I am not one to write in a review but if I can help save someone from a horrible experience it will be worth it. My first visit to the shop was wonderful, the staff was helpful, full of conversation, and polite. When I returned the very same staff, especially the manager, was unbelieveably rude from start to finish. From slamming doors on us, storming out of our dressing room to constant scolding us like we were little children I found it COMPLETELY unprofessional!!!I am a nurse and it I ever treated a patient or family member in this way I would be fired immediately. I truely can not believe they stay in business. Who is the owner? Are they aware that their staff is so condescending? The manager scolded us several times, once for taking a picture of our already purchased dress, for not scheduling our appointment sooner, for wearing the wrong bra. Must I go on!! This experience will add unnecessary stress to any special ocassion. Please save your money and aggrevation and go some where ... Read more

I had the unfortunate experience of purchasing my bridal gown and bridesmaids dresses from this shop. I really wish I had taken the time to read reviews first, because every single negative thing posted on this site is 110% TRUE! They were exceedingly rude to me at every turn. I ordered my dress in October, was fitted for alterations in April, and was told less than a week ago (my wedding is May 28) that the alterations had not even been started. They ordered a size down for one of my bridesmaids, and then had the audacity to accuse her of lying to me, stating that she specifically requested a ten, which she did not, she asked for a 12. On top of this, I chose "quick ship" dresses in order to have time for alterations. Unfortunately, "quick ship" is apparently a lie to classic bridal, as the dresses arrived only a few days ago. They also charged my bridesmaids from out of town an additional 25$ for shipping. One of them refused to pay, and i mailed it myself. It cost 12$ including insu... Read more

I stopped in on for a dress for a family member's wedding. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I could not believe how they went out of their way to help me find the right dress.

If I spoke to my customers the way my daughter and I were spoken to, I would be fired from my job on the spot! Instead of making this a happy experience, we left disgusted and shocked. One particular staff member, spoke to us like we were some kind of idiots. When we asked questions regarding her gown , alterrations and such, she came back with some rude and snide remarks that left us shocked and angry.I know working with public at times can be difficult but try to put on a happy face, and treat us like you would want to be treated. I remember when we first came in before she made the sale, she was polite and helpful. Now that the sale has been made, I guess the customer service has gone out the window. Shame on you Classic Bridal, Shame!

Please I beg you do not go there. The customer service was terrible. The staff is rude and does not care of anything but making money. As the bride they wouldn't even work with me when the made a hugh mistake. They would not here my story or try to help the situation. They would yell and use inappropriate language when I was calmly talking to them and asked there was no reason to react in such a manner. As a person I do not like disagreements and would never in all my work experience treat a customer the way they did. They were rude to my bridemaids and said bad things to them when it came to their fittings. They do not communicate with you correctly and in the end you find out about things that were never discussed and end up with fees. Also I think the other women who wrote these reviews felt as bad as I did. Please stay away, if you want a good wedding and your day to be perfect you will no go there.

Unfortunately, I had to experience this rude and crude customer service on more than one occasion. They were not only mean to my bridesmaids, uttering nasty comments under their breath and giving a total lack of respect to me, they acted like they were in the worst job position ever. I firmly believe that if your are unhappy with your career choice, then MOVE ON!! Don't take it out on the customers. I do not expect everyone to be as excited about my wedding as I am, but please - does a smile really hurt all that much? The staff was not helpful in choosing dresses. They only pointed in the direction of the bridesmaids area and left us on our own. When trying on dresses, they were rude about my bridesmaids' enthusiasm for the event and made several nasty comments about us. (Of course, they didn't have the class to say it to our faces, but made sure to utter it load enough for us to hear.) I constantly felt rushed and demeaned the whole time I was there. After commenting to the ... Read more

My wedding is October 2007. I ordered a gown from Classic in January 2007. I was told the gown would come in around May. Well, when I called in June they told me they just ordered my gown and I wouldn't receive it until September! I was floored. Not even an apology. No discount was offered. Nothing. There wasn't a thing I could do. I just waited and finally picked up my gown 6 weeks before my wedding. Now I have to rush with my alterations, get my veil to match and dye my shoes. They also ordered too small of sizes for my bridesmaids. No compensation has ever been offered. When I asked if I could get a discount on my bridal gown they told me no. I am floored by their lack of professionalism. All they told me was there was nothing they could do. I wouldn't ever recommend this place to anyone!
