Wonderfalls

This show will be missed .... I thought this show was incredibly funny! I think the worst of the downfall was the moving it around all the time....if it found a home it would have worked! I had to get the DVD set to get my fix! It's just sad!

Its seems like most of mainstream comedy centers around one of two premises these days - either four single friends living in manhattan (Seinfeld, Friends, Sex in the City etc), or a man, his disproportionally hot wife and their kids living in the burbs (Everybody loves raymond, My wife and kids, according to Jim etc. etc. etc.). If these shows are your favorite comedies, then Wonderfalls is not for you. If you have a taste for strange and unusual shows - (Dead Like Me, Buffy, Witchblade and so forth) you will _love_ Wonderfalls. Buy it - its cheap and you wont be disappointed.

Great show! I love dry humor. Wonderfalls is Daria meets Joan of Arcadia. Edit: I cannot believe FOX canceled wonderfalls. I guess putting it on kiss-of-death Fridays, then moving it to Thursdays for one episode with little advertisement is what FOX considers giving a show a fair chance. Like everyone else said, this show wasn't given enough of a chance. I have to admit, I'm not a big fan dramas in general, but the premiere was just freaky! The unique plotline and compelling characters made me want to know more. I even started saying Am I part of the collective we?

I guess you have to be a fan of a particular genre to understand this show. That said, I didn't understand the 1 episode I watched the one where a tourist girl becomes like the lead girl, Jane, I think. The show just didn't flow together and seemed to be overacted. I can't believe it even ranked this high! Fox was in the right when they cancelled it.

This show was barely given a chance. Only four weeks? FOX is nuts. Increadibly fun, witty writing and performances. We can only hope someone will be willing to at least release the rest of the 13-hour story arch on DVD.
