    I have gone to Johnna for my hair cuts and color through her last two salons and am so happy that she opened a salon last year. Everything there is so relaxing and she and Jennifer (her co-owner) are so warm and nice. The salon is really beautiful, too.

    I went there and got a facial, waxing and massage...let me tell you it was great! The facial and waxing was given by Betty, she was great! I have acne and she really helped me with some great tips on getting it under control. The bikini waxing was not as painful as other places, which was great! Anna did my massage, she was so sweet and very good ! I'm going back for a haircut a few weeks and have no doubt it will be amazing like everything else at Prive! My new FAVE place!

    I don't think you can beat Prive for the amazing cuts, hair color and ambiance. Everybody is so amazingly nice (even dealing with some woman who CLEARLY didn't read a coupon she purchased online and was complaining about its requirements). I'm in my mid-50s and people ask me all the time if my blonde hair color is natural. There's nobody I would trust more than them for color.

    My best friend and I just got new hair styles as part of a graduation gift this weekend. We had manicures and pedicures, too. This was a really great gift from my mom (who goes to one of the owners for her cuts and colors). Just a great experience all around! They even celebrated our graduation with a complimentary glass of wine!

    Just went to Prive the first time and I am so happy with my new hair cut! Becky gave me the whole new look I was wanting before I begin post-college job hunt! I'll be back!!!!!

    What they advertise is sexy staff :) that's funny, I do not really care if my hairdresser is sexy blond or an overweight and not quite blond as long as my hair's done properly. They have very poor management skills, do not really try to keep customers and then have to advertise on groupon, etc. They have price range 40 to 75 for a haircut on their website, well, BE PREPARED TO PAY 85!! I needed a basic trimming, she was done in 5 minutes still charged me 85$ do you think I'm going back? :) of course not. my coworkers were thinking to go there, after talking to me they're not any more. Trimming was ok that's why I put 2 stars. The salon itself is far from being fancy. by the way front desk ladies are rude!

    Prive is a first class salon and everyone that works there is very professional and experienced. I get compliments everywhere I go on my hair cut and color. I have been getting my hair cut and colored by Jennifer (one of the owners) for years. I would never go anywhere else because she does a great job every time. I have also seen what the other stylists can do and I would feel comfortable going to any of them. I highly recommend Prive.

    From the moment i walked through the front door, until the time I scheduled my next appointment, I was made to feel that my hair and the service being rendered were priority one. I've been to many of the other shops in Federal Hill and never left feeling the way I did after this experience! The professionalism and quality of my haircut is what prompted me to schedule another appointment and tell all of my friends and their girlfrinds about Prive!

    Horrible customer service at Prive Salon. From scheduling appointments incorrectly to the angry receptionists AND stylist (yes, more than 1)- I would not recommend this salon to ANYONE.

    WORST SERVICE EVER! I would never go or recommend anyone to go there! Here is my story: I go in for a bikini wax and pedicure. The bikini wax was sub-par, many hairs were left and it took over 30 minutes. I have had brazilians before, and someone who knows what their doing only takes around 15 minutes. So not only was I in pain for 30 mintutes, now its time for my pedicure. I waited 45 minutes until I finally went to the counter to ask what was going on. After 10 MORE minutes, I came back to the counter to ask again. The receptionist was rude and said the pedicure lady would be ANOTHER 10 minutes! At this point, I asked to speak to the owner, I explained the situation to her, and she said welll anywhere you go you have to wait. You should never have to wait 55 MINUTES!! I asked if I would be compensated somehow for the inconvenience (ie maniure to go along with the pedi) and she said no. I told her Im leaving then, and she was totally fine with that.
