I've used these guys off and on for a few moths now, and I've always had great experiences. They are careful with your stuff, upfront about their costs, and everyone has been really nice.

The promised us the world when they showed up: best service, our stuff will be well taken care of, we will receive our stuff in a timely fashion. Well, it was a night mare working with them and on top of dealing with trying to get our stuff within the week they promised us, another moving companry delivered our stuff. They told us they were doing it as a favor for Move 4 Less and I needed to pay cash in order to get my stuff delivered. A few big items were missing so I called them and they simply said to call the insurance company. I had to file a claim with the 3rd party insurance company they had. The three items worth was a decorative table, my daughters disney table and chairs, and one of our dining room table leg was broken; all worthed up to 500.00 and I received a claim saying that I could only get $57.00 and I had to sign the form and get it notorized and they will send it to the moving company . All this mess and stress I will NOT recommend them to you. Read the contract and DO NOT listen to what they promise you. Get extra coverage on your stuff also. the insurance they offer pays only 0.60 per pound.

Terrible company. Would not recommend. They were 2.5 hours late for pickup and did not call. I had to call them repeatedly to find out any information. Once they arrived they tried to charge me $150.00 extra for stairs at my delivery location even though I was told during my reservation there would be not be no additional charges other than if my belongings weighed more then the quote. The delivery is where this really got interesting. Once again they were late; 1.5 hours this time and again no phone calls. The driver was rude and tried to extort an additional $600 out of my to bring my items into my apartment. After threatening to call the company he backed down. Then I saw my belongings in the truck and they were fully mixed in with someone else's; many of the items didn't have tags on them. They tried to give me things that did not belong to me. After unloading what was believed to be all of my things, I discovered several items missing. The company sent the driver back and he had some of the items; but I'm still missing the top of my desk---I have legs and nothing else. How useful since I work from home. Additionally there was water damage to my mattress and paintings. Somewhere before the semi was loaded with my things they became wet and were repackaged to hide the damage. My mattress is now stained and smells and the painting has bubbles in it. They also soaked my sewing machine and it doesn't work now. I contacted the company again about the damaged and missing items and all they will do is refer me to a third party who deals with claims; which does not answer their phone. So far I have had no resolution and have filed a complaint with the BBB.

I called about moving from a 2 bedroom apartment, first floor to a house, first floor and was recommended a 2 man crew for a 3 hour move. Day of the move comes, time of arrival comes and goes. Finally, 2 hours after I was told they would come to start the move, I called and was told "we don't have any two man crews and we overbooked so we can't move you today unless you take a 3 man crew." How convenient. I scheduled the move for that day for a reason. I have to get my stuff out of the apartment before the end of the month which was 1 day away. So now I pretty much HAVE to take the 3 man crew, this adds over $70 to the original $232 quote. And, by the way, they also overbooked that day, so it might be a long time before a crew shows up. Thanks for nothing. Four hours later, when the 3 man crew finally shows up, they get things packed up in less than an hour. I tell them the most direct and quickest route to the house, Charleston Blvd. I take off and get there in 25 minutes, no problem. They decide to take the freeway, get supposedly caught behind an accident, end up taking 35 minutes to get to the house, now I am charged and additional HOUR's fee, another $70 odd dollars for their stupidity. Keep in mind, this move started at 5 pm and they finished unloading by 7 pm. 2 freaking hours and I am paying for 4 hours. I had budgeted for the $232, could barely cover the $300 and now they're telling me it is going to be over $370. When I don't have a chance to reschedule an automatic withdrawl for a bill payment, they have problems with my card. They then call me every 2 minutes and actually threaten to "send someone over to get the money one way or another. They will not leave until you hand over the money. They will get the money from you." I was actually afraid for my well-being. I tried to tell them I could withdraw what was left in my account (around $250) and pay the rest that upcoming Friday. Hell no. They're sending someone over to my house to get that money one way or another. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you enjoy getting screwed over royally and receiving threats that sound like something from a loan shark. I will never again use this company and wil tell everyone I know not to use them and exactly why. They lied to me and then bullied me to get their inflated fee. Talk about false advertising. Move4 Less my a$$.

