Calls made to inquire about the status of service was met with lack of concern. These calls were made over a two week period and they provided absolutely no information on the status of the repair other than they were waiting on parts. The technician arrived after the scheduled window of arrival time and no calls were received to indicate that might be the case. Technician had to make calls to third party during diagnosis of problem leading me to believe that an inexperience technicain was sent to the job by himself. They informed me that it would take another week (making it over 3 weeks for an air condition repair during extremely hot weather). Only when I advised them that I was about to use another service, they decided to send someone sooner, making it 2&1/2 weeks waiting on the repair. I am surprised that many other reviews on this site are positive, which may make it appear that I might be a difficult customer. This is absolutley no the case. I beleive that discrimination of some sort may be the cause of the problems I experienced with this company, and hopefully I am worng.

I have 2 little kids at home and even though I called late in the day, they still came the same day within 2 hours and fixed the problem

They came ou t quick when my hetaer broke and put in an eficient carrier system. i feel like i'm in Miami. I got a rebate from peco for having an energy efficient home

Very professional, top notch equipment, best prices, I received 3 other estimates. I had a tran unit put in with the trane clean effects system which reduced my dust and gave better air quality. They also do the yearly maintenance on my system for 2 years which was including in the price. My water heater broke and they were there within 3 hours to replace it. A++++ Highly recommended

The house we bought had a 40 year old heating system (boiler) that had to be replaced Academy Air had the best price. The guys are very professional. They also came out to our house a number of times prior to replacing the unit and fixed it for free. Academy Air replaced our heating system (boiler) in one day. They did a great job. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good price and great service.

Claim to ba a Trane Dealer NOT. Workers don't speak english. Caught them after they tried to install cheaper model furnace. Wiring done wrong humidistat burned out. New freon line leaked, compressor burned out. Had to hire attorney. I'm sure you've haerd enough... Oh, one more thing, stole my power tools...

refused to get required permits and took them almost 2 weeks for them to email an estimate. completely disorganized. don't waste your time with them

I was hopeful that this company would be good. But, they weren't. They kept me waiting forever EVERY time they came. Sadly, they didn't have their stuff together so they had to come three times. That meant three wasted days of work. Best part? They would never call to keep me posted and let me know what was going on. I had to get in touch with thme. Well, that's not the best part - the BEST part is that I am still having a problem so all that and they didn't even fix it! Bad, bad company. So many others - try another!
