    Great experience. In and out within the hour that John the manager suggested. John was courteous, professional and accommodating. Understood my sense of urgency and sensitivity to price-point. The technician that did the brake job also understood my time restraints and did a great job acknowledging this. He also was very courteous. Well done team.

    I needed rear brake shoes replaced and made an appointment at Brake Team for 10:30. They told me I also needed front pads replaced, which I doubted because they'd been replaced 18 months earlier with high quality pads so I asked to see the pads, and they were pitted. But, four hours later, as I waited, they still were not done. I'd see three guys around a rear axle, putting on and taking off the brake shoes and parts. I asked what was going on, and they said nothing was wrong, but most did not speak much English. I became very worried. I became even more worried when I was asked to pay and the mileage written down on the warranty was 20,000 short of reality. I pointed this out, and the man claimed he had misread the handwriting of the person who wrote it down. Then he changed it. This made me even more uneasy as the brakes are warranteed for 24,000 miles. But I hoped it was an innocent mistake.     Came in with noise coming from rear driver's side brake. Needed new pads. Spent a lot less than I thought that I would. Also, done a half hour sooner than expected. Really courteous staff and reasonable, quick work. I\'ll be back again for sure.

    My front brakes were going out on my vehicle and I needed to get them fixed. Normally I would fix them myself but I saw this ad on tv for an $88.00 brake service. I thought this sounded to good to be true. I went to their website and I followed their instructions about contacting them to see If i qualified for the $88.00 service. I explained what was wrong and the noises I was hearing and they assured me I was fine since I caught it so early. I was qualified for the $88.00 service. I said great and I set up an appointment to bring my vehicle in. I should have known something was up because once i drop off my keys they told me they would let me know in about an hour what my car needed. Well i had already established that it needed front brakes but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. BOY WAS I WRONG!     I came to you guys after being very rudely treated at Les Schwab. I got new rear brakes and was very happy with the service, speed and just everything about the Break Team in Tigard!!! I will definately come back to you guys the next time I need anything done to my car.

    Your team did a grea job on my brakes, but what i appreciated more then anything is that you worked with me on geting the service paid for. My sister and I are repeat customers because your team also does a great job of explaining what you are doing so that we understand too.

    I have never had an experience with my vehicle go so well, even though i could not afford all the work that was needed. The guy at the front desk (Joe) was so helpful and honest, i actually could not believe how much he was willing to help! I will never go anywhere else for my car, you have a customer for life!

    Very nice and explained exactly what was wrong and showed me what was wrong. I felt completely comfortable and I wasn't talked into buying anything or felt like I was being scammed ,unlike when I go into other car places. I appreciate their swiftness in fixing my car and how friendly everyone was. I will be back :)

    Excellent customer service by going straight to the issue. Provided detailed description of part that was defective. Stated how defective part should be repaired. Then gave a price estimate and time repairs would be completed. Stayed within all time lines.

    Initially I thought I was having brake trouble, I was told it was bearings and after $700 I left drove down the street the same thumping started drove back immediately left and picked up the vehicle the next day. It seemed fine Friday and then Saturday it started shaking again very slightly making noise so I am hoping it is still fixed. The crew there was excellent and the new manager Ryan was excellent to work with and seem truly concerned fixing my truck and my families safety. Kudos!!!

    I was very impressed with the level of care i recieved at your Tigard store. My brakes were shot and i thought a big repair bill was in store for me. the man who helped me through the process, Juan Salas, was extremely helpful and did everything he could to soften the finacial blow. i walked away with a lot more money than i thought i would, in less time, and with a safe car. thank you so much, juan salas, for helping me with finding an honest, compitant auto shop. you have definately earned a customer for life. give this man a raise!

    Had gone to Les Schwab for decades. A friend suggested I try Brake Team. Mark got me right in and took good care of me. Dave worked on my Durango and I am most pleased with the work and the service. After taking care of my Durango, Mark fixed e up with a brake cylinder for my wife's car. Luciano did the work and we were both pleased with the experience and relieved that she was safe in her car once again.

