Air Doctors 1

I called one company and asked them to come out and fix my AC and they were booked until the next day. So i booked it and then called Air Doctors of Nashville. They told me that they could be at my house by 3:00. So i cancelled the other appointment. At 5:30 I called Air Doctors back and was told that they could be here by 10:00. It is now 11:00 and i guess they are not comming tonight. i spoke with them a few times today and they seemed to not care about our situaion and really had no interest in comming to my house. i just wish they would have let me know so that i could have gotten another company to come out. instead all they keep saying was that they were too buisy with their BP contracts. next time please just tell me if you cant come out to my house.
