You can still play Pooh sticks at the very bridge AAMilne wrote about...what wonderful imaginative characters. Don't like the Disney franchise hold over them though.

I remember the days of watching Winnie the Pooh movies, being read Winnie the Pooh books. He is such a classic and brings back so many memories for so many of us. You can't help but love Pooh Bear

Winne the Pooh is not a cartoon character, nor a Disney character. As a character in A. A. Milne's books, he receives five stars. However, the vapid marketing zombie that the industry has made of his bastardized image is an insult to Milne and to us all. Shame on the Disney cash machine!
