Michelle Tafoya is one of the best sideline reporters that there has ever been. She asks great pertinent interview questions. She asks questions that are smart and that take thought and are interesting, and questions players in a way as not to put them on the spot but ask questions that she wouldn't mind being asked. She's not a hot reporter but she is beautiful and graceful in the inteview's she does. I'm very sad to see her have to go from the NBA sidelines as she really is the best sideline reporter that they have ever had. All the others I have seen don't measure up to her. They ask stupid questions, and give reporters a bad name. Ahmad Rashad is the second best sideline reporter there ever has been for the NBA. Michael Jordan would always ask for him because of how he was. He understood what it was like to be a player and would ask questions with that frame of mind. Trying to treat them the way he wanted to be treated.

Michelle Tafoya will be missed and did an outstanding job. Hopefully ESPN will secure someone else that will do a good a job as she did.

Dear Michele,

You asked for opinions on the likeability of Kobe Bean Bryant. Unfortunately, my view is slanted. My daughter was raped in circumstances somewhat similar to what occurred in Colorado. The big difference is that the man responsible for raping my daughter was caught and sentenced to a lengthy prison term. I carefully read Bryant's police interview. I can't get past that nor his adultery. His answer to the "problem" and saving his marriage was to throw money and jewelry their way. As far as I am concerned, MVP should stand for "Most Villified Perp". C. J. Mason

Knowledgable of the sports she covers, fairly attractive, but knows fans are interested in info about the current game.

First of all, let me add that Sideline Reporter is a joke job. It is a handout to quiet feminist groups, lefties, and HR people all over the world. Unfortunately, most major sports comply. Why?!?! I have no ______ ( <-- insert your favorite word for copulating here) CLUE!

I do not want to hear anything from a sideline reporter...they add nothing to a broadcast...and they ask painfully obvious questions that will always result in a scripted answer. Script for Script. I'll show you my script if you show me yours. I don't want to hear them...it is all BS and we know it...so why bother wasting our time.

In fact, I'll bet most of the guys who rate Michelle (or any sideline reporter) highly are doing so because they think she is hot. I got news for you kids...there is this little thing called the "internet" that was created so that you can look at naked women (and/or men) anytime you want. Got that...they are not wearing their clothes.

Sports should not be tainted by this disgusting practice of sideline reporter. Then again, sports shouldn't have been tainted by a lot of things, but we have adapted as fans...I guess. Not by choice...by coercion.

Anyway, back to Michelle...if I could give Michelle a ZERO, I would.

She is pathetic. I can't imagine her thinking on her own...and she asks those annoyingly obvious questions (that I mentioned above) that you know will result in a scripted answer from the coach or player. She is one of the countless female sideline reporters who got their job b/c of absurd network affirmative action policies or favors.

Okay, so she follows her scripts really well...sad...very sad. She has buck teeth and wears fluffy pink jackets to make sure that we know she's a chick. Plus, she speaks like she has a mouth full of marbles.

Tafoya offers absolutely NO insight on the game...bores me...and (perhaps the only redeeming value for most of the female sideline reporters) isn't good to look at during a game. Along with Al Michaels, she makes MNF nearly impossible to watch. She is nothing more than Lisa Guerrero with a different face. Why do the producers of MNF continue to put us through this crap.

Stick with the WNBA...nobody is watching it.

As far as looks, I'd pass (sorry but everybody can't be hot), but I give her big props for smarts.

She's not that attractive, but she's not terrible looking either, and unlinke some of her fellow sideline reporters, she seems to know what she's talking about.
