Update to my review: Nick called me today and had been out of town and had forgotten about the issue. He issued me a full refund! He was very nice and apologetic and I feel good about this company again. Things happen, my only concern was getting it refunded. Response to comment: What are you talking about? Texas Poker was not returning my phone calls or emails for over a week. The box was actually cut in half and I sent photos of it to Nick and he was able to get a refund from UPS as well. I was actually "barking up the right tree" because I needed to go through that company to have this resolved and if they ignore their customers, that is hard to do. The past 3 Years we have used TPS for our annual company Christmas party. They have all gone off without a hitch. Our staff looks forward to having the "casino" there and we are still talking out our individual "casino" experiences for days afterward. They work with you from the very beginning and make sure no detail is ignored. I also agree with some of the other reviews about there rental equipment. They have the nicest equipment in town, Hands down! Their dealers are very knowledgeable and make it easy to educate the beginners and to not slow the game to annoy the more educated players. I have been Impressed every year, and they make it look so easy.

To be honest, when the idea was floating around about a casino party, I thought it wouldnt be that fun, because it wasnt for real money. I couldnt have been any more wrong. Nick help our comapny throught the whole process or this party, and made it a complete sucess. Texas Poker Supply had amazing rental tables, The dealers were on time, great personalities, very professionsal and even tought alot of people how to play. They really made it fun for everyone. When we had to go back to work on Monday people were still telling gambling stories! Our last couple of parties have been very Sterile and Corporate. We are thinking about doing this twice a year. i tried calling at the last minute to get poker chips. Even though the gentleman with whom i spoke could not deliver within 1 hour, he told me exactly where i could get the poker chips for my texas holdem party tonight in such short notice. would definately do business again in the future.

Very personable staff, and Nick and Mike worked with me on the party to make it fit exactly into my budget. The tables they use are the nicest in town.In fact I had them build a table for my dad for Xmas this year. I cant really say enough about the quality of the rentals and just the way that they treated me throughout the whole process. Chuck Dawson
