However today it is assumed that he had influenced all the great writers since. So its wonderful that Stone has found Kim Thayil and Jimi Hendrix at both ends. Thats makes this list quite interesting. Kim Thayil was the guitar guru of the entire grunge scene, he produced those sounds and tones. Kim Thayil influenced Morello. Kim Thayil influenced Kirk Hammet. Kirk said that a couple of months back in RS. Kirk, you dont have to say it. We can hear that all the time since the Black (which he admitted) and more so in Load.
