Pampered Pet Dog Grooming

Well, I don't know about those other women's comments, obviously they don't work for a living. This place was just wonderful. First of all, I missed my first appointment on Saturday, and they were glad to reschedule me for Sunday. Yes, Sunday, how accommodating for us that work full time. Also it was the first time my dog had been groomed. He was very happy when I picked him up, and Cynthia groomed him exactly as I had specified. He looks so cute, and feels so good, it makes me feel good. Thank you Cynthia! What a great experience, and my Basenji feels great for only $30.00. I will be going back again, and again..... This owner Kevin is correct in saying he and his< wife<cynthia have no affiliation with Yuppy Puppy Salon and Daycare , wich is at 1330 Nacogdoches Rd.. They just moved about half a block down the road ,were they were originally located.What is bad about this pampered pets is ,since they like to bad mouth people, first of all, lee had long since told her clients she was moving because the landlord, that is still at that location ,refused to fix things,also I had one of my friends call me and he said ," wow,I cant believe the groomer at Pampered pets doesnt know that you just dont shave certain dogs,and the lady I talked to at pampered pets wouldnt tell me truthfully how long she had been grooming, just that it was long enough."This would make me wonder why , if a grooming salon is supposed to be so good, then why would it put down another grooming salon or lie to customers or even try to convince others that the groomer at that location before was not good.? I hope that all do see this, and learn from it.The customers that this place has received has been mostly from us loyal YuppyPuppy fans dropping in at this location ,thinking it was indeed still Yuppy Puppy, and this Cynthia telling us, or misleading us to believe you just changed the name.I will never speak good of this place,bad grooming,frighted my baby girl,and if you all know the saying, the guilty dog always barks first.I have not heard anything bad from Lee when all us customers tell her what bad lies you people are telling about her, she just smiles and says its in Gods hands, and she wishes you well still.Now if you ask me that is a wonderful person, and shes the best groomer ,she loves all our dogs and my cat too!!!No place like Yuppy Puppy,and for all you people out there wondering if shes still open,YES, she is,just look in the phone book and give them a call.I dont advise anyone to go to this Pampered Pets Place,too many lies and I have seen them through the window when a dog had been on the table , I passed by an hour later and it was still in the same position with a loop on it.How very sad.And I promise you all she has not all breed experience she reads from a book,she had answered us about a haircut after looking it up in her book,she said.Lee has 20 plus years with love,attention,patience and wonderful grooming.Well I am going to tell my friends to go on here and put comments on their relationship with Lee too,they all love her......pampered pets ,learn not to talk of others before you look at yourself.

My name is Kevin and I am the owner of the grooming salon at 13227 Nacogdoches in San Antonio, Texas. The person, Lee, to whom the previous posts mention, is no longer at this location. My salon is named Pampered Pet and has nothing to do with, or any ties whatsoever to this Lee person, or anything at all to do with Yuppy Puppy. Other than being located in the same building they were in, there is no relationship whatsoever. We moved in to this location on January 4th of 2010, after the previous tenant (Lee, Yuppy Puppy) was evicted by court order. My co-owner, and groomer extraordinaire, Cynthia, has several years of grooming experience. Having been corporately trained and working as a groomer for a very large pet specialty chain, she gained extensive experience grooming dogs of every breed. We also offer boarding for those times you must leave your buddy behind for any length of time. In the short time we have been at this location (just over 1 month) we have gained almost 100 new clients, all of whom have been very satisfied. Our goal is to offer 100% complete and total satisfaction. To everyone. Every time. We welcome you to come in and take a look at our new facility. Lee is a scam artist. She has not payed any of her employees..or even the rent so she says. Yet she can afford to spend all her money on nice hotels and pills. She is a drug addict, and has a long record. She uses false advertisement and telemarketing to bring in unsuspecting customers. A professional groomer does NOT ask for your money up front. All of the good reviews written on this establishment are written by the owner and her husband. Please do not enable her to scam anyone else and please if you have had a bad experience with this salon...help us close her down and please report to the BBB!

When I started taking my dogs there they were afraid of grooming and they had been to many groomers, after one or two times with Lee, they were glad to go.Wow.They always smell great for a long time after too.There is another place with Yuppy Puppy reviews and they are all good . They have alot of fans and I am one of them.
