Great Ice cream. Horrible politics. I have to avoid a great product because of the causes they support B^(

They are about the best I think. When you really need ice cream it is great. There are so many different kinds that it gives you a choice. You probably will find that you like some more than others. Most people eat the whole carton which isn't good. You can't help but eat it. I think it's made from good ingredients or I like to think that. I like to get it on sale.

Ben and Jerry's is great, and I love how you can find it in the store, too.

Ben and Jerry's ice cream is delicious, especially their Phish food flavor, and their special new vanilla. Super premium quality.Very inventive names. It is so thick rich and good, it is hard to go back to eating dreyers after a scoop of this. Ben and Jerry ought to stay out of politics though and focus on ice cream. BUt still, in my opinion it is even better than Baskin Robbins or Haagen daaz. I also love their Cherry Garcia and Chunky Monkey flavors. PS- Krinda- seriously get a life. No one wants to eat vegan ice cream. Fat tastes good. Don't live your life counting calories - you'll wake up 110 years old and think what the hell I counted fat grams and joined PETA for this . It is perfect the way it is dammit.

I so DESPERATELY want them to start making all their flavors with VEGAN "ice cream." It'd be SO cool, and of course, the fat content would be much, much lower (maybe not the calories, but at least the fat, huh?).

Ben in Jerry's is fun because of all the colors and the weird flavors with chunks for randomness inside. I actually toured Ben and Jerry's headquarters a few times (it was in Vermont right on route to Montreal from my undergrad in NH) and it's worth a visit if you find yourself driving up 91.

Some nice flavours but mostly a bit too contrived.

You can get the same stuff with a wider selection at the grocery store. But when you go to the grocery, there are some other brands that offer better choices.

I guess it's nice to have more options than vinalla, chocolate, or the ever exciting vanilla-chocolate bybrid, but I can get this stuff in the grocery store at the same quality and for a little less money. Not as many varieties at our location than I can get at the grocery store literally in the same parking lot! Service is fine and the store is clean. Icecream is no fresher than you'd get from B&J;'s at your grocery store, but not stale either. It's good.

When I lived in north east, this stuff was excellent, but being in Texas, for some reason it tastes weird I am not sure if the drive here ruins it or what but it just isn't good in Texas, least not in the few places I've bought it from.

You have to like Ben and Jerry's. I took a tour of the Vermont plant and it was great. They always give a lot back to the community which is why I don't mind spending the extra buck. Great flavors and taste.

Good ice cream. We don't have the Ben & Jerry's around here but they do carry it in some of the local super markets. Unfortunatly we only get a few selected flavors. It is a bit pricey so we can only afford it once in a while at any rate.

Really good stuff, worth the price. Their stores actually smell good too...makes you wonder if they fan the waffle cone aroma out onto the sidewalk. They do a good job coming up with new flavors year after year. There's a reason why Free Scoop Day always draws a crowd.

I never tried Ben and Jerry's icecream until a couple of years ago when my friend and I bought some at the grocery store. They have an incredible variety of flavors, and each flavor is unique and tastes like what the label actually says. I've never felt ripped off that they don't put enough in my icecream to get the true flavor out of it. With all of the flavors out there, there is a flavor for everyone. It is a little expensive, but good for what it's worth!

The Ben & Jerry factory in Vermont has brownies that are OUT OF THIS WORLD. If you can't get out to Vermont for the brownies and B&J; tour then I reccomend a pint of Fudge Brownie, Half Baked frozen yogurt or New York Super Fudge Chunk!

We do not have a Ben and Jerrys in our area but we do have a lot of their icecreams in the grocery stores. they have some of the best of flavors. i enjoy trying different types of icecream and Ben and Jerrys have come up with some great concoctions. I think there is a flavor out there for everyone. Most of my favorites would be most of the ones that have chocolate. Kind of expensive bu good for a treat.!

Ice cream is not ice cream until you actually have some taste to it. This ice cream is not very good. I would rather spend a lot less money and get better tasting ice cream. Sorry, this sux!

Having read the reviews, I must say that I am in some agreement here. Ice cream stores are going down hill. The old ones are getting older and these new ones are not the same. More like fads. Ben and Jerry's is like an old fashion store with good ice cream, friendly service and lots of fun.

Really great and fun place. We have one here near campus and I just go there to have a nice laugh with Nick, my favorite scooper. Of course the Brownie Batter ice cream is to die for.

Hey, how come the left gets their own ice cream chain? What's with all the political preaching. Food is food- leave it at that. What about the right? Don't they get their own ice cream chain with their own flavors: Iraqi Road, I Hate the French Vanilla and Smaller GovernMINT? The very idea of a political ice cream chain is just as bad as freedom fries. Despite the political preaching, this place is pretty good.

More addictive than heroine but not as lethal. The small cartons are like shot glasses so you can take them one after the other.

The ice cream is OK but the political preaching has no place on a consumer product.

I believe they have the best ice cream, and the most interesting flavors, in the business. They even have some lo-wfat varieties!