We hired Move 4 Less for a local move, and were very dissatisfied. We based our decision on assurances made by the saleslady that they had the equipment to move antiques and an especially heavy piece. I carefully asked about extra charges, and she answered there were none other than for boxes if we needed them. I also asked about leaving things in drawers, and she said it would be no problem. On the day of the move, the head of the crew explained the process – they would load the truck, drive to the new house, and before unloading, he would estimate the time to unload and we would have to pay in full for the entire move before unloading begins. Oh, and he needed cash, because “the credit card machine is down”. I asked what specialized moving equipment they would be using. They had nothing but blankets and two-wheel hand trucks. I asked about extra charges. He said he would need to charge me for a few boxes and bubble wrap to protect some of the antiques. I approved and asked him to let me know about any other charges before they were assessed, and he agreed. The crew began wrapping up furniture in blankets and using packing tape to hold the blankets to each piece. It struck me as odd that they used so much tape to secure each blanket – nearly a half a roll per piece. I found out later they were charging me for each roll of tape! This was just one of the several hidden charges added to the bill. The crew bumped and scraped their way through hallways and down stairs with the furniture, damaging the walls and in one spot punching a 3” hole right through. As for items left in drawers, the crew proceeded to turn every piece sideways and upside down, including desks and file cabinets, making a disaster of the contents. Upon arrival I was presented with the bill, which was 50% over the maximum estimate made by the saleslady, and the crew proceeded to bring things into the new house, causing more wall damage than in the old house. We later found damage to some of our furniture that the crew kept silent about. We move infrequently so I can’t offer a comparison with other companies, but even to my untrained eye, Move 4 Less are not professional movers - they are more like con artists. I don’t recommend Move 4 Less of Las Vegas to anyone.

This professional is named Mey. She is a wonderful person. She speaks to me in a clear and calm voice. She reassures me any concerns I may have. Mey has done an excellent job at making my move seem like a breeze. Moving is a hard thing to do. I am nervous about the big move but Mey will be there to walk me through everything and help me if I have any questions. They have scheduled me for a certain day in July to move and then I asked them to change the moving date and to actually help me in finishing my packing for me. (I am a disabled veteran.) It's been hard for me to pack things on my own. I have half of the house packed and they will complete the project for me. I am happy about all of their adjustment they had to make to help me out. 5 Stars so far. I move out on the 10th of July and will have a final opinion I can share then.

I recently had a very very bad experience with this moving company. I did all my packing and requested a Quote for moving my stuff from Nevada to California. The pickup person came and loaded my stuff into the truck and asked for $350.00 extra. I was forced to swallow this because that was my last day on my apt. Now at the time of delivery it was the truck driver's turn. He cannot come close to the apt because the truck won?t turn. I talked to my property mgr and she said in her 18 years career with this apt she moved lots of people in and out from this apt and all truck (including the big trucks) came close to the apt without any issues. The driver needs additional $100.00, good rip off. He was making an excuse to claim the apt is more than 75ft from truck but it?s not even 50 ft. Since I need my stuff, I just decided to give that too. Now its Mr. HR Director turns. He said my things will be auctioned, if I don?t pay an addition $125.00 to his company for two months storage. When the pickup guys came to my apt he said the storage fee is included in the bill, but now I need to pay $125.00 more. I decided not to pay this amount, but later I found that what ever it is, pay the amount and get rid of this guy rather than disputing with him on court. Please stay away from Move4Less. Dear friends, my advice is, please go to some reputed movers than Move4Less, otherwise be ready to be a prey for Move4Less to pay more than a reputed company charge like Arpin also ready to hear the swear words, get threatened etc.. The moving guy was so rude and spoiled my apt by breaking the wall corners and making marking on the wall. In my humble advice, never ever go to this mover because they talk nice till they get the business but after that, it?s their turn to rip you off. I have recorded all their conversation on my mobile and one of the person whom I talked to used swear words. I am consulting my lawyer to see whether I can file a case against him.

I regretfully moved with Move 4 Less. I have never written a review of or on anything before, but they were so bad I have to this time. They broke all the corners off of my desk, which is not covered by their "insurance". The leg of my credenza was torn off, versus unscrewing it- again, not covered! They charged me a wrapping fee for use of their shipping blankets after I showed them an email their sales rep. sent me stating there was no charge for the wrapping with blankets. Obviously, the wrap didn't do much good!

Just a note to thank you for your recent move on December 02, 2007. The movers were on time and very helpful. The estimate was right on, and the foreman (Michael) was very honest about time. No damage was done to my items. I was very happy with the service. Will recommend Move 4 Less to all my friends. Thanks!

Thank you Move4Less for an amazing move. This was my third move in Vegas and the first one without any hassle. The salesperson was nice over the phone. The packing guys came a day before to pack up all our stuff. Overall the best moving experience I could imagine. Packing was extra but was must because of my 2 Plasma TV. They are listened to my restate agent's recommendation! . Definitely choose this company for peace of mind... E. Parkas

We received EXCELLENT service. On the day of the move, the crew arrived early, and ready to work. All of the items were moved without any problems (they wrapped everything for us with pads and didn't charge extra for it) The movers were professional, conscientious and hard-working. It was truly a pleasant experience and I am a very happy customer. I strongly recommend Move4Less.
