2 Stars! The waitress was sitting down scratching her heel on her foot, she obviously had something wrong with it, she then touched my banana slices so i didnt eat those, service was rubbish, i got impression they couldnt be bothered to serve anyone, icecream was ok though, just a shame a wont be going back there after watching her touch my banana pieces with her foot scratching hand. Nice. iPhone.

Rich taste, worth the price. Chocoholics must try chocolate chocolate chip! Much better value than Maggie Moo.

Fine product. High fat level. That's why it has such a creamy texture. An infrequent but tasty treat. The store-bought bars are good too but why have a package with three bars in it? If there are two of you, who gets the second bar?

I am just reviewing the Mango Sorbet. Other flavors from Haagen Dazs are actually quite tasty, such as the Macademia Nut Brittle or Bailey's flavor. The Mango Sorbet was given high ratings somewhere, I remembered and next time I had a chance, I picked up a pint. WHAT A MISTAKE. I almost gagged on the sweetness and lack of real mango flavor. It's like eating a spoonful of frozen sugar water. yuck.

Great taste that is pricey. Don't make it a habit though because it has the highest fat content of any other ice cream unless of course you're into having a heart attack or stroke.

Love the ice cream but it seems the acutal Haagen-Dazs parlors are leaving my area. So now the only way to get it is in the supermarket.

Severely over rated and highly over priced. Haagen-Dazs not stack up or even come remotely close to the taste and quality of Graeter's or United Dairy Farmers Homemade ice creme.

Juliaw- NO ONE makes copycat flavors of Haagen Dazs, rather company's copycat Haagen Dazs. I've rarely seen a Haagen Dazs store but have seen plenty of thier products at the grocery stores in my area. Great, exceptional taste.

It's not a matter of name, calories, etc. The taste is just superb!!! I've had people blind-folded trying many brands, and all of them have voted for Haagen Dasz. Mi favorites: Good old Butter Pecan, and Mango Sorbet.

I love Haagen-Dazs ice cream. Coming out with the new Desserts Extraordinaire (Strawberry CheesCake, Blueberry CheeseCake, etc...) was a great idea. I use to eat this flavor at a franchise in one of New York's malls. They stop selling it and I prayed that one day it would be available in the supermarket. Now it is! Haagen-Dazs has the best tasted ice cream... I would not eat any other brand.

The taste is great, and I used to wolf it down. But once I learned how many fat grams are in it, I stopped eating it, and never tried it again.

A certain reviewer here by the name of DeathRattle will give me a hard time for this review (primarily because the product being rated is so unhealthy), but nonetheless, I will proceed. I am not a big fan of sweets, but I really like Haagen-Dazs ice cream, It is simply the best out there. The texture is very creamy and it comes down really good. I don't care whether or not it's unhealthy, it's worth it when I want a good treat. The sorbets are also great, I usually have these since they are healthy unlike the regular ice cream. They come in many fruit flavors that include strawberry, mango and lemon. It's pretty refreshing, not as good as the ice cream though.

They don't have great ice cream, alot of times the ice cream tastes way too artifical.

True, I rated several of the candies listed on this site. However, my sweet of choice above all others (and the one I find most difficult to avoid) is ice cream. There are some as good (like Ben and Jerry), but none better IMO than Haagen-Dazs. Rich, creamy, silky-smooth and sworn enemy of arteries the world over. I am a little confused about one thing though - whatever happened to Triple Chocolate Overload?

Haagen-Dazs is good ice cream, no doubt, but it's just too rich for my taste. I really like the frozen yogurt and sorbet, though, which make good selections if you don't want the heaviness of Haagen-Dazs ice cream. I must mention that I find it annoying that the name "Haagen-Dazs" was invented in order to sound Scandinavian and that the ice cream is manufactured here in the U.S. Somehow that bothers me. Oh, well. Even with ice cream, image is everything.

Well, well, well... I must say that the quality of the ice creme here is lacking compared to Baskin Robins. However, they do have a wonderful little treat to make up for the lower-quality ice creme--sorbet! I am a big fan of the lemon sorbet they sell, and the other sorbet flavors can be good too (depending on your taste preference on what flavors you prefer).
