I decided to do some research. I did my research and decided to go for a consultation. Dr. Maggi's office staff were friendly and knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable. As stated before I had more than one procedure done, and during this time, I went for a free consultation, and actually had several consultations and I was always welcome with all my questions answered. Dr. Maggi and staff worked around my schedule, and once even scheduled me as the only surgery of they day as a favor due to my schedule. Excellent results ! Could not be happier! And think I need to go see see Dr. Maggi again soon :)

I had muliple procdure surgery with D. Maggi and it was a great experience! He and all of his staff are very caring and give the highest quality care and results! From the minute you walk in the door, you are greeted as a friend. Kelly and all his staff ar awesome, they do their best to make you feel comfortable and guide you through the process. I had gained weight in all the wrong places after my divorce and decided to visit a few plastic surgeons in order to correct this matter immediately. My self esteem was worth it. I visited 4 different plastic surgeons and once I met with Dr. Maggi, I knew I did not need to look any further. His staff made me feel like family. My experience was the best. I had plastic surgery before but never received the service and results that I received from Dr. Maggi and staff. I am athletic and fit, but did not feel feminine. I had 3 consultations with different Plastic Surgeons and felt very good about choosing Dr. Maggi. I got the perfect size breasts that feel and look super natural. He did an amazing job. Recently Dr. Maggi preformed an breast augmentation for my wife. The results are amazing. My wife's breasts were very small and uneven, A cups or smaller. She is now a full C or D and they are very even and proportional. They look great, I can't wait to play with them. Dr. Maggi and his staff made the whole process a enjoyable one. From consultation, to procedure, into recovery, and on to follow ups we felt as if we were given special and individual care. Dr. Maggi worked with us when we ran into a financial bump in the road with no difference in the way we were treated. He and his staff made us feel like part of the family. Dr. Maggi even returned a call over the Memorial Day Weekend personally. NEED I SAY MORE.
