Absolutely terrible customer service. They have thus far given my mail away to the wrong person on TWO occasions. They are very unresponsive to any requests. I had mail forwarding set up and the card on file expired. They never gave me a call to let me know and just STOPPED forwarding my mail. When we asked the owner why he didn't call he said that "I have a bad attitude" and hung up the phone on me! If you are a business and need your mail just save yourself the haste and stay away! Consumers beware, you will be disappointed.
