    I have been with usa over 3 years and can't say enough good things about them. I am so glad I switched over to them and will tell anyone to use this company. Everytime I call they are extemely helpful. Everytime my alarm goes off they call me so fast - sometimes so fast I can't even get to the phone. Give this company a try and you will never regret it.

    I have had home security monitoring with this company for a few years now, and let me just say, the customer service just isn't there...... at all. You are supposed to test your alarm monthly, and I do. When setting off my alarm a few times during the monthly system test, I had almost exact situations repeatedly occur, I wouldn't receive any phone call from their "monitoring center", so I would call the office and tell them that I did my monthly test, and I didn't get a phone call from the monitoring center.......It was as if they went blank when I would say it. And it would always turned into a "Can I get your name and number and have someone call you back about that?" from the secretary. No one called me back. Ever. After quite a few more phone calls to their office, the "repairman" over there told me it had to have been a bad battery for it to not have sent a signal or anything.....     I have no complaints with USA Fire & Burglar Alarm. When I called and scheduled a site visit, they arrived on time. They followed up with the service call. We made a deal. They came out and setup my system in one day. The technician was very knowledgeable. They did not try to upsell me. I had a great experience. They setup my office and I'm calling them today to setup my home.

    Have had system for 3 years, problems since beginning. Service poor, different person every time and no one knows what they are doing, kept creating new problems. Customer service is poor. Spoke to owner who had the worse attitude ever encountered. Techs are not competent in system. Tied my hands in reqeusting I pay a full year of maintenance in order for them to send someone to fix the NEW problem that was created by the last Tech a few days before my contract expired for the year. Was told by the OWNER, company policy is company policy, can't fix until you pay. When asked what if it still not fixed properly, said they would just send someone else out again. AND, they do not work in the evenings or weekends so be prepared to lose a lot of time from your job. I am now left with a malfunctioning system. Would not recommend this company to anyone.     They may even lie about stuff or wires not working to leave you thinking you have no choice but to have them re-do it for a price. They tried to get us to replace 8 contacts at $25 each, that they said didn't work. They ended up only leaving 3 contacts unhooked that were supposedly bad. (remember it was supposed to be 8 bad contacts) After they left, I hooked up the 3 and turned on the alarm, what a surprise,, they worked just fine.

    When I called U.S.A. I really expected horrible service due to the low advertised price. I was very surprised to receive A-1 service from the tme I spoke with the receptionist of the company to the technician showing me how to use my security system. I would highly recommend USA for any of my family or friends. Truly a company since Katrina I have been able to count on.

    Today I called USA Fire & Burglar Alarms, LLC to check the status of the work order I entered into on Friday (3 days ago). I was told to do so by the salesman and was also told that I could have someone reprogram the alarm this week. The receptionist took my name & number but never called me back. I called back and the receptionist yelled over to the owner, Mr. Brian Mahl, who yelled back information to her. When I said that I couldn't make that appointment the receptionist put me on hold and after a while Mr. Mahl came to the phone. I have NEVER been spoken to in this way before. Mr. Mahl seems to dislike women and told me, without any other conversation, that he didn't want to deal with someone like me. I was stunned. I apologized for any misunderstanding (even though I don't know what that could have been). Mr. Mahl screamed and abused me until I almost started crying.