    I was surprised at the level of personal service that i received. Everyone was very friendly. Wayne was informative and patient. Alicia was southern California glowing with hospitality and smiles! Sometimes when a location has a line out the door and the phone is ringing off the hook, people can be short and curt. This is not the experience at Brake-Team! The only room for improvement I saw was didn't know my entire brake system had to be disassembled first and then inspected for needs before just tossing on new pads. That added time to my wait that i hadn't anticipated. The good news though was i had a frozen part the had rendered my left front brake useless. I was VERY grateful Brake Team found that and fixed it at a very FAIR price. You have a new customer!

    I was extremly satisfied with the service I recieved. When I first arrived Eric came walking up to my car and geeted me, he even knew my name. Then I wanted a coffee and asked if there was a Starbucks within walking distance. The guy said, no but then he have me his untouched new starbucks coffee. Then after they checked out my car and decided what they needed to do, they drove my daughter and I home so we didn't have to wait there as they worked on my car. Eric drove us home and even helped carry my daughter and the carseat and the diaper bag to my apartment. He even offered to pick me up when I was ready to go back and get my car. I was not expecting to have to pay so much that day on brakes, but they gave me a $15 discount to help. I will deffinetly return to the tigard Brake Team next time I need any work done on my car that they can do. THANKS GUYS!!!!!

    My 23 year old daughter was referred to "The brake Team" by Jiffy Lube next door, when after an oil change her car suddenly started to die and stall frequently. She took her car to the brake Team and they did $500 worth of "repairs" to her car, then said that they needed to do another $500 worth to get it running. My husband became involved at this point, who knows how to fix cars. After he called them up and questioned them about what they were doing, the car suddenly started working without needed any more repairs! It was a miracle! Please do not go to these dishonest people. Go to Les Schwab for brakes.

    Best service Ive had from any auto related company in years. Solved my problem and did it at a very fair price! I had several other quotes from companies that told me extra repairs were needed and these guys proved to me that it was not true, saving hundreds for me. My wholehearted recommendation.

    I got a complete brake job, at your Tigard facility, on my 1993 Saturn. My car is showing signs of age, and since I live on the Washington coast, where it rains over 70 inches every year, my car\'s brakes were rusted out. You bested the estimate given to me by Les Schwalb when I brought my car in to your place for a second opinion. The person I was in contact with at your place was very nice, personable and professional.

    The service representatives were very friendly, but most people who want your money are. Maybe that's not fair, but there were 3 sure things that I did not appreciate at all: 1) My car was taken for an unauthorized "test drive" when no such testing was necessary or approved by me. I told the manager up-front that the car was not pulling or doing anything abnormal. That should have been enough. 2) I had a 2:15 appointment, and I sat for almost an hour before my car was even looked at. Adding insult to injury, a woman who had a 3:00 appointment (and showed up at 3) received service before I did. This was completely unprofessional. 3) I asked for the $88 brake service but was talked into a brake-dusting and parking-fluid flush instead, all for $3 less than the full service. I felt baited and switched and didn't receive the service I requested. This did not dawn upon me until after I left and thought about it all. It has left a bad taste in my mouth for the "BrakeTeam."

    When in reverse, the brakes squeaked and then they started to catch. I called in the morning, had an appointment at 3:30, the car was taken in immediately, and returned 65 minutes later. The problem was explained, was still under warranty, and corrected competently. My tech was Dave. I was very pleased by the service.

    My wife and I were warmly greeted as we came in. The car was inspected, I already had a good idea of what was needed, as the car had about 87,000 miles. Felt I was not being told that more needed to be done than what was required. Car was taken care of in time frame they gave. When I came to pick up the car they explained what was done and how to get a better life out of the brakes. Had a great experience and will be back with our other vehicles when brakes or other services are needed. Would recommend this store to our friends. Thanks, Brake Team!

    Juan did a great job on my new brakes. From Ryan who answered my questions on the phone, to Wayne who explained what was done and Alicia who greeted me warmly, I was very impressed with your service. And my brakes don't squeek anymore!
