The management and maintance people here don't do their jobs and if they do, their jobs are poorly done. We have a water leak outside our apt. and every time we told the manager, she didn't seem to care. In 2007, we had a gyser outside and a pipe broke in our apt. and ruined our tv and wall. I had to leave with my daughter because we both have asthma and the maintance guys did poorly to help. Not only that, there is a huge problem with people smoking pot, selling drugs, and drug deals going on...And these people do this in front of children! This place may have elementary school near but it is definitely not family orientated. The pools are constantly closed and we have problems with ghetto people who live here and trash the place, making it worse for everyone else. Also, there is a problem with ghetto people that don't live here and jump the fence to the pools and basketball court and destory the property. Tag the buildings, tag the mailboxes, and setting fire to almost anything. I don't recommend these apartments to anyone...I'm so glad that I left.

Family orientated and safe environment for children. Close to schools, parks, library, and stores. Lots of parking.

This is my first time massage. These apartments aren't that great. I got a friend that lives here, and said that there was a leak under the sink, and called maintance. Once they got off work, the apartment door was unlocked and open. They couldn't believe that the maintace guys would do that. The new management is not good, we get no notifications on anything that they do.

I hada huge leak from a pipe braking in my apartment one day when I was at work, came home to an inch of water. Carpet ruined but management too cheap to replace they just removed the padding and put in new padding. They cut the carpets to get in fans to dry it out, couldn't stay in my apartment for almost 2 weeks and had had to put my dog in a shelter. After I saw mold growing on my walls and under the carpet was told just wash it off with bleach. After calling the better business bereau and the Health Dept all they came in and sprayed the wall with a spray paint texture stuff, and left the mold under neither. Wanted out of my apartment for health reasons and was told pay my remaining 3 months of rent and a reletting fee of $550. So all I can say is STAY AWAY!!! The apartments are HORRIBLE and they aren't concerned about your health and well being. And after complaining to the manager who was ignoring me, she asked so where's your rent. Didn't even bother addressing my concerns. I understand if I were late every month but never been late.
