It's a very interesting process to meet and work with thousands of customers every year. Motorcycles are an emotional purchase by people that ride for a very wide range of reasons. Regardless of brand, type of riding one prefers, our common DNA is that we all have a passion for the freedom motorcycles offer us. Motorcycles are fun simply because they are. Bikes also are an escape for many. The demands placed on people by work, under very stressful times, demands on one by family and a galaxy of other concerns make motorcycles more than simply an amusement. It's part of one's future. People look forward to their next ride because the ride is the freedom they crave and the solitude inside that helment that keeps one "sane" in a World of ever increasing pressures and distractions. Riding a motorcycle well is a liberation. Setting up one's line in a series of sweet switchbacks, then executing the movements beautifully in seconds in a way is the rider's break through to the other side of li... Read more

Owning a motorcycle powered by Ducati makes it somewhat difficult from time to time to have it serviced. In April of 2009 I decided in favor of Bogarts due to its close proximity. Before dropping off the bike I called in to setup an appointment for the 6K service - this service was supposed to be done in 6 days. It took them more than 2 weeks; no valve cover gaskets, no timing belts in stock - and I thought these are standard items they would keep on the shelf especially after setting up an appointment? I picked up the bike and when I arrived at home the engine was leaking oil at the valve covers to the very front/rear. Saturday afternoon - Bogarts closed - I took the bike for a ride, and after several oil spill clean-up's I dropped the bike off at Bogarts to be fixed. When I picked up the bike a couple days later, and after asking for the reason for the spill they said it was just "remaining oil" from the previous service! Hello, are you trying to insult my intelligence...?! I... Read more

Terrible service department, and the customer service offered by the owner is even worse! Bogart's had my Triumph for two months and when they finally called me to say it was done, I could tell it still wasn't fixed before I even completed my ride home. Bogart's owner refused to stand behind the quality of the service. Then when my credit card company charged back the amount after investigating my complaint AND FINDING MY CLAIMS TO BE VALID AND TRUE that the bike was not fixed, the owner files against me in Small Claims Court. Can you believe that! And the same day I originally dropped off my Triumph for repair, I purchased a brand new Vespa from Bogart's right off their showroom floor! BUYER BEWARE AT BOGART'S....THAT SHOULD BE THEIR MOTTO.
