Hanson's Windows Of Columbus

I had windows installed by Hansons about 17 years ago. My front picture window had developed a draft, but I had just thought it was one of those things you deal with and put plastic over it in the winter. When my neighbors were getting new Hansons windows I mentioned my front window problem to them. They told their sales representative who advised me to call and that they would do whatever it takes to get it right. And they did. A service tech came out and even though it was a window they no longer carried, was able to fix the problem to my satisfaction. In face, he came out twice – once to evaluate, and then to fix. It didn’t cost me a cent. I am still amazed – 17 years since my windows were installed and Hansons still treated me as though I were a brand new customer. You don’t find many companies like this.
