Pure, hickish laziness at its most classic. Displays a lack of taste, consideration and IQ all at once.

One thing I've never truly understood is how people let their vehicles deteriorate, and yet still display them proudly or even drive them. One would think they would take the Star Trek approach, and dock their vessel in for repairs at the nearest base. :)
